This place was a gem! Location could not be better—right up the hill from tons of great restaurants, shops, and the beach. Easy to access with an ATV. Our taxi driver was not able to take us to the very top of the hill where the house is, so keep this in mind when booking your transportation to the house. We had an amazing stay, and the hosts were able to answer any questions we had promptly. The house has a gorgeous view of the ocean and sunset, the bed were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great in each bedroom. We would absolutely come back and recommend this place to anyone staying in Santa Teresa!

Our stay was fantastic. Daniel and Adrian (+ their team) were super responsive and made our trip so easy. They helped schedule all of the activities we wanted to do and transportation to anywhere in Costa Rica. I have never experienced service like this from an AirBnB host. 10/10 is an understatement. The place was clean and fit what we were looking for. Walkable to downtown La Fortuna. Very friendly as well. Pura Vida!!!

Daniel’s place was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. It was about a 15min walk into downtown La Fortuna. Daniel was highly responsive. He gave us recommendations of what to do, and always responded to my questions immediately. Overall, great stay and would recommend

The place was clean, felt private, and offered a lovely view of the surrounding forest. The staff at Rainbow Valley Lodge were exceptionally helpful and very friendly. They offered lots of suggestions and booked some activities for us as well. One thing to note - if you plan on spending a lot of the day at this place, just keep in mind that there are very large windows that soak in a lot of sun and it gets very warm. You can open windows to help with that, but it still gets hot. Once the sun goes down, the place cools down quickly and is very comfortable for sleeping at night. We were pretty much out of the house during the day, so it wasn't a problem for us; not an issue with the place itself, just something to consider if you're staying here for a couple days or more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ruth's place..it was a slice of paradise! the accommodations were just as described! The beds were very comfortable and the AC made the bedrooms very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the deluxe master suite which was a great oasis for this tired Mom. The home is surrounded by jungle, we were fascinated by all the unusual sounds and especially liked our visits from the local mischievous monkeys. Highly recommend! As others have said the floor plan was a bit different with no real lounging area inside, but the area by the pool made up for this and was a magical place to be.

Beautiful setting, clean place and just as described. We had an issue at check in with door code but the host was quick to respond. Would stay again.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The key in lock box was so convenient for self check in! We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Having the washing machine was super great. Fun decor!

Villa Pura Vida was exactly what we needed to celebrate our 10 year anniversary trip to Costa Rica. My husband and I traveled solo to La Fortuna to hike the rainforests. The house was spacious and stocked with everything we required to relax after a full day of hiking. The pool and hot tub was wonderful and beautiful! The sounds of the birds outside acted as a natural sleep machine. While we only needed one bedroom, the extra space served us well as a place to store our luggage and hiking items. We drove in from SJO and the private parking space made the place feel safe and secure. Even though we had a vehicle, the space was located within walking distance to so many restaurants, stores and bars that we chose to walk everywhere. Don't hesitate to book this place! Our host also arranged some group tours for us which was extremely helpful!

Jai was an amazing host! 10/10!!!! We all loved her! 100 percent recommend staying here! We would love to come back again some day! Thank you Jai for your hospitality! You were fantastic!

Daniel’s place was great. His house is really clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Daniel and his cohosts are also extremely nice. They helped us booked a couple of our activities around the area and provided help when we needed. Although one thing I do want to mention, if you have a large group of people, I’d recommend spacing out the shower usage. We had some issues showering with cold water but Daniel was quick to help with that as well. Overall, this was a great experience. Highly recommend.

We had a very memorable experience at Daniel's Place. Yorlany was an exceptional host, and her parents who lived nearby made us feel entirely welcomed and like part of the family. They took us for a tour of their garden and property, and even found a frog for our kids to hold! The actual accommodation had everything we needed, the pool was perfect to cool down in, and it was in a location that was far enough away from La Fortuna to feel peaceful but still not too far for day trips. We would definitely recommend staying at Daniel's place!

Stylish space and great location very convenient for all the Fortuna/Arenal area has to offer, in a quiet neighborhood just outside of town and right off the main road. Loved the outdoor spaces and patio with beautiful, lush tropical landscaping. The inside lacks a comfortable place to gather, but we were fine with the outdoor spaces for that. Great views of Arenal from the street.

Areli’s place was absolutely beautiful! She was super responsive and helpful with local recommendations. She booked an ATV excursion for me and my family. I would absolutely recommend her beautiful home and look forward to booking again in the future.

A Perfect Stay – Stunning Volcano Views & Pure Relaxation I stayed here for just one night, but it was unforgettable! The jacuzzi, surrounded by lush greenery, felt like a private oasis—pure relaxation. The outdoor shower was amazing; I didn’t want to get out! The entire garden space was beautifully maintained, perfect for unwinding. Inside, the apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. The bed was huge and incredibly soft—one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. But the rooftop balcony was the true highlight, offering a perfect view of the volcano—absolutely breathtaking at sunrise and sunset. Though I never met the hosts, their messages were warm, thoughtful, and ensured my stay was flawless. Every detail was perfect. thanks again and Pura Vida!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful place surrounded by nature. We loved the garden, hot tub and bbq area. Amilcar and his wife were so friendly and helpful a during our stay. It’s a perfect place for a couple or a four person trip. The internet was excellent, we worked online all week with no issues. Thank you to Amilcar for your hospitality! We will be back :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Erick’s place. Everything from the homemade banana bread to the incredible views and jacuzzi, stargazing in the hammock to the location near the town and shops. We would recommend this place to anyone without a doubt. Erick’s family were so hospitable and it was really nice to support a Costa Rican family. We hope to return someday to those unforgettable sunset views.

Casa Mango was beyond our expectations! The home itself was stunning - the outdoor space was what attracred us to Casa Mango in the first place and the photos in the listing simply did not do the space justice. The views of Lake Arenal from the hammocks were spectacular. Every morning would bring different birds and other wildlife to the backyard. I really enjoyed eating breakfast every morning with the (domestic) cows grazing behind a fence right next to the covered outdoor dining area. The interior of the home was immaculate, the kitchen had everything we needed and the master bedroom was so comfy. We will be back and we hope to stay at Casa Mango again!

We had a great stay! The room was very clean. The property has many beautiful plants that we all enjoyed. My boys loved the hot tub and the pool. I would recommend Joselyn’s place anytime!!

Mauricio's Rental was an Amazing stay in La Fortuna. The cabin and huge hot tub w/ waterfall were a highlight of our stay. The Landscaping is amazing, and there is a Sloth sanctuary 50m from the property!!! We saw tons of wildlife here, exotic birds, monkeys, and Sloths! Would recommend 100% for your stay in La Fortuna! I will always cherish the three days I spent in paradise here in La Fortuna Thanks Mauricio!!!

Wonderful cabin! It was our first stay in Costa Rica and we loved it. We used the hot tub but didn’t get a chance to use the sauna since we were busy adventuring. Highly recommend this place.
