One of a kind! This wasn’t just an Airbnb but an entire experience with the shuttle services, beach club, exclusive beach access, restaurants and concierge service. The pool at the condo was so relaxing and we enjoyed being on the ground floor for easy pool access. Sitting out on the porch at night was so peaceful. Josephine was an attentive host and answered all my questions promptly. Our stay was fantastic overall and we would HIGHLY recommended to others.

This condo was beyond beautiful, well kept, clean, and the view was spectacular and dreamy! The condo had a beautiful pool and spa and workout room. The surroundings were very serene. Melissa was great and accommodated our party with all of our requests! My only complaint with this property is that it is 20 minutes away from a restaurant or the marina and even further in to town. You can drive the road with a golf cart, but you do have to be careful, very curvy and hilly roads.

We really enjoyed our stay, great hosts. They have 2 lovely dogs as well, they have it setup so that a gate separates the garden in two. They won’t go around the pool area but we opened the gate for Rio the Border Collie to hang out, very friendly and quiet dogs. Quiet and super close to the beach, walk 100 meters you are at a supermarket, next 100 meters you are already at the beach! The house has everything needed to cook and even a nice TV. Rooms and common areas all like in the pictures. Thanks a lot 🙏🏻

Property was breathtaking. The view from the unit was even better in person. Very spacious accommodations for my family of 5. Beach club was awesome! And the beach was incredible! Alfanso was an amazing host and was always available to answer any questions or give suggestions. he even booked our car rental. The property that this unit is in is very special. Monkeys galore!! Would go back n a heartbeat. Pura Vida!

This place is phenomenal! Super quiet, away from the tourist areas. Makes for a great home base. It’s not in walking distance to Santa Ana, but we preferred that as it was much quieter and peaceful. Would have loved to stay longer. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a lovely place atop a mountain with a panoramic view of the islands and the Gulf of Papagayo all the way to the coast of Nicaraguan. It was fun to sit in the comfy chairs on the deck or at the swimming pool and watch the boats come and go and this beach, Playa Ocotal, is my favorite in Costa Rica. Be aware of the roads to the house and try to get there before dark as it is unmade, with sheer drops and very windy with no room to pass. The kitchen is well equippped compared with most which made cooking a joy but the air conditioner was not adequate to keep the kitcchen cool and a fan would be a welcome addition. The hosts were 100% responsive, kind and caring people. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Our experience: 2.5/3 stars, but, with the right research it would be 4/5. The condo is a 5. The amenities are a 5. But you NEED a car or a golf cart. The great: small pool close by is awesome and empty. The beach club is cool, and has a very nice restaurant and gorgeous two pools, all of which becomes sweltering if it is hot outside. Beach is beautiful and condo guests have access to lounge chairs. The golf course was nice but just too hot to play. Shuttle responds quickly and will take you anywhere within the resort. The trails were a nice added benefit. The bad: VERY long, difficult walk to the beach club. You need a car or cart or the shuttle. If hotels are busy, condo guests cannot use the restaurants. You’ll need a car to get to Brasilito or Playa Flamingo or Tamarindo for great food or any activities unless you only want the beach club or to cook at home. Taxis are very expensive and not easy to arrange. With a car and a cart at a cooler time of year it’s a solid 5.

Our stay was great! We had 5 adults and 2 little kids. We enjoyed the Beach Club amenities and were able to access Westin amenities too (although we found the prices of food to be crazy for non-guests). Great location and comfortable beds, hot water showers.

We really enjoyed our time at Patricia‘s unit. The unit was bigger than we anticipated, bright and clean. Well equipped kitchen, laundry, and cleaning closet. The beds were really comfortable. Lots of extra towels. Adixa was excellent in getting us settled into the unit. The beach club is awesome. You call for the shuttle and it arrives within the time they quote usually 5 to 10 minutes. The staff at the beach club were excellent. Great gym and a spa. The restaurant at the beach club has good food and pretty reasonable. The beach was accessible to the resort and had kayaks and paddle boards available at no cost. There were Trek bikes available too. We did venture to the all-inclusive Westin hotel for a meal and it was more expensive but good. The shuttles will take you there. We enjoyed our time here and hope to return.

Beautiful house, in a great community(Mar Vista) it was close to everything you need. Lovely host(Alejandra) who was always there if you needed guidance. Home was as described, very cozy.. gorgeous views of sunrise and sunset from both sides. The ice plunge and sauna were an amazing addition to our little wellness retreat. Very clean.. it didn’t feel like you were in someone else’s home, more like your own.. therefore very hard to leave.

Miejsce idealne dla odpoczynku większa grupą. Piękne widoki, fajny basen - wszystko zgodnie z opisem i zdjęciami. Super komunikacja z opiekunem domu - zawsze szybko odpisywał na wiadomości i dawał wskazówki. Pokoje fajne, salon i kuchnia przestronne. Brakowało tylko trochę prywatności w sypialniach - nie wszystkie posiadały zasłony w oknach. Podjazd pod domek dość stromy - plus taki, że nie było dużych opadów deszczu i nasz bus dawał radę pod nią wjechać - w innym przypadku raczej polecam napęd 4x4. Najlepiej dojeżdżać do domku prze zmrokiem, żeby bezpiecznie dotrzeć na miejsce. Miejsce bardzo polecam do odpoczynku na Kostaryce, i jak dla mnie całość pobytu oceniam 10/10. :)

We just spent 5 nights at Gaby's place. It was amazing. We have been to Costa Rica > 10 times and to the Tamarindo area 3 times. This was our 2nd time in Reserva Conchal. Last time we stayed at the Westin. This time we rented Gaby's place for a family of 10 with 2 other people staying in a condo nearby. The place was much better than the pictures show. It was spotless. The kitchen was super well equipped. The location cannot be beat - it is 2.5 minutes by golf cart to the beach club and beach. Gaby is the best AirBnB host I have ever had. Some examples: she asks you what code you want for the door, she brought a pot that could go in the oven from her home so we could cook a special meal, and we had one small house problem (not her fault) that she had fixed the next day finding someone on Christmas day to fix it. She is super responsive - within 30 minutes and was always willing to help with information. I wish I had more than 1,000 characters because she and the house are that great!

It’s was the perfect mini home. Great views of the ocean from both floors. Comfortable bed, functional kitchen and cozy living room space. Wifi connections was great. Sweet little hummingbirds and butterflies in the yard. Eden was a pleasure to work with. Her responses are prompt and she’s very helpful! I highly recommend this space.
