Beautiful and peaceful beach. Our family of 7 had a great time. Best to stock food as there are no shops nearby. San Juan del Sur is the nearest town with lots to shop. Jame’s place is very beautiful and well kept.

The accommodation was very spacious and clean. The shower has a good water pressure which we enjoyed. It has a balcony, rooftop and garden to hang out. The house is close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Janio is very helpful and always around if you need anything. We definitely would come back.

Super cute nice place and has everything you need. I had an issue with noise the first night, but he was super quick to solve it. No complaints! I will definitely be back. I also highly recommend the restaurant Olas Clandestine. It’s just down the street and the best pizza!

Can I just say, what an amazing place! So quiet, so huge! Yet cozy. Made us feel right at home. The place very well kept. Very clean. I cannot say enough good things. Everything was perfect. My family had such an amazing time. We loved our stay and all I can say is, it was too short of a stay. Elizabeth was amazing and friendly and very helpful. I thank you for hosting us and hope to have a chance to enjoy this beautiful home once again. Highly recommended

We had a fabulous stay in Iguana. Our host provided us with a handy guide of activities and was also very responsive when we had questions. Our hosts handled most of our bookings like massages and restaurant reservations. The space was the perfect layout for working remotely and also had a sense of peace. I loved the backyard– it was super tranquil and the pool was amazing. Iguana has a nice gated community and everything you need in walking distance. The staff was very nice and we would definitely stay here again if we came back to Nicaragua. The only hassle we experienced was with the security at the entrance as they didn't seem to record we were staying there and driving in at night involved a lot of questions to get in. But that is more of Iguana's issue and not so much the hosts issue. Overall totally recommend this place!

Excelente alojamiento, está en excelentes condiciones. La cocina está completamente equipada con utensilios en buen estado, cuartos y baños limpios! Es justo como se describe. La piscina súper relajante y el mar está a un par de pasos. Ubicación insuperable. Jim es muy amable! Definitivamente un lugar al que me encantaría volver pronto.

This house is perfect for a long term stay! There is everything you could think of in the house. Very well stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, linens, etc. The street is pretty busy and there is a club near the house so it can be loud at times but you get used to it. Overall, an amazing house with incredible views from the rooftop!

We really enjoyed our stay. Some very nice touches in the condo. Very comfortable. Loved the outside patio and spent most of our time there. Management was very responsive. Security guard was super nice

Our group loved our stay at Casa Dulce Vida! The home was clean, comfortable, and the view from the balcony is just like a postcard — watching the sunset from the hammock was a highlight! We stayed during the week and found we had the pool closest to the unit to ourselves (there are two other pools on the Pelican Eyes community property as well). The location is a 3 min drive to town, where parking was relatively easy to find. In the evenings we opted to walked down to town through the resort property — lots of stairs but doable. Ksenia was very responsive and a great host! Looking forward to staying again!
