Gateway to Paradise is the perfect name for Dyanne’s place. The house was beautiful and spacious, with many indoor and outdoor areas to relax in. The area has so much to offer, with some of the best food I’ve ever eaten in restaurants close by. Do not pass up this place!

Wonderful property. Located about 10 minutes outside of town, which was nice. It felt safe and secluded. The patio area and hot tub felt very peaceful and private. Highly recommended!

This home was so much more than we expected. Well equipped, clean, BEAUTIFUL location. Andres was very responsive with my questions and Maggie is an absolute delight. She helped us schedule an amazing outing to snorkel, and saw dolphins, sea turtles, and a mama and baby whale. Our trip included a mom and dad who had been to Samara twice before and wanted to share it with our 8 year old. We swam, relaxed, and spent time as a family. Despite significant travel woes getting to Costa Rica and home, this home gave us a wonderful family getaway. I highly recommend it! Thank you!

This Airbnb was absolutely beautiful! The place is even more beautiful in person. It is about 30 minutes from the heart of Tamarindo. So keep that in mind. The hosts assistance was the highlight!!! She assisted us with everything. Booking a chef, airport transportation, recommendations and all!! Even got me a birthday cake! Truly an amazing experience from beginning to end.

Stunning and private place. The house is beautifully designed for feeling immersed in nature and has a wonderful layout. The pool was long enough for swimming laps which was great. Love this place.

Carlos is an amazing host! He was so friendly, so personable, and so helpful during our stay. My two teenagers loved having their own bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor. And because those two upstairs room are only accessible by way of the upstairs balcony, my wife and I felt that we had a lot of privacy. The house is very close to downtown La Fortuna and all of the area’s wonderful activities!

El lugar es increíblemente bonito, la casa está bien, pero las zonas que hay en la casa son muy agradables y relajantes. Tiene un lugar para fogata, unos sillas, camas y demás, por lo que podes pasar el día ahí simplemente relajado oyendo el mar que está al frente. La playa es super tranquila y bonita para ir a caminar, el amanecer es muy hermoso, pero la noche simplemente sin palabras. No hay contaminación lumínica, por lo que se puede ver el cielo despejado y millones de estrellas. Increíble la vista. El Internet me fue funcional para trabajar los 2 días sin ningún problema. Solo hay un ventilador, pero no es tan caliente, entonces esta bien, la refri es pequeña para que no compren mucho, es funcional para tener frío las cosas! Si volvería a la zona, me volvería a hospedar acá

Beautiful and neat place! Love the aesthetics of it ! Shops and restaurants are about 10min walking down the main road with the locals.

Great place to spend a vacation. Property manager Nadia was very responsive and helpful whenever needed. Property was clean and well maintained. Driveway retaining wall was under construction during our stay which would have been nice to know but the workers were polite and courteous throughout our stay.

Lovely place to enjoy the nature and peace, our kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and surroundings. Friendly owners and staff made us feel like home and we definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to explore more

Recomiendo el lugar al 100%, espectacular lugar, vista super hermosa para ver el atardecer, baño grande, casa bien equipada. El lugar super aseado y limpio. Me encantó. Súper práctico para llevar a un adulto mayor o personal con discapacidad.

Kelly and Javier are such wonderful and sweet hosts and the photos cannot even capture what a beautiful place they created for you to stay in! They put so many little hand picked and individual details that this was hands down the hardest to leave in Costa Rica. Every corner of their place feels like a little oasis of its own that you want to enjoy at different times of the day or night. The cherry on the top is that Kelly and Javier are outstandingly kind and attentive hosts that provide you with all the information you need and are always up for chat. Staying at their place was definitely the highlight of our whole vacation!

Preciosa Cabaña en Monteverde. despiertas en medio de la naturaleza alejado de la ciudad.

This was a great place to stay for our family of six. Andres is a very attentive and gracious host. the property is amazingly beautiful and secluded down a long driveway. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and sitting on the balcony watching for birds. There are a couple spots close by for groceries as well as some restaurants. It was about 15-20 min to La Fortuna. We would stay here again given the opportunity.

I could not say enough good things about Silvio's beautiful, beautiful home. Nestled away far from the bustle of Monteverde and the never-ending tourist attractions Costa Rica offers, Silvio's home is a quiet, peaceful respite. The long, bumpy driveway is a scenic experience in itself, and we spotted almost as much wildlife from our driveway or in the trees around the home as we did on some nature hikes! Photos of both the home and the incredible view honestly don't do this place justice. As other reviewers have mentioned, a 4x4 is definitely necessary to access this place, but well worth it. Amenities were perfect- hot water, reliable WiFi, extra blankets, and the banana bread at check in was also a lovely touch. We regrettably didn't have time to hike the trails surrounding the property, but we did get multiple check ins from the incredibly friendly horses. I could not recommend this property more. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Loved this cabin! Was the perfect place to stay during our visit of La Fortuna. Esteban was an amazing host greeting us when we arrived and sharing local restaurant recommendations. The cabin is an easy drive to the city to walk around or get to your excursions. It was clean, comfortable and safe. The river was great to walk to for a dip. Would stay again!

A peaceful and private location surrounded by nature, just a short drive from the city center and nearby hot springs. We especially enjoyed having our coffee and fruit on the porch. The decoration is truly unique, and staying with family made it even more special, as each of us found a space that resonated with us. The apartment is well-equipped, full of charm, and has a warm, home-like feel.

Very beautiful location and cottage. The hosts also served us the most delicious breakfast!

We loved the home! Great location. Felt secluded and quiet. We enjoyed the fire pit relaxing in the evening. Everything we needed to cook our breakfast. Lots of space! We didn’t use the hot tub or steam room but nice knowing we could.
