I can’t begin to describe how magical our stay was. I was a bit worried about the weather as I have previously been in a tornado, and there was severe weather heading our way however, once I got to the property, I saw that it was not the type of area that a tornado would typically hit and they had a location on the property that we could go to for safety just in case. Our host was very kind and patient and answered all of my questions to ease my mind, and in the end, listening to the rain on the rooftop was one of the most relaxing and peaceful sounds I have ever heard . The treehouse was beautifully decorated with the sweetest touches at every turn. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity. ! We can’t wait to bring our family back!

We had a wonderful time! The hosts made all instructions very clear and easy to follow. They provided so many things like grilling tools, s’mores supplies, outdoor and indoor games, and much more. The space was beautiful and we had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back!!

We had full capacity of family. Marci was so accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. She was concerned that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She was the best host!!! We enjoyed our stay and the kids had a ball with the yard, roasting marshmallows!

We stayed here as a group for a work trip. It was spacious enough that we each had our own rooms, and big enough to all fit at the kitchen table to discuss and eat.

Such a cute cottage/house! Easy to get around Chattanooga from here. Safe and quiet neighborhood! We would stay here again

Lovely house in the woods on Lookout Mountain with twinkly city lights and beautiful sunrises through the bare trees. Home was beautifully decorated and very cozy. We were very comfortable. Katie and Joel are great hosts: super nice, helpful, and easy to communicate with. All this was great, but location was FANTASTIC. Easy drive downtown and GORGEOUS hiking trails up to the top of the mountain basically right outside the front door. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful location, spacious home, quiet street. We had a wonderful visit and stay at Kris's place. The house had everything you would need, great for kids, and comfortable accommodations. Close to everything Chattanooga has to offer and this spot was a perfect homebase.

I had a wonderful stay with Kevin and Kendie. They were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I had a great stay and would 100% recommend Simply Sunny and hope to be able to visit again soon!

Our stay was great. The place was very clean and provided everything we needed. The hot tub was so nice to have right outside the door. The view from the pool area is amazing! The goats on the property are very cute and came right up to the fence for us to see. The instructions for check in and out are easy to follow. Please keep in mind when booking the place sits on a mountain side. The main driveway is paved and well maintained but very steep. We will be coming back again. Loved our experience.

We LOVED this little place. We were on a girls trip, just 2 of us and it was perfect! It was very clean, comfortable and just as pictured and described in the Airbnb site. When we first pulled up to it we did question our surroundings. It was 1:00 am and an unfamiliar area to us. Some of the homes on that street were less well kept and we questioned our choice. HOWEVER, we had zero issues, never felt unsafe for any reason. In fact we needed up loving everything about where we stayed! Thank you to our host for such a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Hilde’s place! The location was peaceful and beautiful, offering a perfect getaway. We needed to check in late, and they provided incredibly detailed instructions with pictures, which we really appreciated. We also brought our dog, who had a great time socializing with their friendly and adorable pups. Michael and Hilde were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Despite some bad weather over the weekend, they thoughtfully reached out to offer suggestions in case we needed shelter for the night. We would love to return and enjoy the close proximity to the water next time!

We had a lovely stay here! It was a beautiful apartment and very conveniently located. Everything was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. As others have mentioned, it is next to a busy road so it was pretty loud at night but the provided earplugs helped a lot! Overall, we would highly recommend for a cozy stay.

Of my many numerous Airbnb stays, this one with Bonnie rates among my highest. Bonnie was an absolute delight as a host and a person. She thoughtfully anticipated our needs and was highly accommodating for check in and check out. The living space exuded a magical and welcoming vibe. It was conveniently located to downtown Chattanooga via a short drive. Thank you for an amazing and rejuvenating getaway!

We are return guests and love it each time. Place is clean and quiet, internet is fast, and we felt right at home. Neighborhood is peaceful and a short drive from the interstate. Will definitely be coming back!

We booked this lovely place for a girls weekend and it did not disappoint!! The cabin is beautiful, surroundings amazing and the sunset view from the deck breathtaking. We had 8 ladies and were very comfortable. We only left the property once to go hiking and that was only a few miles away. The kitchen was well stocked and the fireplace very cozy. The hot tub was warm and ready for us to climb in. Cathy was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back soon.

Incredible view overlooking the valley, a hidden gem! The goats were a nice surprise as well! Overall and amazing stay and would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a great place to stay with an even greater view.

My wife and I were looking for a little getaway, away from family, friends and our doggos just to have some much needed Us time. What a great stay. Really cute yet sexy place to stay. Very clean and well thought out little cabin. Our host was super responsive when we asked questions. We would have loved to extend our stay if we could have but unfortunately it was booked behind us. My wife and I will definitely be adventuring back to this cabin in the future.

Absolutely loved our stay at Mrs. Faye's cabin. The time and love they have put into this place is remarkable. To my wife & I this was a little slice of heaven. Takes you back to a simpler time, we really didn't want to leave to venture out much just sit on the beautiful porch enjoying nature and each other. The antique decor was a dream come true to enjoy. Had my morning coffee on the porch while watching a family of deer cross the yard. Really was a peaceful and relaxing stay, we would love to come back sometime in the future. Couldn't ask for better communication with our host. Really appreciate the warm touches Mrs. Faye left us to make us feel warm and welcome. Even was able to get some fresh eggs to have for breakfast. Enjoyed a cozy fire in the evenings and even grilled steaks for dinner one night. Location is great for visiting Chattanooga, TN and other local attractions. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The property and views were stunning! Very clean and easy to get to as well. A great place to unplug and relax!

This cabin was amazing! Fit my group of 7 wonderfully and the drive to the house is beautiful!! Tabitha was responsive and very helpful. We had no issues and would love to stay again!

This is our second stay at Grant Summit Cabins and we will for sure be back. Our host was sweet, the cabin was amazing and you can’t beat the views. Can’t wait for our next stay already!
