Tanuki lodge is a great place to stay. The room was a decent size, particularly considering we had a queen bed and cot in there. The location is great - only a couple of minutes (up a steep hill) to the 'yu road' and close to heaps of restaurants. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. It is a little challenging getting lots of suitcases and ski gear into the lodge as there are quite a few stairs but other than that it was great!

An incredible place to stay with amazing staff! All very kind and helpful! Laughed and had conversations with everyone! Lovely clean and well taken care of place! Would highly recommend it and would love to be back again sometime soon! Perfect location, and they can arrange anything you’d like! Also they have the best breakfast!! 10/10 Incredible people, lovely location, a place you’ll want to be!
