Lovely property with everything you could need! Deborah was a fantastic host - incredibly friendly and kind! 5 mins walk to Hihi beach and town only a short 10-15min drive away this is a perfect spot to explore the area. I’ll definitely stay again if I’m back in the area. Many thanks indeed for letting me stay!

It's a little hard to find, but once you get there you are rewarded with an amazing place to stay. Super chill beachy vibe with great outdoor area and fantastic view.

I loved staying here so much. So beautiful, right on the beach, can't ask for better than that. The view from the deck and inside was so nice. You can hear the waves inside the unit. The cable bay store is very close. Such a lovely place in the far north. I would love to stay here again.

Such a gorgeous location! The Beach Bum is perfect for 2, and a cosy fit for 3. Henry is such a lovely host- he came to greet us at the car, was incredibly responsive to any questions, and even came by to give us a portion of fresh fried snapper. Unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side, but the beach is within 20 metres of the door! Great location, great host.

Had an awesome week in the far far North at Neils place. Awesome views from the lounge, with an excellent bay for swimming right outside. Neil has all the facilities you would ever need to enjoy yourself, and made a terrific base for our group. Would happily stay here again in the future, thanks for everything Neil!

The apartment was brilliant, the location one street up from the beach so good. the unit had everything, coffee machines, hot plate , huge microwave convection oven and all the usual suspects. loads of parking on the grass verge, and beautiful view. Linen was good, a million pillows and blankets and even beach towels. games etc Our only tiny gripes were it looked at little bigger in the photos, with beds etc suitable for six except it didn't have dining or lounge seating for 6. We borrowed a chair from family nearby and worked it out but it was quite small, and there was only three staying and the dogs. So just a note if you are six people, it is quite small space. Dog friendly but it would have been nice to have a small out door area fenced so we could have let the girls (doggos) out to pee on their own, but this wasn't a problem really except for the dog with the shy bladder... hahah so thank you so much Linda and Judy for a friendly and great getaway to the far north.

For a winter break it really was perfect. Best spot ever. The best part....The people! Friendly, helpful. Kind. Every eatery was great. Op shop for fishing clothes too! Had great fishing with " Buckos" Dont miss it! Will return. Thankyou. BnM

We had a great stay at Laurenc's place. Great location to the ferry and all the activities in the area. Restaurants and stores a few steps away! Laurence was quick to respond when we had questions. We didn't need to drive anywhere, which was great!

Loved our stay! Location was perfect for our stay. Directly across from the Marina where we had activities. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. And super close to grocery stores as well. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. Thanks for a great stay.

This was such an incredible retreat spot! Very secluded, with one of the most breathtaking views of Te Ngaere Bay! Our favorite part was the open-air option to enjoy cooking & dining inside while being outside. Very clean, modern & incredible espresso machine to enjoy cappuccinos with the epic sunrise! We also found it nice to have your own trail down to the beach & private plunge pool. Be prepared for a climb back up for some good exercise! Worth it… especially when you can take a nice cold (or hot) outdoor shower! Great communication & care from Kas & Rhys- they are awesome hosts!

We loved our holiday here. It was so relaxing and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was great and we enjoyed the kayaks. Special mention to Michael in reception - so friendly and welcoming and a mine of information on where to go & what to do. Motel is retro style, brings back memories! Excellent beds with quality linen. Nice touches including snacks and juice, as well as thoughtful placement of lamps and artwork creating a lovely ambiance that you don’t often see in motels. Thanks so much - it was a fantastic experience.

This is a beautiful condo very central location with waterfront views. If you are not able to climb stairs, there are two flights of stairs to the condo

Paul and Katalina place was a perfect stop,it was in a very private part of their lodge looking out towards Karekare beach and farmland. The bed was super comfortable which was so needed after two bad ones. Takeaways close by for dinner and a beer. Will def be back to stay and would highly recommend A++++

We felt very comfortable at Jenny’s accommodation. It is just as described in the pictures. You should just be aware that it is located by a highway, which you can’t see but can hear. The view of the bay from the terrace and the living room is beautiful. Jenny was a very accommodating and generous host. Thank you very much.

Hands down the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed— house was spotless and beautifully appointed, so comfortable with all that you could want for a getaway. The views of the water are mesmerizing, glorious sunrises and birdsong, with kiwi calls and dark skies full of stars at night. Highly recommend this property to anyone in search of tranquility and luxury.

Stunning location, had a fantastic weekend. We’ve stayed in countless Airbnbs in the far north and this is our new favourite. Sheryl is the best host we’ve had as well!

Mandy & George were super friendly & hospitable. Loved the accommodation & had a wonderful sleep, with a great effective fan & heat pump in this hot weather. Would love to have stayed longer & taken advantage of the most beautiful beach, hope we can return to do so.
