Niksic : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

Очень уютная квартира, три полноценных спальни, большая гостиная совмещенная с столовой и кухней, огромный «балкон» или лучше назвать внутренний дворик с шезлонгами и столом. Вся обстановку новая, отличная дорогая мебель и ремонт. Есть все для маленького ребенка – кроватка, стульчик. Два санузла, один с ванной второй без. Квартира находится в отдельно стоящем комплексе 3 этажных домов, свои парковки, детская площадка, шлагбаум на въезде. Гости и жильцы в основном русскоговорящие. Преимущественно семьи с детьми. Очень приятная хозяйка и ее помощница, всегда готовы помочь и предоставить все необходимое. Спасибо им за отличный отдых. До моря реально 100 метров, но искупаться прям там вы вряд ли сможете пляжа там нет, заход в море в водорослях. Большой пляж рядом с заброшенной гостиницей на другой стороне поселка, идти до него минут 15-20. Есть городской пляж поближе, но там было очень грязно. Вообще Рисан показался грязноват даже для Черногории. Есть пляжик в сторону Пераста, хороший заход в море, но посидеть или полежать места почти нет, в сезон могут быть проблемы. Вообще вдоль моря в этом районе преимущественно бетон. Нам больше всего понравился пляж в Перасте со стороны ближе к Котору, там чисто, растут сосны, есть тень, до Пераста – 1,5-2 км, на машине 5 минут.

Квартира арендовалась на длительный срок - 17 ночей на семью из 3-х человек: я, муж и девочка 4-х лет. Мы уже не первый раз останавливаемся в Прчане, для нас это самое идеальное место для отдыха. Рядом находится небольшой магазин, в котором есть все необходимое. Автобусная остановка тоже рядом, там же где и магазин. Все здесь тихо, спокойно, размеренно. Нет толп туристов. Море идеальное: плаваешь как в бассейне, почти без волн. С пирса видны рыбки и можно заняться рыбалкой или просто наблюдать за рыбками. Дом находится на 1-й линии, переходишь дорогу и вот оно - море!!!! Проблем с паркой авто не было - оставляли через дорогу, около таверны. Машину было видно из окна. Арендуемая квартира располагается на верхнем этаже. Окна спальни выходят на Каторскую бухту. А вход в квартиру со стороны гор. Там же находится собственная небольшая терраса в окружении роз и цветов, с обеденным столом и с зонтиком от солнца. Сама квартира небольшая, удлиненная. Фотографии соответствуют реальности. Она идеальна для 2х. Втроем в ней тоже комфортно, но уже не так. Но так как мы все время провели в горах и разъездах, в этой квартире мы только ночевали. При температуре +31 в ней не было жарко. Ребенок у нас спал в спальне на 2-х местной кровати. Мы с мужем на раскладываемом угловом диване. Так что можно сказать разместились все. Полотенца менялись раз в 2 дня, постельное белье раз в 4 дня. Отдельную благодарность хочется выразить хозяйке - Йожике. Это чуткая, деликатная, внимательная хозяйка, которая всегда на связи. Подскажет и поможет. О такой хозяйке можно только мечтать :) Из недочетов: 1. На 1-м этаже дома, под квартирой, находится таверна, которая работает с 10 утра и до полуночи, и нам прекрасно было слышно как работает вентиляция. Гудит. Днем не критично. Но когда идешь спать - то слышно. Надо привыкнуть. Причем слышно вентиляцию в кухне-гостиной. В спальне, у ребенка, ее не было слышно. 2. В квартире есть кухонный уголок для готовки, но стол стоит на террасе и есть придется там. И если вы решите пообедать там днем, есть шанс быть укушенный осами. Днем они там летают. Очень любят мясо. Ребенка 2 раза жалила оса. Утром до восхода солнца и вечером проблем с осами не было, тк они летают только днем. Ну и когда будет идти дождь, за этим столом тоже не поесть. Имейте ввиду. Остановлюсь ли я еще раз в это квартире, если поедем снова? Однозначно да, если она будет свободна :) Недочеты несущественны. Расположение квартиры прекрасно.

Tha place is magnificent, good with tye Vila, the lac, the pool the rooms, kitchen, garden. it'sa piece of heaven. I definitely recommend it and would like to comeback again

I recently stayed at Rada's place in Perast. It was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality. Stefanie, in particular, made our stay extra special with her kindness and attentiveness.The accommodation was comfortable, cozy, and perfectly situated to explore the beauty of Perast. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We felt truly at home and appreciated the personal touches that made our visit memorable.I highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Perast. 7-10 Aralık tarihleri arasında konakladık. Bir oda ve banyo iki kişinin kalması için yeterli. Salaş bir yer, büyük lüks arayışı olanlara uygun değil. Buna rağmen klima, sıcak su, internet ve mutfak ve balkon mevcut. Basitçe günlük yemek ihtiyaçları karşılanabilir. Manzarası körfeze bakıyor ve keyifli. Yaz aylarında çok daha keyifli olacağına eminim ama sürekli yağmurlu ve soğuk Tivat kışında bile bizi herhangi bir şey üzmedi. Fiyat/perfomans açısından tavsiye edilir.

Großzügige, saubere und gemütliche Wohnung. Gut für 2 Erwachsene und zwei kleinere Kinder. Großartiger Blick bei jedem Wetter und jeder Uhrzeit. Nina war sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns Waschmittel gegeben und etwas länger bleiben lassen, weil unser Flug erst abends ging. Im Stockwerk unten wird noch gebaut. Auch der Garten ist eher Wildnis und Baustelle mit vielen netten Katzen. Anfahrt zum Haus ist steil, da muss man etwas aufpassen, wenn das Auto wenig Bodenfreiheit hat. Es fährt zwar ein Bus nach Kotor, dennoch braucht man hier im Urlaub auf jeden Fall ein Auto und gute Nerven. Wir waren Anfang Oktober hier und fanden es sehr schön!

