Thomas's home was perfect for our family during our holiday. We are a famiy of 6 and it was plenty spacious, clean, quiet, and safe. It was nice to be a little outside Amsterdam. Abcoude is an absolutely charming town. The house was well-appointed, not cluttered, very clean, and very modern. Thomas was always responsive, helpful, and accomodating. We highly reccomend?

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Haus von Jeannot. Wir haben uns mit unseren Kindern dort sehr wohl gefühlt und es fehlte uns an nichts .... Es war ein Traum jeden Tag zu schwimmen und im Garten Zeit zu verbringen.... der Weg in die Stadt ist gut erreichbar - wir freuten uns nach den Stadtausflügen auf einen entspannten Abend im Haus ... Jeannot ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, danke auch für das Willkommens -Geschenk ... und die vielen Tipps, wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt bei Merel und Pieter! Wir haben 5 Nächte in ihrem wunderschönen Haus in sehr guter Lage in Abcoude (gleich gegenüber einer Gracht, nur wenige Gehminuten in die Ortsmitte) verbracht – unser erstes Mal in einem privaten Zuhause, das nicht speziell für Feriengäste) gedacht ist, sondern tatsächlich bewohnt wird. Es war eine einzigartige Erfahrung! Die Betten waren unglaublich bequem, wir haben traumhaft geschlafen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, sogar mit Gitarren, Spiele, Musikboxen, Gewürze,... – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war die perfekte Umgebung, um Weihnachten mit der Familie zu verbringen. Wir haben gemeinsam gespielt, entspannt, gekocht, Spaziergänge gemacht und einfach die gemütliche Atmosphäre genossen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Merle und Pieter für ihre Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet, gerade die Spielsachen und das Trampolin haben unserer Tochter sehr gut gefallen. Mit 1-2 jungen Kindern ist das Haus von Kiry wirklich ideal. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.

We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.

Een plek waar je je snel thuis voelt, leuke inrichting en wat vol leuke dingen staat voor jong en oud: Speelgoed en schommel, een trampo en BBQ in de tuin, een bioscoop in de woonkamer, een heuze Mancave ;-) in de voorkamer, lekkere keuken, prima bedden. Lekker ruim zodat je ook je eigen gang kan gaan. Heel chill. En veel leuke dingen in de buurt: een meer, Zutphen, bootje varen, Kastelenroute, klimbos/kartbaan etc. Aanrader!

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen, 2 Jugendlichen und 2 Kindern angereist und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit sehr schöner Umgebung und tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit Astrid und auch ihrem Sohn war bestens und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und auch wieder verabschiedet. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können es jeder Gruppe mit, oder auch ohne Kindern weiterempfehlen. Ein großes Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeber. Ihr habt uns eine wundervolle Zeit mit der Familie ermöglicht. Herzliche Grüße 😊

Belle maison tout équipée dans un beau quartier très calme. Très bon point de départ pour visiter agréablement le secteur d’Amsterdam. Attention au ménage et à la qualité de la literie qui n’est pas à la hauteur de la prestation attendue.

We had the unit at end of the street, which made it private and peaceful. The unit was comfortable, good beds and in a very central location

Wir hatten ein entspanntes Familientreffen mit 8 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern und Hund, der großzügige Raumzuschnitt war super, die Ausstattung in der Küche ist umfangreich und hat das Kochen zum Gruppenerlebnis gemacht. Der Kicker fand großen Anklang! Der Holzofen konnte durchgehend betrieben werden, der Holzvorrat war mehr als ausreichend.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und der große Tisch einfach klasse für große Gruppen (Essen, Spieleabend). Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Alles in Zwolle ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Everyone who stayed with me and everyone who visited were in awe of this house. Easily the nicest AirBnB I've ever stayed in, and despite feeling like we were in our own beautiful world we were actually very close to everything you'd need in Zeist. Brenda was also an amazing and very communicative host so overall a 10/10 stay.

We had a wonderful holiday cycling, boating and relaxing. The house is in a fantastic location and very private. Rik, the host, provided us with lots of restaurant recommendations and organized the hire of a boat for our two weeks. Communication was easy and excellent and the whole process was without drama. If you have not tried a holiday in the Netherlands (as we hadn’t) and you like fresh water swimming, great restaurants and drinks on a terrace watching the wildlife then this good be the place for you. Thanks Rik for letting us stay in your gorgeous house. Adam

Caroline is an amazing hostess! She has a customer-centric approach and made everything and beyond to make sure the guests had all they needed. She even purchased a safe after I asked if she had one available, that's how proactive she is! I raised the question in the morning and in the evening I got her message saying she ordered the safe, which was highly appreciated and thoughtful of her! She also made arrangements for dinner in the first night in a lovely restaurant nearby. The family loved the time in her beautiful house! Thank you, Caroline, for your fast communication and flexibility! You are the greatest example of a super host! :)

Wir waren mit Freunden vor Ort Judith als auch die gastgeberin vor ort waren sehr hilfreich freundlich und nett, gute Kommunikation. Das Haus war schön und hielt was es versprach. Zu dem war es zu Zeit wie bei uns als wir gebucht haben im Januar sehr gut den Kamin & den Heizpool zu haben:-) Vielen Dank gerne wieder.

We zijn hier voor het eerst voor een bestuursweekend terechtgekomen. Het paste ons heel goed, met grote eettafel om aan te werken, een keuken waarin je gemakkelijk uit de voeten kan met meerdere personen, twee zitjes in de woonkamer, drie slaapkamers met bedden die los van elkaar kunnen worden gezet, een grote badkamer en een grote tuin met ook diverse zitjes en een (smal) bruggetje naar de boomgaard erachter. Heel fijn dat er veel basisvoorraad is, zodat je niet snel misgrijpt. Al met al voelden we ons zeer welkom en maken we al plannen om terug te komen.

We had a fantastic stay at Joëlle’s house! We travelled with two children aged 6 and 2 who loved the play gym, trampoline and sand pit with digger! It really felt like a home away from home with kids as it had all the amenities you need: high chairs, kids crockery, toys etc. The house is stunning, so much so that people passing by stopped to ask us about it. You can swim in the river in front which our 6 year old loved. Joëlle was very responsive and checked in to see how we were. The location is really beautiful and quiet. We used the bikes with the house so didn’t need a car but it did mean we had to time buses and trains very carefully as the bus to the house is only every hour. I think if you want proper freedom then get a car but it’s not mandatory as you can travel in to Amsterdam/Utrecht in 1h/1.5hrs, which we did a few times. Weesp is great and has nice restaurants and you can hire a boat nearby which is worth it! We would love to go back again!

I wanted somewhere for our family to relax. Arjen's house was perfect. It's a beautiful space, or rather, a collection of beautiful spaces. We were also lucky enough to be there when the orchard was full of fruit. Arjen was brilliant to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

Hallo, wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und der Gastgeberin. Das Haus war wunderschön am Fluss gelegen und bot ausreichend Platz. Allerdings hatten die Türen in den oberen Zimmern etwas Spiel und keine Dichtungen, weshalb sie immer wieder zugeschlagen sind. Abgesehen davon war die Ausstattung der Küche und des gesamten Hauses hervorragend. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie kam bei unserer Anreise sogar noch einmal vorbei und brachte zusätzliche Bettwäsche mit, falls wir eine weitere benötigt hätten.
