We had an absolutely wonderful time. The property was excellent and the amenities were spot on. It is a very charming and comfortable home. The location is perfect, can walk across the street to the lodge and lifts. I will booking again next year.

We enjoyed our stay! Overall, the house comfortably fit our group of 8 and we loved the mud room area for our ski/snowboard equipment. The location is less than 10 mins to Holiday Valley Ski Resort & downtown Ellicottville which is a perk.

We loved this place. It worked out so well for my family. It snowed every day, so the skiing was great. The chalet has a level driveway and easy access to the village and slopes. (no steep slippery roads!) It was clean, warm, and cozy with comfortable beds. We hope to return next year.

Jacqueline and Ella’s wooden chalet is such a cozy and charming home to stay for a group looking to reconnect. The massive couches, toasty fireplaces, wood bar, long dining table, and bubbly hot tub are fantastic places to come together to share stories and memories. Bedrooms have space and storage for luggage, and the downstairs single bed is a Full size (upstairs has a kids twin). Main floor bathroom has a large shower and upper floor has a massive tub. Plenty of supplies, including towels, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, kitchen supplies, cocktail/wine supplies, coffee, detergent, and tons of games. TVs are HD and big enough for the whole crew to watch the Bills game 🦬. We were able to fit 2 sedans and an SUV in the parking area (just don’t block the garage). Missing anything or need a bit of maintenance on older parts of the home? Jacqueline is the most responsive host I’ve had and will get it taken care of. Thanks for the stay!

The house was clean and so welcoming. We would definitely stay again. We had enough space for the eight of us. We had a wonderful time.

We booked the chalet for my 60th birthday to accommodate my very large family- Blair’s inn was the perfect place! I cannot say enough about how beautiful it was- and we had everything we needed to serve up our meals for everyone- nice to have two fridges too! The artwork in every nook and cranny was so fun! We enjoyed the several tvs for the hockey, football and baseball games! The game table was also a big hit- the walkable grounds and the fire pit were so enjoyable! When we had questions Drew was very quick to respond. A gorgeous and memorable long weekend! Thank you!

This is the perfect ski chalet, but I would imagine this is a great place to stay year round. The cabin/chalet and surroundings are beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked and great for groups. The family room with fireplace and lots of natural light is a great place to gather or to lay back and read a book or take a nap. Our group loved this Chalet and we can’t say enough about all the amenities and coziness. We will be back!!!

Great stay for our group and great communication from the host. Quick 10 min drive into town / to the slopes.

I’m not sure where to began. Check in was flawless. The home was exactly as described. It had more than enough space. Me and my fiancé hosted his 41st birthday dinner, and both us and our guest were very pleased. It was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked from appliances, to small things like coffee. We will be going back with our children for a getaway again!

Great house for a fall weekend in Ellicottville! It comes stocked with everything needed for cooking and plenty of bath towels and hot tub towels, extra blankets and pillows. About a 30 minute walk to the village but not bad at all if the weather is nice. I love how this bnb is able to accommodate many guests comfortably, we had 12 and it was perfect!

We had a great time at Joe’s chalet with our family, 8 adults and 2 children. A beautiful chalet with everything you need. We did lots of cooking and found everything we needed in the kitchen. There was lots of snow so most of us were able to access the ski in and ski out. The hot tub and sauna were an added pleasure. The beds were very comfortable and lots of towels available.

We've been to Murls cottage a few times. It is perfect for the findley lake area, and we even brought our snowshoes for the trails behind the cottage. Vintage, old school cottage as pictured, and we love having the fireplace.

Loved having a girls trip to this cabin. Everything you could possibly think of that you would need at an AirBnb was already there, and it was so evident that this was intentionally thought through and designed. The space was great, so cozy, and was perfect for what we needed. We loved the quick walk to the lake, the surrounding area, and the perk of having two bathrooms. Great stay overall, and simple checkout process!

Lauren is truly a perfect host! This was the second property we’ve stayed at hosted by Lauren. Lauren is incredibly helpful, proactive, and responsive. She makes everything simple, and is someone who will work with her guests to make sure each stay is wonderful! Sunset Hideaway is a lovely, cozy cabin that overlooks Lake Erie. The view of the lake is amazing (the house sits close to the lake). There are large windows facing the lake that provide a fantastic view from inside. The cabin’s high ceilings and thoughtful layout/design also make the space feel extra spacious and comfortable. The cabin was spotless, and was thoughtfully stocked with everything you need and more. The kitchen was lovely and very functional. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was outstanding. The bed in the bedroom was perfect/very comfortable! We didn’t spend time outside due to the weather, but the outdoor space was lovely! Overall, Sunset Hideaway was a wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the Chalet. Plenty of room for our group to hang out. The main kitchen and dining area was so bright, and we also loved sitting in the sun room. Although we did not use the back yard (we visited in winter) I can see how the area would be beautiful in the summer/fall. The kids loved the games room and enjoyed the hut tub. The hosts were responsive and proactively provided check in and out instructions. We hope to stay again!

Karen's place provided such a beautiful stay for myself and my friends near and far for my birthday. We were all very comfortable and hardly left the common room, enjoying the scenery all weekend. A short drive into town brought us to the local bar for dinner, and also to the diner next door for breakfast the next morning. Such a lovely stay, thank you!
