This place was great. Gesele was very helpful and attentive . It was walking distance to the beach and restaurants . Would love to stay here again.

This place was great, very close walk to the beach. Great Thai restaurant across the street, and very close the main street of Jaco. The A/C was great, the shipping container unique! Our shipping container (Oceania) had a small bridge that we had to walk across to access the front door which could be trickier to access. We enjoyed our stay!

A 20 metros de la playa y a 400 metros de la terminal de bus; el lugar está muy bien ubicado. Tiene varios restaurantes cerca y se camina fácilmente al centro. La cama es cómoda, la ducha es maravillosa! Y los espacios en común son hermosos. La señora que atiende es muy amable y atenta. Además de que el ac es una salvada para el calor! Personalmente me encantó que no tuviera ventanas porque así dormía con mayor comodidad. Me pareció un buen valor

Excelente casa, muy bien ubicada cerca de playa blanca, que es una playa bella y familiar. La casa es linda, acogedora muy bien espacio para cocinar y compartir. Fede excelente comunicacion

Rodrigo was an excellent host. The place is kind of quirky, but we ended up really liking it. The property is private and has a lot of space. It's about a 7 minute drive to the Playa Avellanas beach. It has a great Bar/restaurant within walking distance. Just a couple minutes away. Rodrigo was very accommodating. The place worked well for my family of 5. I would definitely stay here again. Just realize that the place is not exactly where it shows up on the map for Airbnb. You will need to get the directions from Rodrigo. It's not as close to the beach as it appears on the Airbnb map. But again, it's only about a seven minute drive.

Giselle made everything perfect. Different breakfast choices everyday and a traditional Costa Rican breakfast that was Amazing!! The cleanliness was also great and there is a really good Mexican restaurant right next door. The only thing is it isn't as close to the beach as I wanted it was more like a 15 minute walk or 5 min Uber ride other than that this is in a good location with lots of stores around

The place was just as described and close to the main part of town, everything was clean and the place is very secure and peaceful!

We had a wonderful stay at Puka Retreat. The space was furnished very thoughtfully with all the needed amenities. The semi-outdoor kitchen was an especially nice touch that made us feel right at home. The managers, Belinda and Rolando were always responsive and very helpful. The stay is near the beautiful Playa Avellanas beach, which is so lovely to visit especially in the mornings.

This was the best airbnb I've ever stayed in! The place was beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, and stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks. The view from the living room was stunning. The location allowed me to walk everywhere I needed to go. The host was so kind and responsive to any little question I had. I wholeheartedly recommend Chandra’s place and can't wait for a reason to visit again!

La casa muy bella, organizada, amplia y cómoda. El área de cocina muy completa, tanto en electrodomésticos como en utensilios. Cuenta con toallas para la ducha y junto al jacuzzi, este fue un detalle que nos gustó. El entorno tranquilo, si bien la separación entre las casas es una muralla de bambú y se puede ver un poco entre ellas solo se ven siluetas, por lo que cumple con la privacidad. Otro aspecto que nos gustó es que en cada ventana y puerta cuenta con mosqueteros. Ariel atento en todo momento y nos dio recomendaciones para continuar con nuestra ruta. Sin duda lo recomendaríamos, y será de nuestros Airbnb favoritos. Suerte!!

Perfect spot to stay when visiting Hermosa. Has all the kitchen items you need and a comfortable space with a view of the beach. You can hear the waves crashing which is perfect. Also it is on a semi private road so it’s peaceful. Highly recommend and will use this place again if/when I return to Hermosa.

La mejor opción para quedarse en la zona. Excelente trato del anfitrión, siempre al pendiente de nuestra comodidad. La casa está a pasos de la playa, el lugar es sumamente tranquilo y privado. Esta muy cerca de todos los restaurantes de Caldera. La casa estaba muy limpia y muy cuidada. La piscina es pequeña, pero ideal para refrescarse. Realmente recomendamos este lugar, nos encantó y queremos volver.

Our vacation was perfect thanks to this amazing spot. The view was incredible, the pool was exactly what we were looking for and the grounds were so well kept that we went into town only to get food and to eat out twice. Loved that I could bring my service dog and that he was able to enjoy the vacation too. If you bring your fur baby. Just keep an eye for the neighborhood dogs that sometimes come by to say hello. Fabiola was wonderful and responsive when I reached out to her. The lady in charge of the cleaning -Estela, was incredibly kind and was super helpful too. Can’t wait to come back!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Haus hatte alles, was man braucht, und war äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Die wunderschöne Natur in der Umgebung hat uns sofort begeistert, perfekt zum Entspannen und Erholen. Die Küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und hatte alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Auch die Einrichtung des Hauses war geschmackvoll und gemütlich, sodass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Ein großes Dankeschön an den Gastgeber, der sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich war.

Edlin’s container was great. It is just as described, in a nice neighborhood surrounded by woods. There were a bunch of birds, a couple of white rabbits and we heard the howler monkeys everyday. The place is close to many of the beaches and parks. Edlin was great. She communicated well, made sure we had everything we needed.

We stayed at Carlos’ place for 10 nights and it had everything we needed. It was important to us to be able to cook our own meals and we had everything we needed to do that. It was a close to drive to everything and only took 10 minutes or so to get anywhere, location was perfect for us. The drive was easy and the place was easily accessible by car. The neighbours are very close, although we never saw them, we could hear them- but it wasn’t bothersome at all. Felt very safe and comfortable. If your looking for something that’s close to everything, is simple, safe and affordable- this is it! Also, Carlos was really great to communicate with. We didn’t have any issues, but had questions about places to go and things to see and he gave us SO much information that might have otherwise been hard to find on our own!

My stay at Jessica's place was fantastic from start to finish. Everything is very well done on the inside, beautiful landscaping, and the pool is a treat! I especially appreciated the kitchen amenities of great appliances, and nice dishes. Seems that a lot of thought went into preparing this space for guests. I was so comfortable there and look forward to staying again.

Absolutely breathtaking!! Thank you for providing the most beautiful abode tucked inside the jungle. This place truly embodies the Pura Vida life of which is Costa Rica. This home is built within, and among its surroundings. It’s almost as if it grew out of the foliage. We rented a quad of which helped us to get to places such as the grocery store for a larger shop. But if only on foot, you can walk anywhere you need to. We cooked all of our meals with the exception of a few lunches at home. This place had everything you need to both cook and store leftovers. Everything single thing was well thought out within this space. My boyfriend and I went down for surf, yoga and soul restoration trip and this place served as a major part of the restoration for us! This place has a fully equipped kitchen, all up to date appliances. It is incredibly peaceful throughout the entire day! When we return next year, we will definitely being staying here! We only stayed one night but we had a great time! Definitely recommend cafe and macadamia for food and Tia Marilena for an amazing massage. The brewery down the street was also nice. It rained a lot during our stay and the wind and rain were loud hitting the container. The key lock did stick which was annoying since it was pouring rain but overall we had a nice one night stay.

What a great spot with a great location to the beach! Outdoor shower was my favourite although there is a shower inside I preferred having one outdoors! I loved how private it was and easy to access with the instructions. Super responsive host and would stay again :)
