Absolutely loved the space. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect. Very quiet space. It was the perfect place to get snowed in for a few days :) I've never seen a 2 person hot tub until now and we really enjoyed it. Carl and Sherrie are the perfect hosts. They've really thought of everything. Very thoughtful. Would really like to return another time.

I truly loved this place! My dad, son and I had the best time staying here and skiing at Holiday Valley. It was clean, warm, comfortable and has some of the best ski memorabilia on the walls. Really a very cool place. To be clear, this place is not fancy, but I was not expecting anything fancy. I wanted a safe place that was warm and inviting, away from the busy, hectic Ellicotville and this nailed it. I would definitely stay here again. Overall this was the perfect place for my trip!

I am an owner of a B&B and this spot is the best place I’ve stayed. Emily and Randy are phenomenal hosts!!! The space has everything you could think of including a first aid kit and Tylenol which comes in handy in wine country. The down pillows were very comfy and so was the bed. The bathroom area has a heat lamp to keep you extra warm after a shower. The place has beautiful curated antiques and lovely lavender products from the lavender farm. The farm fresh eggs and bacon add to the whole experience. The hosts have a beautiful store that sells amazing lavender products from their farm. We walked the grounds also which were very a great example of all of Emily’s and Randy’s hard work!

The place was very nice, quite & peaceful area, walking trail on the property, surrounded by nature. It was very enjoyable for the time that was spent there. Very nice hosts. Would definitely rent again.

I stayed here during a winter storm. Place was very warm. Hosts were receptive to questions and quick to answer. The ceilings are a little low, not a problem for me (I’m 5’9) but could be more challenging for someone well over six foot. I found it really cozy and peaceful. Would stay here again

Mary Ana's place was exactly as described, comfortable and an affordable price point. It is a perfect location for visiting Letchworth State Park and suited us perfectly for a quick trip.

This is a great place that is perfect for a couples getaway. We felt right at home and Michelle was very responsive.

Beautiful spot! And wonderful hosts! I had a small home emergency and needed an urgent place to stay. Anna was able to accommodate an early check in which was so appreciated!! Very peaceful and cozy space! Highly recommend.

Shawn's airbnb was spectacular. He is such a friendly, responsive & accomodating host. The space itself is extremely unique. We appreciated the pool, the games outside, the fire pit, the scenery and general ambience. We truly enjoyed our stay. Shawns hosting & the space itself represents an overall exceptional experience. It was a great spot. Although it was a little further out from downtown than I expected, it was very easy to get around via Uber. Plus it’s only 10-15 minutes from the airport. The space was nice, cozy and clean and I’d definitely come back!

We stayed at Kurtis’ place for 3 nights in December 2024. His beautiful garden home is located in a lovely area of Stoney Creek, close to the Bruce Trail and close to a wonderful new coffee shop. The beautiful modern home was spotless and free of clutter. Both the indoor spaces and the outdoor space are lovely. It’s also very quiet. Kurtis provided clear instructions and he always responded quickly to any inquiries. Check-in was very easy. We are looking forward to returning when we can. Jennifer

I will continue coming back to Stephanie’s place! The hosts are kind, responsive, and friendly. They have gone the extra mile numerous times to help our stay be memorable. There were fresh flowers in the house for us when we arrived, and they even introduced us to their baby lamb that was born in their barn while we were there!

Nice place

This place was a great find! Not far from major highways, close to shopping, spacious, and comfortable. Wonderful place at a great price. Met my every need. Hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with.

We loved everything about staying at Laura’s. She was a great host and very responsive and attentive. We did not need for anything during our stay. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Ashley's place was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here. Out of all the Airbnb properties that we've stayed at, this one stands out as being excellent. Even if I tried to find something wrong with the place, I wouldn't have been able to! Super clean, and we were even able to park a Chevy Suburban in the garage easily. Great property, and great hosts.

From the beginning of booking to the day of arrival Moh was quickly responding and was very kind and attentive to our needs. The pictures don't do this little gem justice, speaking as a techy guy, he has all the gadgets, high end appliances and fixtures, and every room has something unique and fascinating. perfect little space for an overnight stay!

Wendy was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. A cozy and pleasant spot in a very convenient part of town. Would happily stay here again. Thank you!
