Fabulous location right across from Playa Hermosa. Felt safe and secure. Great communication from the host and co-hosts, and a very cute little black cat to play with.

This was our second time staying here which speaks for itself. The location is perfect down on the quieter side of the beach/town, but literally minutes walk to everything town has to offer. We are already planning our next stay. Thanks Nick & Helene!

La estancia fue espectacular, el lugar estaba ideal. Hermosas vistas en la azotea, silencioso, parqueo seguro. Frente a la playa con acceso y cercanía a servicios como restaurante, supermercado, panaderías etc. Sumamente recomendado.

We stayed at the Flamingo Beach condo for a week. The place worked great for us. The place has good AC, Wifi, and incredible views from the deck. The grounds of the complex are clean, safe, and the care takers are friendly. Playa Flamingo is a quick minute drive or 15 minute walk from the condo. Lots of beautiful beaches close by, if you have a car.

Dana place is beautiful. Right on the beach, many activities and tons of delicious restaurants. The studio was super clean and location is very safe. Parking was a breeze. Host was awesome. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our family could not have had a better experience. Arun’s place is peaceful, luxurious, and truly a respite from the hustle bustle of life. Everything was spotless and the concierge was so helpful. The beauty and relative ease of life made us all relaxed, better versions of ourselves. We skipped renting a car and opted for arranged transport to and from the airport, and we rented a golf cart. We were so glad we did! The streets felt safe and we enjoyed the short rides (minutes!) to the beach, shops, restaurants. Every member of our family remarked on how it would be tough to beat this place - the views, amenities, pool, proximity to good food and a world-class beach. The only downside of this vacation is that future trips may pale in comparison to this one :). Pure vida!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here at Paula’s place in Tamarindo. The place is soooo clean and beautiful. It is on a a very large hill so walking to the beach or anywhere in town will require a workout. If mobility is not an issue than I highly suggest staying here!

We enjoyed our stay. Very walkable- restaurants and shops are within 3-10 minute walk (depending how far you go of course). It is spacious & comfortable w/ beautiful views. The parking lot and pool are gated which gives a better feeling of security. The amenities listed were great for our needs. There are pool towels as well as bath towels. My only notes are that the south building’s view is blocked by north one (as in the north one is closer to the beach; they are not even distances from it); the shower off the queen bedroom has poor engineering & sprays out into the floor if you don’t shower right up against the wall bc there isn’t a full door; the living room TV didn’t work well but hopefully that will be fixed after our stay. But all over very happy with our stay here! Would stay again!

We loved staying at Pia’s spot! It has so many amazing plants, and all the amenities you really need in Central America (AC, hot water, outdoor shower, hammocks & shade ◡̈ ) You can see the surf from the porch, there’s a great restaurant right next door, and so many in walking distance in town. It’s in the best location, while very quiet & feels like its own little oasis. Very safe too! Pia was awesome and gave so many helpful tips for the area, got us setup with a driver from the airport & atvs, rentals, all of it! Even texted me when some of the spots I was interested in surfing would be good! So thoughtful, we loved our stay!

Steve and Shannon are perfect hosts! This is the second time we have stayed here and was just as wonderful the second time. We cook all of our meals on vacation and the kitchen is well equipped for that. From the deck we saw lots of wildlife; coatis, monkeys, parakeets, macaws, an Iguana, geckos and we even had a sloth visiting for a few days. We don't spend much time at the resort, but the pool was empty during the week after dark, swimming alone was great. And we always take the bird tours and the night walk with a guide there at the resort. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Elisabeth and Michael's home was fantastic! We felt as though we had stepped back in time to the early 1900's. They have done an amazing job restoring the place while retaining the original character. Their home is truly a work of art. While there are a few modern conveniences one might find missing, we had everything we needed, were very comfortable and felt completely at home. Michael's breakfast was wonderful and he was always ready to help in every way possible. Our conversations with our hosts were captivating and one of the hi lights of our time in Costa Rica! It is quite apparent that Elisabeth and Michael love Puntarenas and Costa Rica. That affection is quite contagious and we found ourselves more in love with their country having visited with them in their home for a few days and would definitely stay with them again.

