I had a wonderful long-term stay at this Airbnb! The space was comfortable, clean, and felt like home. The host was incredible—super friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help with anything. The location was perfect- quiet, yet close to shops, restaurants, and transport. I loved being able to explore the area easily while enjoying a calm, safe neighborhood. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

An oasis of calm and peace. A large space as many have mentioned and also a bit dated. That doesn’t take anything away from the experience though. Marie is delightful and proactive with communications. Reaching out when the weather became cold to see if we needed extra blankets was very thoughtful. The gift bags were also a lovely touch. We felt very safe and had everything we needed as well as clear instructions.

Fantastic home, we felt it had a very homely atmosphere with all the amenities required. Location and security wise it was perfect. The view over the golf course from the outside stoep was amazing, best coffee spot ever! The artwork and the furnishings were so well suited to the house, was such a pleasure to be there. Michael was amazing with his communication from day 1 when we booked until we left. Such a beautiful spot, wish we could return every year!

Sean was an amazing host from start to finish. He let us check in early, which we really appreciated, and the place totally blew us away — it was honestly 100 times better than what we saw in the listing. The location was super convenient, and we felt really safe the whole time. Plus, no load shedding during our stay, which was a huge plus. Sean took the time to walk us through every little detail in the house when we arrived, and you could tell he really cared — nothing was rushed, and he didn’t leave anything out. Communication with him was spot-on the entire time, and the house had everything we needed. My kids absolutely loved it too — they were so comfortable and happy there, which made the whole experience even better for us. Honestly, I don’t have a single complaint. If the place is available the next time we’re in town, we’re definitely booking it again. Highly recommend!

Tanya was warm and hospitable, and kindly allowed us to check in earlier even though the accommodation was still being prepared for us. Piping hot showers, comfortable beds and tea/coffee station with delicious rusks all helped make our stay great and I would definitely stay with Tanya and Niels again.

We had the pleasure of staying at Stanley & Alison's cottage for a long stay, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Our cat, Meadow, was warmly welcomed, which meant so much to us. The cottage is nestled among stunning trees and abundant wildlife, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Its location is incredibly convenient—close to Melrose Arch, Rosebank Mall, Norwood Mall, and just about anything else we needed. The cottage itself is spacious, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could need in the kitchen, bathroom, and for linens. The weekly visits from the friendly cleaner and helpful gardener were a lovely bonus and added to the ease of our stay. Stanley & Alison were excellent hosts, and we truly loved every moment of our time here. We can’t recommend this cottage enough to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated retreat. Peter’s place is a gem in Bryanston, centrally located, peaceful, gorgeous, well appointed, it’s our new home away from home. THE EVERYTHING was spotless and well maintained. The grounds are huge, outstanding for 3 teenagers to shoot hoops, play soccer, huge pool, fantastic braai area and amazing indoor/outdoor living area. Peter was sincerely the best host ever, very reliable, accommodating, addressed all our needs with grace. Truly our home away from home, Peter’s place has our highest recommendation, thank you Peter, see you again soon!!!

From the moment I arrived, Lerato’s warm hospitality made it clear that I was not just a guest in a space, but welcomed into a true home away from home. The flat itself is stunning—cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything I could possibly need. The peaceful, upmarket neighborhood offered the perfect escape, and yet I was always just a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of Sandton and Johannesburg’s vibrant city life. What made this experience so memorable, though, was the hosts and staff. Attention to detail, kindness, and dedication to making sure I had everything I needed truly set this place apart. It felt like a place where every guest is not just accommodated, but cared for. It’s rare to feel such a sense of belonging when staying away from home, but I truly did here. I’ve already reserved this amazing home away from home for 2 more stays in 2025.

This was a really great find in a good suburban location. The apartment is very spacious and it felt like home. Our stay was easy, comfortable and we particularly liked the private garden access we had. The communication from Miguel and Daniella was also excellent - my family enjoyed the stay and we would stay here again.

Charming neighborhood/place and helpful host.

Such a thoughtfully organized home. Much thought has gone in to the added extras. So easy to stay, right down to reusable shopping bags for guests to use. I am couldn't have been more thoughtful and concerned about our comfort during unscheduled sudden load shedding. The place is central and surprisingly peaceful right in the middle of Sandton. Will definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay at Nora's beautiful and cozy cottage. The place was clean and peaceful. Sunday was a delight with her son playing beautiful piano music during his visit. Nora was always available to assist with anything, even providing a storeroom for my extra luggage. I can't wait for my second visit and will definitely return to enjoy this serene spot again!

Diana’s place was comfortable and very clean. Very stylishly Decorated and there was a huge comfortable bed. A lovely outside area to enjoy a cup of tea in the garden. Close to the Crossing Mall - Woolies, laundromat, chemist & good restaurants. Great position and quiet peaceful boomed suburb.

Great flexible space! The space can cater for small and larger crowds. We make fully use of this flexibility during our trip.

This was really my home away from home. This house is huge, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. A braai inside and outside with an enormous swimming pool. It was nice that Lydia just let us be, she was just a message away if we needed anything. For a week it felt like our home. We will definately come again!

The host and the place exceeded my expectations. It was clean and homey. I highly recommend the place, and I will definitely visit again.
