Derek is an amazing host. Very welcoming and responsive. Awesome and quiet place in very private estate. Very good value for money. Has many amenities as listed. If you're looking to visit Abuja by yourself or with your family, ideal place!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, the host and house keeper were both very friendly and responsive when the need arises. The part is at a great location if you’re looking for some quiet and relaxing I highly recommend this place.

The fact that although flight times changed, which meant earlier check-in yet, plans were made to accomodate us, that's more than enough. The house was super clean, and Rose, the cleaner did a wonderful job. ❤️ It's Also easier to get bolt out of the estate. Honestly, I can't complain. He was also on ground to assist with anything we needed instantly. I recommend it 100%.

Spent over three weeks at this location and I highly recommend it for anyone considering it. While there were some challenges with the router a few times, Jennifer was proactive to always resolve this and had ready alternatives. The estate is in a secured area and there are nearby supermarkets. Definitely recommend.

My name is Tamika Ogbeche and I'm from the USA. Me and my husband stayed at Ibrahim place. I loved everything about his Airbnb. It was nice and cozy. Light/ Electricity was steady and ice cold air conditioning is what I loved. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend his place to anyone to stay while in Abuja.

City Palace is a great Place to stay. It is in private gated location with security. The roads aren’t paved, but that is to be expected with developing communities. The best parts was having 24/7 electricity!!! They have regular electricity, generators, and solar to accommodate guests! I loved having a kitchen so we could cook our own food after visiting the local markets! The only issues I encountered was the bed was hard, the wifi did not have a signal, and the television in the bedroom did not work. Overall, I loved staying at City Palace for 11 days and would recommend anyone who wants to get a true Nigerian experience to book your stay there! God willing, I plan to be back later this year!

I had a brief stay in Abuja for just a day as I had a connecting flight the next day. I was particularly impressed by Adebayo's quick response as I made the booking less than 24 hours before. Additionally, he was very kind to pick me up from the airport and his place is located less than 10 minutes away. The location is quiet, peaceful, and very clean. Adebayo made sure the internet connection was working well and provided me with all the information on nearby restaurants and pharmacies within the vicinity. Adebayo is the kind of person who is very attentive; he consistently checked in on me via Whats.App to ensure everything was okay. To top it off, the next day, even though he was out of town, he arranged for a driver to take me back to the airport. I highly recommend Adebayo for his kindness, availability, and above all, his simplicity.

I booked the place for my sister and Mum. The hoist was very responsive and they were happy with the accommodation.
