Femi’s was so responsive, helpful and made us feel at home. His place was also clean, close to everywhere and Nicholas; the security man was so helpful in every way he could help. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again.

I chose JKA apartments for my honeymoon period with my husband. The host was very responsive and they were very helpful with our requests. They allowed us to go and check it beforehand to see if we’re satisfied before paying. They were adaptable to our schedule when checking in and the process was very easy. The staff on grounds are extremely kind and very respectful🥰. They were very helpful, making sure that we were comfortable and cleaning our rooms when asked with no complaints. The building is exactly as described and the outdoor tv area is very nice, great for pictures. There is always light and the AC blew cold air , you wouldn’t know it was warm/ humid outside😆. All facilities and amenities were as described and everything worked accordingly. I was extremely pleased with our stay there and when we come to Lagos again, my husband and I will definitely be staying here😊. She ensured all necessary information was provided and went the extra mile to confirm I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Having stayed in other apartments, I can confidently say no host has matched her level of excellence and communication. To my pleasant surprise, I was welcomed with a thoughtful gift basket, and a lovely sticky note in the apartment made me feel truly honored. I made an exception in making a reservation with a place with no prior reviews. I never do it. I can say with Kester it was worth it! Apart from a few minor challenges which could occur with anyone at anytime, it has been my best AirBnB experience in Nigeria. It resulted in me extending my stay twice, even when I had no reason to. The apartment caretaker was excellent. Location, space, power supply, Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, washer, security, serenity, proximity to grocery stores and hospitality service providers, all that you need you get. With every visit, I experiment with different accommodation experiences, but I am tempted to reconsider after my experience with this place.

Perfect for me! Lush, homely and secure. All amenities in top shape, including air conditioning, kitchen appliances, fast internet, smart TV etc., were constantly available. Located in a secure/ modern estate in the vicinity of the vibrant Admiralty Way.
