We loved our stay here! And Matthew did such a great job being our host. If we had any questions or small maintenance concerns, there was someone at our door within about 20 minutes. This home was a perfect place for our family of 12 . The private pool and hot tub in the backyard were ideal! We chose to have the swimming pool heated, which made it possible to use the pool anytime of the day. And the Gulf was only about a a block and a half away. And the kitchen, well, it had everything we needed! I’ve Never had such a well stocked Airbnb. Griddle, slow cooker, rice cooker, small air fryer, and every utensil/pan you could think of. Ok

Great cottage, perfect location next to courts, short walk to pools and beach. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. Michael and his team were incredibly responsive and helpful. The location itself was amazing. Only about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and another 5 minute walk to a pier where you can easily access the water taxi service to get anywhere in the harbor. Would stay here again.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay

Excellent location! Close to Pompano Joe’s, Kenny D’s and more. Condo was appointed well with kitchen items, games/books/movies, and pool/beach items. Bed was very comfortable and the laundry was right outside the door. Host was responsive and it’s a great spot for a family of 4!

Shelley was amazing and responsive. This place was a dream with plenty of space and things to do. The condo itself with the balcony and rooftop were amazing with relaxing views. There are several pools which the kids loved and made you feel even more like a tropical vacation as there were resort style. Beautiful beaches within walking distance as well. Shelley was fantastic and we look forward to returning in the future. A must stay for all!

I loved staying at the cottage! So beautiful and peaceful. This place is perfect for a getaway to the beach. Just book it. You won’t regret it.

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

my kids and i had a “staycation” at mike and shari’s place over spring break. we had an awesome time together. both the sound and gulf beach access points were super close to the property. we really enjoyed relaxing on the front and back porches and the unique artwork and decor pieces inside the property made us feel right at home.

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

This place is amazing! It was perfect for my fiancé and I and our two daughters. Convenient location between Big Kahuna waterpark and the track gocart course. There are also plenty of restaurants around and some within walking distance. It's easy to find and very close to the beach. I recommend paying 4-6 dollars and going to henderson beach state park. The beach with free parking nearby is a small strip in between resorts with private beaches. This area easily gets overcrowded. Overall, it was a great time and I would recommend this place to anyone, especially with kids.

We loved our stay at Danielle ‘s place! The location was very beautiful in a really nice area! It was extremely easy to get back-and-forth to the beach even with all of our stuff!! The rooms are huge and there’s plenty of room to spread out across the house! We also loved the rooftop view as well. The kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to cook nearby. Some really cool restaurants were nearby and it was a short ride if you wanted to drive into downtown Destin for more to do!

Maria was a fabulous host. She was eager to provide tips on shopping, restaurants and local attractions. She was easy to get in touch with and always friendly. The home was exactly as described and very clean. It was an awesome benefit to have someone on the property drive around on a large golf cart to bring you to and from the beach, the walk was a little further than expected but not horrible. Maria also has a shed full of beach stuff we were able to use such as chairs, umbrellas, floats and a wagon. We had a great time and made some awesome memories. I will definitely book again 😎

We had a wonderful time at Kate’s home in Miramar. The townhouse was perfect for us with plenty of room, and the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. Beach was not super crowded and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping within a 5 minute drive. This was our first trip to Miramar, and we absolutely plan to go back.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home a short walk to both the beach and great eating. It was an easy 5 minute walk from the regional access point for the beach. While the accesss point is small, it limits the crowd. The neighborhood was quiet and private. Our host was super responsive. A minor repair was needed to a shower and it was addressed right away. The beach and pool gear on-site was a huge relief as we did not need to bring our own. We enjoyed the pool, which was in a great spot to be shielded from the sun in the morning and late afternoon. The home itself was great, a massive kitchen with dual fridges and dishwashers opens to the living area and eating area, making it easy to manage and entertain a large group. We had room to do a large puzzle on one end, stage towels and sunscreen on the other, and still have plenty of room for dishes and room to eat at the counter. The ground floor full bathroom was very useful for quick showers as well.

We absolutely loved our stay at Miramar Beach and at this Airbnb! We felt right at home there. Also, we loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

What a perfect spring break getaway! Our family of 6 had an amazing stay at Vanessa’s welcoming home! She was incredibly responsive, organized and communicative! The location of this house couldn’t have been better (a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee, and ice cream). The heated pool was a huge hit, and we loved having different spaces to relax (reading on the front porch, dinner on the rooftop deck, and lounging poolside).There was plenty of room for everyone, and we enjoyed walking to nearby breakfast spots, morning jogs on the nearby path, and visiting friends in Seaside, just a 15-minute drive away. Highly recommend this home! Has a great layout, ideal location, and a wonderful host!

The location of the house was great! Very close to the beach, even closer than I thought it would be. It's a beautiful beach. There's a restaurant next door and a place across the street with rentals and food, ice cream, etc. There's also a nice walking trail. Conveniently located to other towns in the area. Enough space for our family.

Laura’s house was the perfect getaway for our spring break vacation! It offered more than enough space for our three families, making it an ideal choice for a group trip. The kids (and even the adults!) absolutely loved the slide—it was a huge highlight of our stay. The extra cost for heating the pool was definitely worth it, as we spent countless hours enjoying it. We also really appreciated the abundance of beach towels, which made things so much easier. Communication with Laura was seamless, and she went above and beyond by providing great local recommendations. While we knew in advance that the house didn’t include beach chairs or sand toys, it would be a fantastic bonus for future guests. Also, though it wasn’t an issue for us, the number of stairs might be a consideration for those with mobility concerns. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and we’d highly recommend it to others!

Shelly and her home were fantastic. Felt very safe in the gated in neighborhood. The golf cart was so great to have in a place like 30A! Her home was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. She truly went above and beyond to accommodate myself and my family. Would absolutely stay here again!
