Wow! This accommodation is truly a luxury and premium stay. Stayed here with a group of friends for a wedding. It’s a great house with lots of spots to take nice pictures. The appliances and wifi all worked great. Mr Nicholas, the house manager was really helpful, patient and ready to answer questions or respond to any requests. It was such a lovely stay here. Very much worth the costs and no regrets at all.

One of the things I appreciate about any host is their responsiveness. Francisca and her team exceeded all expectations. I was pleasantly surprised when I requested a fix for the for the bathroom thinking it was going to be a bug deal. But she installed a brand new bath and shower within less than 24hours of my request. This and coupled with her friendliness and constant recommendations on places to visit at the local area makes it the best host I've stayed with. I highly recommend that if you want an affordable, safe, private and comfortable place for a short or lengthy stay in Abuja. This should be the best.

Apartment was exactly as it was represented. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The manager Michael was VERY attentive to any issues or needs we had. The beach is within walking distance and had a fun vibe. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator so prepare for 4 flights of stairs. The neighborhood was very quiet. Entry into the neighborhood had Strict security so we had to get a new code everyday to enter and have our car searched. It would have been great to have a pass to enter for the duration of our stay. The power was consistent with rare and quick blackouts and the A/C was perfect. Linens we clean and beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. There was only one towel in the bath, no soap provided for the kitchen or bathrooms and only two rolls of toilet tissue which was all unexpected so we had to buy a few towels and items. All in all it was a great experience the host and manager were very attentive and quick to reply. I would definitely stay again!!!

Wonderful stay, from check-in to check-out great experience, easy communication, very friendly and warm welcome The compound is safe, well located and full of fun extras like the gym, pool, kids playground, football pitch and even a mini mart ! Highly recommended for families, great value for money 👍🏽

Tajudeen helped me so much! My Air BNB cancelled as I was boarding my plane to Lagos! I rented this Airbnb last minute literally in the air. I really appreciated his kindness and accommodation. The staff—Jerry, Zion and Fatima are wonderfully hospitable. I would definitely stay here again. I would say that the roads in Osapa London do flood when it rains during rainy season. We managed though. If you are planning to work the wifi in the bottom apartment, Adunni is hit or miss. It’s not consistent. The area’s water smells like sulfur at times. Overall, we loved the place. It’s safe and secure. There are grocery stores and restaurants close by.
