Astrid is a charming woman and we found her place ideal for our post Xmas lunch. The facilities eg swimming pool, pool table etc were very popular. Would definitely come again.

James and Penny’s home is absolutely stunning! The amenities are top-notch, and the house itself is beautifully designed and maintained. The pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. Highly recommend this amazing stay!

Most fabulous location off Burns Beach Road. All was clean. Would have been a remarkable house in its day with opulent swag and tail curtains and pelmets. If it’s a modern pristine house you’re after then this might not be for you. Definite modernisation required, but was comfortable for us all the same. We had been told 2 days before arriving that air-con wasn’t working - had to wait 10 days for part for this to be fixed, which was half our holiday time! A partial refund was given from hosts which was accepted. Fans were provided but in circa 35o heat this did not accomplish much cold air! So this was a large disappointment. The Pool pump was struggling and again dated and pool was urgently in need of a good clean. Having two young children with us was a must for pool to be clean! This was dealt with by hosts. The hosts were excellent at sorting our problems out so cannot fault them. Thank you Lucy and team.

Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing time at Laura’s beautiful homestead! The property is peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. Laura was a fantastic host—welcoming, responsive, and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Highly recommend!

This is a great family home with lots of space even for a large family, it has nice gardens and great little pool with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to 3 supermarkets, cinema and lots of different restaurants. It is also in an ideal location for driving to the beach, in just 5 minutes, and to Joondalup Lakeside Mall, plus easy access to the freeway and coastal road.

Stayed there for 6 nights with my husband, 4 sons and 3 daughter in laws. Excellent location for us to visit our Australian friends at burns beach. very well equipped. The boys loved the pool and the BBQ. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

We loved our stay at "The Beach House". The views were spectacular and one immediately feels relaxed with Hamptons decor and everything one can wish for in terms of amenities and location. Thank you Louise!

Thanks Joyce for hosting us in what turned out to be a very hot week in January (44C - yikes). Even with those extreme temperatures we were comfortable with the ducted aircon during the day. Given its location the evenings were pleasant and cooled by the seabreeze. The house is very spacious and comfortable for the 6 adults our party had. The beds are comfortable and the living and entertainment areas were popular. The kitchen is very well appointed with plenty of everything we needed. We also hosted a dinner for 17 a couple of evenings without any hassles at all. The house is very well located with walkable nearby grocery stores at Alkimos and a short drive to plenty more just South in Butler. Thanks again for a wonderful residence to stay at and the great communication and welcome on arrival.

Lovely place, beautiful view. Clean and tidy. Modern. Felt at home. Pete was very responsive and accommodating.

It was a great stay for my family. My kids loved it. They provided baby cot, baby chairs, and some toys for them. The park was nearby. Just walking distance. It was a very private area. Felt safe like home. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking etc. All the rooms were very clean and comfy. We arrived a bit earlier, and the cleaner helped us in to settle our baby. Host was very responsive about how to handle the trash during certain cleaning days etc. Overall, it was a memorable stay while holiday with the family ! Thnks

We loved our stay here! spacious house with fab alfresco area for family bbqs and relaxed evenings playing table tennis and basketball! Bathrooms are modern and immaculate. Even more spacious than photos suggest. Hayley, the host, was really helpful and flexible. Would love to stay again.

Daren's place was amazing! perfect for a few families thst want to holiday together as each room had a large double bed and a set of bunk beds! It was clean, spacious and the fact that it had an enclosed kid friendly yard (will tree house and other play equipment) was a bonus! will be returning next year for sure! Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful house!

We have been staying in Guilderton for years & this time although more expensive Lesa’s wonderful beach house was 5 star! From the beautiful furniture to the cleanliness and all the little extras unexpected, we had a very comfortable stay & felt Pampered

We had a fantastic experience staying at costal Stays The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect. Cherie was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. which made our trip even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely consider booking again in the future. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Great location. A few minor issues on check in, however the host was super responsive. Very clean house and met basic needs for a comfortable stay. Would benefit from some additional cookware, smart TV and/or some shade in the court yard to be able to enjoy the space more. Would happily stay again.

Great place to stay with the family or families. Plenty of room and space to not be living ontop of each other. The home has everything you need available. We will be staying there in the future if it's available. A+

Wir fühlten uns gleich wie Zuhause. Wir hatten ein coole Zeit. Das Haus war sehr gut und es hat reichlich Platz. Einziger Schwachpunkt ist das Wifi, man konnte kaum Fotos senden. Aber das ist auf hohen Nivea gejammert. Es war herrlich. Gruss

We had a fantastic stay at this house, which offered a wide range of games and activities that kept our kids thoroughly entertained. The only minor drawbacks were the beds, which were a bit too soft, and the pillows, which were slightly too high. If you're particularly fussy about your bedding, you may want to consider bringing your own pillows. Additionally, we recommend bringing extra dishwashing tablets and toilet rolls, especially for larger groups like ours (we were a party of ten and found the supplied amounts to be insufficient.
