This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Superbe studio meublé et agencé avec goût et qualité, le tout avec une magnifique vue sur la baie de Nice ! Particulièrement bien situé pour les commerces et balades sur le cap: tout peut se faire à pied.Dommage que l’environnement soit bruyant, parfois très tôt le matin. Jean-Pierre et Yvette sont des hôtes charmants et de très bon conseil.

Super appartement à deux pas de la Croisette et des activités. En plus, il y a une bonne boulangerie à 200m et plusieurs restaurants. Parfait !

Start to finish our stay at Renaud’s apartment was perfect. Even when we potentially had to cancel due to our airline strike he was very flexible and accommodating. His mother Michelle gave us a wonderful welcome and helped us feel right at home in the suite with local recommendations. The suite is as described, clean and quiet with a great view of the port. Easy access from the airport, close to trains and buses to towns all over the coast. Walkable to restaurants, old town, beaches and the coastal path. We loved Nice and surrounding areas. We had a wonderful time at Mark's home. It is exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and cozy. The balcony is the best part! Location couldn't get any better! There's a boat shuttle that is very convenient for accessing the other side where the famous casino is. The rock is walking distance with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

d'abord merci à notre hôte pour sa gentillesse et à sa disponibilité. Le plus: un parking est disponible en sous sol ce qui, pour un appartement en centre ville, est très précieux. la situation du bien est exceptionnelle avec une grande terrasse face à la mer ou l on peut prendre les repas. Le centre ville est à 5mn à pied et le vieux Menton à 15mn toujours a pied. L appartement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé

Really enjoyed our stay, apartment in an ideal location. Good for walks, eating and bars. Can easily visit other towns on Cote d' azure.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Strand von Cannes. Ein einziger kleiner Makel sind die etwas älteren Möbel und dass man auf der Terrasse nicht so gut sitzen konnte bzw. frühstücken, da der Tisch ein wenig klein war. Aber das kann man verkraften. Vincent ist ein super Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und war immer gut zu erreichen und hat schnell geantwortet. Wer einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen will ist hier genau richtig!!!

Toller Blick und beeindruckende Lage. Schöne Terrassen und Balkone. Die vorbeiführende Bahn hat kaum gestört. Zwei Strände in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der direkte Weg hinunter zum Strand, den es früher offenbar einmal gab, ist leider nicht mehr begehbar. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

Nous avons loué cette maisonnette pour rendre visite à notre famille, au départ parce qu'elle était bien située, et qu'on pouvait garer la voiture dans le jardin clos. Nous reviendrons pour la propreté du lieu, pour le calme environnant malgré la proximité à pieds de la plage. Nous n'avons pas été déçus, la maisonnette était très pratique, bien équipée, et refaite avec beaucoup de goût !

We had a fantastic 9 night stay at the property. It is literally right next to the sea. We were able to swim every day but one. The location is amazing and very quiet. The two beaches are a five minute walk away, but we preferred to swim off the rocks (which would not be advisable with young children). The house was very comfortable.

Siamo stati 3 notti presso l’abitazione, l’host Pierrick è stato cordialissimo e super disponibile. La casa è stata perfetta e attrezzatissima sotto ogni punto di vista. Le 4 stanze erano comode e ben disposte. Il riscaldamento era ottimo. La jacuzi è una chicca non da poco! Un posto dove ritorneremmo volentieri.

Fabulous apartment - amazing location and perfectly decorated. We were attending the MIPIM Convention in Cannes, and this apartment was the perfect choice for a break from the crowds - better than any 5 star hotel in Cannes. Will most certainly be back to enjoy this comfortable apartment and everything that Antibes has to offer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Aline. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute sehr wohl und es ist ein tolles Appartement. Es ist komfortabel ausgestattet und in der Küche findet man alles vor. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal dort und werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen. Es ist einfach traumhaft und Aline ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Lieben Dank für alles !

Gio was a great host! Very friendly, easy to communicate with, and gave us so many recommendations of things to do - walking trails, hiking, places to explore by bike, as well as great restaurant recommendations! Maison de Bacon was amazing! We loved being able to borrow the bikes to go into old antibes and explore the beaches on Juan-Les-pins. The location was great - the sentier du littoral was beautiful around sunset and a great trail accessible by walking from the house! We loved exploring Antibes and would definitely return! Thank you Gio and Erika!

Super Logement bien équipé avec tous les commerces à proximité. Très lumineux et bien aménagé. Amira est un hôte pro réactif et à l'écoute ( malgré notre départ anticipé) Je recommande vivement !

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Wonderful small apartment greatly located in the top floor of an old building (with elevator) with the best possible view (in real actually even better than on the pictures). I stayed for 4 weeks to work here in home office and it was truly amazing waking up to that view every morning, having all necessary shops located only a few steps away and being able to go for a swim by just crossing the street. I definitely recommend it and would choose it again when in Nice.

We had a lovely time at Delphine’s place. Their apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The oceanfront view is stunning to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine at sunset. We were warmly greeted by Nicolas who went above and beyond to help us with the check in process.

Un excellent séjour à l'appartement de Sonia! L'accueil étaient hyper chaleureux et ensuite la communication ne manquaient rien. En plus, Sonia nous a laissé quelques produits agricoles maison qui étaient vraiment délicieux. L'appartement en soi même se trouve extrêmement proche du port de Fréjus ainsi qu'au début de la plage (<300 m). Tout le nécessaire et à portée de main. Au delà de tout cela, il y a la très grande et magnifique terrasse, parfait pour y manger dessus. C'était une expérience qui dépassera toutes les attentes!

Sehr sympathische und freundliche Begegnung mit Jean-Yves. Die Kommunikation schriftlich wie auch persönlich hat sehr gut funktioniert. Im Kühlschrank haben uns Köstlichkeiten erwartet, so dass wir für den ersten Morgen nichts kaufen mussten. Das Appartement ist modern und sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die grosse Terrasse bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer, einfach grandios! Der Strand, Restaurants und Bars sind vor Ort, das Auto braucht man nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise, was bei der grossen Hitze ideal zum schlafen ist. Es gibt bequeme Betten und die Zimmer bieten eine gute Grösse. Dieses Appartement können wir bestens empfehlen. Danke für alles, Jean-Yves.

Logement idéalement situé au cœur de Juan -les-Pins, propreté impeccable, bon équipement et bon isolement. Une très agréable terrasse abritée avec vue sur la mer toute proche nous a permis de manger dehors en pleines vacances de Noël. Nous avons profité de gentilles attentions à notre arrivée : Bouteille de bienvenue, petites courses pour assurer l'essentiel... Nous sommes vraiment ravis.

Frederic was very friendly and let us check in an hour early as it was pouring with rain ..the view from the balcony was exceptional .. A little tight room wise with 3 teenage daughters and all their luggage and make up!!! but apart from that we all loved it at Frederic’s and none of us wanted to go home..I would definately come back it was great value with all the amenities around you could need ..I liked being out of the centre of Cannes it was only a 30 min walk.. wonderful choice of beaches…open market everyday I could go on.. worth every penny..
