Ohana Villas was the perfect place to stay in Santa Teresa! The property is beautiful, it’s well maintained and clean. The pool and pool area is great! A perfect spot to cool off and relax. The owners are present on the property every day & the nicest people! They would check in on how our stay is going, if we needed anything and just to say hi. We were given clear instructions to access the property, a lengthy list of recommendations for food and some overall information. I would stay here again and recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in ST.

Amazing!! Great location in a beautiful place. Stunning stay. It was so amazing to hear the sounds of the jungle while being in the villa. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Few ants located inside. Would 1000% recommend staying here!

I had a great stay at the Surf Shack. The location was fantastic -- super close to the beach and shops and restaurants, but also felt private and quiet. The outdoor swing was a lovely place to hang out, as was the daybed inside. I would definitely reserve again!

The home is tucked into the mountain. We were greeted by Williams' huge smile and made us feel welcomed. The porch overlooks the valley. The view is incredible. The family is precious. Our daughter loved playing with their children. The family has a coffee farm that you can walk a trail to view. We lived sitting on the porch, listening to thr birds and immersing ourselves in nature. Our last morning- a rainbow was in the valley. The family is helpful and kind. We would be thrilled to stay here again if we make it back to Monteverde. (Their coffee is pretty amazing too)

Jose’s bungalows are a little slice of heaven! We were far enough from the city that the nights felt private and quiet but close enough that we were easily able to walk to town or catch a quick Uber. The sweetest surprise was Luna, Jose’s gorgeous dog, who greeted us at the gate every time we returned and loved to hang out with us by the pool. Would absolutely recommend this place to others!

Teresita and Eli went above and beyond. We were a group of 14 and rented out all their cabanas. As you can imagine we had lots of questions. They took the time to recommend activities and even booked on our behalf. Also, all of their food recommendations were great. The cabanas were beautiful and had everything we needed.

We had a fabulous stay at the Magic Villa. The place is amazing and accurate to pictures and descriptions. We liked that it was out of town enough to feel secluded but close enough that it was only a quick drive. The location is very private and peaceful. It is right next to the Sloth’s territory which was a great tour and very convenient. Jason was also an extremely gracious host and very responsive. We can’t wait to stay again!

We stayed at Montezuma Heights three nights and it was our favorite stop during our time in Costa Rica. The location is stunning - set in the trees on a hilltop overlooking the beach, crashing surf, and forever ocean views. The Calibri is a cozy bungalow, very thoughtfully done. It is clean, quiet, and private. There is a full size bed in the loft up a sturdy ladder (sunrises from the loft are amazing). There is also a twin size day bed on the first floor. Peter was a responsive, communicative host, and information provided pre-approval about the property was especially helpful.

Jocsan nos trató como familia, y ya he recomendado este lugar a mi familia que visita Costa Rica regularmente. Dormí muy bien con el sonido de la naturaleza y me encantó ver un perezoso el primer día. El jacuzzi fue increíble, todo estaba súper limpio, y apreciamos cada detalle. Hasta la próxima!

Massimo ist ein herzlicher Gastgeber. Er hat sich immer Zeit genommen und auch schon vorab viele Fragen klären können. Das kleine Haus, in dem wir nächtigten, liegt mitten im Dschungel und hat sich alles, was man braucht. Es war ordentlich und man konnte sogar warm duschen! Ein schöner Ort, um Ruhe und Natur zu genießen 😌 vielen Dank für die schönen Tage!!

Loved our stay :) close to town but secluded enough that you feel like you’re in the jungle and away from the noise. Great spot!

We had an incredible time at Jeffry’s home! It was one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at!! Jeffry left marshmallows for us to roast which was such a nice touch. The bed was extremely comfortable, shower was clean and felt luxurious. His place truly felt like an oasis and we wished we could have stayed longer!!!

Staying at Huberth’s farm was a highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. We watched birds on the back porch early each morning (saw birds including but not limited to Parakeets, Scarlet Macaws, Warblers and Woodpeckers). The view was beautiful, with tropical and cacao trees surrounding the place. Huberth was an incredible host, and gave us the grand tour of the organic farm upon arrival, which I highly recommend. We learned so much from him in a short time, and on our 30 minute walk we saw 3 sloths (including a baby) all right there on the property! There is a refreshing natural pool on site, and a picturesque river. 11/10 would recommend this place.

