This was a lovely place to stay with group of friends, right in the heart of Ooty and the host and caretaker are lovely people and always very helpful. Mohan went to such great extents to ensure that our stay would be comfortable, and we had no complaints during or after the stay

Very nice place. Once you get to the location the view is amazing. Good for 6 people. Kitchen had all essential utensils. Hot water all the time. The road to the place can be improved but not very bad. Overall a nice experience.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! The location is absolutely awesome, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The property itself is stunning - beautifully maintained and immaculately clean. We were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the care that's clearly been taken to create a welcoming atmosphere. Our host was super responsive and helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. A special mention to Elsy, the caretaker, who was an absolute delight to interact with! Always available on just a call, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And the food? Absolutely delicious! We were treated to some amazing meals, which really added to the overall experience. Overall, we can't recommend this property highly enough! If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay with great hosts and a fantastic location, look no further!

The beautiful villa is surrounded by a lush tea plantation, offering a serene and picturesque environment. It is conveniently located very close to the city and Lovedale, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. The villa is very neat and tidy, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The caretaker, Sathya, was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. He prepared amazing food, and I highly recommend everyone to try at least one meal prepared by Sathya. It was that super! The combination of the beautiful setting, convenient location, and excellent hospitality makes this villa a perfect choice for anyone looking to experience a relaxing and memorable stay. I would definitely return .

Visited as a family of 6. Kiah Villa proved to be a great place to stay. Great location, peaceful surroundings and very helpful staff. Came here to unwind, spend time with family and go to our favourite restaurants. The villa had big bedrooms, clean restrooms and two bedrooms opened to the lawn.

I visited wayanad with my colleagues and stayed at brookview villa for 2 nights. Ambience - 5/5 Food - 4/5 Amenities - 5/5 Hygiene - 4.5/5 We had booked the entire villa. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Francis and Sanjay provided a great service and were just a phone call away. Syam was a great host and answered all pre-booking queries politely and swiftly. Small brook just outside the villa was the main highlight and you can enter the brook and enjoy in the water. Clean and well maintained swimming pool. Great place to visit with your friends or family or colleague and you can easily spend a day here without going anywhere. There is a in-house restaurant which serves limited menu but has tasty food. As the place is a little secluded, there are not many restaurants and you will have to go to sultan bathery to have decent food if you choose to eat outside. Thank you Syam, Francis and Sanjay for hosting us. We will denitely visit you again.

If you haven’t seen heaven on earth, you gotta check out this property. It overlooks a lake, peaceful, away from any commotion… just a perfect getaway. I was there during Monsoons and what views we got! I quite loved the food too,, the property is self sufficient. Anything that was not there was attended to promptly, so overall me and my family loved our stay and will definitely visit again. Thank you Sree and team for your hospitality

The stay was superb! Very modern and in a great location. The views are just breathtaking! I love the whole atmosphere. It felt like home to us! The staff there were also super helpful and friendly. The cook made us delicious South Indian food as well…. Overall, the best experience I had in a long time! I totally recommend this villa and will definitely come back to stay there again!