This house is very good for those people, who tired from noisy cities. Inspite of the closeness to the road and sea the silence of the surroundings is great. Every morning you can see ocean liners, entering the bay and returning back in the evenings. View from the both balconies is amazing. Nearest mini-market is about 1km from the house toward Prcanj centre. There you can find practically all you need for everyday needs. Voli or big Aroma supermarkets are in Kotor city. We recommend Vila Marija restaurant in the centre of the village. There you can eat and swim. Also we had a good dinner in Boka bay restaurant which is closer to house than Vila Marija. As regard to the house itself- it's very cosy, it has two floors, two good balconies, three badrooms. Everything you need for everyday use you can find in it. Two air conditioners helped us in hot days. There were one shower room with a toilet on the first floor and one more toilet on the second floor.

Très bel appartement, vue incroyable, très bien équipé et à proximité de la plage. Plage privée et public avec toujours de la place. Situé entre Perast et Kotor , véhicule indispensable( attention à la circulation souvent embouteillée ). Natalya a toujours été réactive a nos demandes.

Чудесный дом со своей историей и атмосферой! Небольшая лестница ведет к террасе и входу в апартаменты. Все необходимое есть и даже больше: система отопления: обогреватель и кондиционер, стиральная машина, посудомойка, духовка и тп. Очень уютно и чисто. Прекрасная терраса для завтраков и сказочные виды из окон. Андриас - потрясающий, гостеприимный, всегда на связи и помогает с любым вопросом. Тактичный, внимательный, очень светлый добрый человек. Знает много о своём родном городе и всегда готов поделиться с вами. Рядом с домом городской музей, в соседнем здании небольшой магазинчик продуктов. Много уютных кафе и ресторанов. И, конечно, потрясающие морские виды и атмосфера старого средневекового города. Если нужно попасть в большой магазин, то рядом город Рисан, можно дойти по набережной (около 3 км). На машине все находится в 10-15 минутной доступности (Котор, паром и тп). Прекрасный город, дом, семья!

La casa de Aneta&Zorica es soñada. Las vistas y el entorno son muy agradables. Estuvimos gran parte de toda nuestra estadía en la terraza disfrutando de ella. Recomendamos tener auto para mejor movilidad y acceso a los distintos puntos de interés de Kotor y Perast. La casa estaba ordenada y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Un único detalle fue el baño donde la ducha perdía agua al bañarse y la tapa del inodoro estaba floja. Tuvimos un mal entendido con la velocidad del wifi (no era la que nos dijeron) que fue rápidamente solucionado. Buena predisposición de las dueñas. Sin dudas volvería!

Located near Kotor with amazing views across the bay. Modern house with nice balcony, parking a few stairs down in front of the building. Vesna was an outstandingly friendly host, definitrly recommend

Merci à Darko son épouse. Ce sont des personnes très sympathiques, très serviables. Ils sont toujours de bons conseils. Leur maison est authentique. Tout comme Dobrota. La baie de Kotor et les bouches de Kotor sont splendides. De nombreuses cités voisines sont à découvrir. Comme la vieille ville de Kotor, Perast… Seul bémol la circulation. Nous avons tout fait en taxi, et avec Darko (merci ) donc ça a été. Mais les panneaux, les rues sont mal indiquées et très étroites. Cela fait partie de l aventure. Nous étions une famille de 5. Le logement est parfait !! Équipements suffisants. Climatisation. Extérieurs très appréciables malgré les moustiques. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

Staying at Tijana’s place for a month was absolutely incredible! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a long-term stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to the grocery store, atm, transport and Gora park. Easy 20-25 minutes walk to the city center. We loved starting our mornings on the serene balconies and working in the bright, airy space with reliable WiFi. We didn’t get to utilize the shared pool but it was clean and maintained regularly. The greenhouse with fresh vegetables was a bonus. Tijana and her family truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming home away from home.

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Het huis ligt afgelegen en daarom is er in de naaste omgeving niets te doen, behalve een heerlijk restaurant. Wij vonden die rust juist geweldig! De ontvangst was super!! We hebben kennis gemaakt onder het genot van zijn heerlijke eigen wijn! Wij omschrijven deze plek, het huis en de grote tuin met zwembad als 'de hemel op aarde'. We hebben GENOTEN!

Marina’s place is updated, clean, and a great location. I would definitely recommend for anybody wanting to stay near Kotor.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking surroundings. Nestled in the heart of Montenegro's natural beauty, the villa offered the perfect mix of privacy, peace, and luxury. The home itself was very inviting, giving us an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation. It felt like a home away from home, with cozy interiors that were well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The villa had all the modern amenities you could ask for, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor area. The swimming pool was pristine and kept clean every day by a friendly groundskeeper. The villa felt like a hidden gem, far enough from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located to explore the local attractions. Ivan is a wonderful host. Very clear and quick communication. We would hughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene, luxurious retreat in Montenegro. You won't be disappointed!

This villa is absolutely gorgeous and right on the sea with direct access to swimming. We were a group of women here for a week and Marija’s team worked incredibly hard to help make our stay easy—from getting transport when we needed it to offering helpful advice to even arranging for us to order a birthday cake (which they delivered in the rain) 😊. The villa has unmatched views and so many nice spots to just sit and relax. It’s within 5 minutes to walk to two restaurants, a grocery store, bakery, two coffee cafes and the bus stop. Additional restaurants are a longer walk, approx 30 min, depending on your pace. But the walk is on the sea and beautiful so time passes quickly. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent from Marija’s team again.