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

Spencer’s place in Jaco is perfect, I’ve been to jaco many times and this was the perfect spot to be . It is peaceful and is 100 steps to the ocean . You can hear the beach break. It is also only a 10 min walk into town so you have access to all the restaurants and bars . The place was spotless, WiFi was good and the air conditioner worked really well. It was lush and spotless. Spencer was super accommodating and answered all my questions and even went out of his way to communicate. Incredible spot , will stay in the future and highly recommend Spencer as a host

I fell in love with this Airbnb. If you think the pictures a great, wait to see with your own eyes. If you’re looking for a secluded home with breathtaking scenery, a stunning kitchen for cooking, and an energy that makes you feel right at home, then look no further. Thank you again for everything!

Maison très agréable et fidèle aux photos avec accès direct sur la plage. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir quotidiennement la visite de aras rouges. Le bémol, l’escalier qui donne accès a la plage est en ruine et dangereux ( tiges de fer rouillés, marches cassées en deux) et la plage etait extrêmement sale ( déchets en tous genres et de toutes les tailles :porte de frigo, planches, plastiques, verre, etc…). Quel dommage que les propriétaires des maisons du lotissement ne fassent pas un effort pour collecter tous les dechets qui gâchent cette plage magnifique!!

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

David was a perfect host. Responsive and helpful. Beautiful location. Newly renovated condominium with everything needed for our stay. BBQ was clean. Good quality linen and furniture. Beach chairs with umbrella in condo. Highly recommended

The condo was beautiful, spacious and as described. The ocean view cant be beat, the pool was clean and refreshing. Air conditioning in all areas, cold and adjustable. Internet 100%. Beds comfortable. Showers with good pressure and hot water. 2.5 bathrooms. The place was quiet. I could sit on the balcony all day to watch the surfers. In March the view of the sunset was at an angle, but easy to walk down to the beach for a fantastic view. The surrounding area is ok, Jaco Walk was further than expected, but also nothing exciting just an outdoor mall not on the ocean side. Grocery store across the main This condo however is convenient for anything you want to do in the area. The host acted as a wonderful concierge to help book some things locally, better than using Viator or Get Your Guide apps. We used a couple nights in Jaco to break up the drive back to the airport from Manuel Antonio area. Worked perfectly, and got in a great waterfall hike and chocolate tour in Jaco

Wonderful view of the water from the moment you walk in the front door! We didn’t get tired of looking at the water or listening to the waves on the large deck. We traveled with another couple and there was plenty of space for everyone. Although we didn’t cook in, it appeared there were ample plates, silverware, cooking utensils, pans, etc. There was a coffee maker, microwave and a blender, but no toaster. The beds in all rooms were firm. The white sand beach in Flamingo is beautiful and my favorite in Costa Rica. The town of Flamingo has several restaurants/bars and the Flamingo marina is also very close. You can walk to the beach, restaurants/bars and marina, but the condo is up a steep hill. We elected to rent a golf cart and were also able to see Potrero and Brasilito. I loved the location of the condo and we had a great time.

This place was beautiful, very comfortable, and well appointed. Shelley was friendly, responsive, and flexible! We are so grateful for having had the opportunity to stay here!

Jose’s Penthouse was perfect. This was our third trip to Jaco and we came with more people so needed a larger place and this definitely met our needs. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or even find some alone time if needed. The view was amazing and the pool was extraordinary; it was well maintained, nicely designed and there was always a lifeguard. Thank you so much…we will be back!

This place was amazing and exactly as described. We have a family of 4 (2 kids aged 11 and 9). This place was very quite which we loved (only 3 cars in the parking lot for our entire stay). Lots of things to do and places to eat within walking distance. The marina nearby is only a few years old and is beautiful. Nicest one I have ever seen with plenty of shops within it. The beach is nice due to it's location. The water is a little calmer than the beach on the other side of the point. Beautiful sand and felt private compared to some of the other popular beaches. Would come back again!

This is a beautiful condo. We had plenty of space and our teenagers loved the pool. We enjoyed being a little bit away from the center of town but a quick walk to restaurants and shops. Soda Raquel was very close by and served a delicious traditional breakfast. The condo is very spacious and has everything you need to be comfortable. We really enjoyed spending time on the deck. We appreciated knowing there were guards who ensured only guests were in the pool area.