Such a beautiful place to stay; super clean, comfortable bed and pillows, amazing shower (spacious, hot water and good pressure), everything we needed, even the Bluetooth TV was a nice +. Quiet environment and amazing privacy. We walked from the Airbnb to Potrero Beach and restaurants around, didn’t take more than 10minutes. The outdoor shower was perfect, such a good way to keep it clean before entering. Owners are good people, available if anything and responsive. We loved our stay there and we definitely recommend it, you won’t regret!

This was the most wonderful place we have stayed at to date. Clean, beautifully styled studio with a wonderful shower and spa. Easy to find, super private and right in the jungle!!. It is close to many attractions of La Fortuna too. I wish we booked it for more nights because we did not want to leave. Would definitely stay here again.

We have just spent three wonderful, relaxing days at Laura’s Tree House. Lots of lovely walks around the area and plenty of wildlife to see! A very nice bar/restaurant five minutes away on foot called De Lucia, well worth a visit. Laura was very responsive and friendly and even brought us Valentines wine, chocolate & flowers which was lovely & much appreciated! 🥰

A nice oasis in quiet Pelada, with a cool dipping pool in the middle of the two cabanas to share. We were lucky that we knew the other couple in cabana 2 but they were private enough that I don’t think it would have mattered if we didn’t. Close to Sunrise coffee which is great breakfast. We bought coffee and fresh fruit from the market and made breakfast smoothies every day while there. Highly recommend renting a golf cart or ATV to get around as, while the beach and Pelada restaurants are walkable, you will want the broader range to get to Guiones or old town Nosara. Place was modern and clean.

I noticed this Airbnb 3 years ago and it was the reason that encouraged me to visit Costa Rica. After seeing this Airbnb unit the first time I knew I made no mistake visiting this beautiful part of the world. The unit is Rustic and more functional and desirable than I have expected. Surrounded with natural greenery, singing birds, and friendly neighbors. The drive to it was intimidating at first impression. But it added to the charm as a I got off the beaten pass. It lead lead me onto the Guiones Sur sandy beach. Then into a hidden rural dirt road which guided me into the my 3 night stay… I wish I could have stayed longer. If you stay here you must experience the sun setting down. Walk out to the beach approximately 4:30pm and wait for to the sun to set over the Pacific Ocean horizon… it’s magical. I shall return. Pura Vida!

Amazing place located just in the right place to be very peaceful and also close to everything you might need. MJ and her husband were really kind and friendly and you can feel all the love they've put into their home. Totally recommend staying here :)

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Le centre ville de la Fortuna est accessible à pieds ( commerces, supermarché, restaurants) tout en étant dans une rue au calme. Communication et échanges faciles avec le propriétaire.

Absolutely breathtaking!! Thank you for providing the most beautiful abode tucked inside the jungle. This place truly embodies the Pura Vida life of which is Costa Rica. This home is built within, and among its surroundings. It’s almost as if it grew out of the foliage. We rented a quad of which helped us to get to places such as the grocery store for a larger shop. But if only on foot, you can walk anywhere you need to. We cooked all of our meals with the exception of a few lunches at home. This place had everything you need to both cook and store leftovers. Everything single thing was well thought out within this space. My boyfriend and I went down for surf, yoga and soul restoration trip and this place served as a major part of the restoration for us! This place has a fully equipped kitchen, all up to date appliances. It is incredibly peaceful throughout the entire day! When we return next year, we will definitely being staying here! Bonita casa 😊 lugar seguro y tranquilo.

Craig and Victorias place was wonderful. This was my first trip to Nosara, and I was initially concerned that I had booked in the "wrong area".... I did not- it's magnificent and much more easily walkable than the map would indicate (I did not rent a car or any transportation), and was easily able to walk to everything. The area is full of spectacular luxury homes, it's peaceful and quiet. Only beautiful nature sounds. I felt extremely safe as a solo female traveler. There are cute little coffee shops and wonderful restaurants on the short (20 minute ) to the more busy area of Nosara. The walk to the beach is 5minutes, and you can easily walk the beach to get to the busier parts of Guinones. The outdoor deck is awesome. Hammock, ceiling fans and a comfy couch for reading, drinking coffee, or napping. The water pressure was great, the AC worked wonderfully, had zero issues with wifi, and everything was clean and as pictured. The hosts were super responsive and helpful with

Tony was so friendly, responsive, and helpful. The cabin was beautiful and it was so fun waking up and watching monkeys from the property in the morning!
