Great open floor plan for families, fully stocked kitchen and awesome fenced backyard for us and our dogs. Beautiful fruit trees in the backyard…grapefruits, lemons, avocados, etc. Patty (and Cory) were very responsive and quickly helped us with any questions we had. We would stay again!

I absolutely loved staying here. The child we had with us LOVED the goats and it was a beautiful space for us to stay!! In fact she also has other another air bnb at the same location. When we come out with the rest of my family I will definitely rent both so we can all be in the same place!!

Lovely stay. very central to the areas we were looking to visit (Oceano/AG/Pismo). Host was very communicative and everything was very well documented.

Beautiful home, very cozy inside and out and the Hot tub was very nice!! Literally 2 second walk to the ocean! My wife and I plus our two boys had an absolute blast! Amazing stay for a great price, will definitely be staying again!

My group of 8 (7 adults and one 2 year old)⚖️ enjoyed staying here all clean and comfortable. Checking in was a breeze, nice living space. We really enjoyed the patio on the roof, and the proximity to all the surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again

Sara's place was the perfect last minute option for our trip to visit our family. It was easy to find, clean, well priced and so much fun for the kids. It's located close to restaurants, groceries, parks, the Dunes and Pismo beach in a quiet little neighborhood. We have 4 boys aged 6-16 and there was something to do for everyone and plenty of beds. Everything we needed was provided from extra blankets and linens, towels, to soap/shampoo and things we didn't even get to use like beach supplies (we visited the beach but it was to too rainy, cold and windy for a "beach day"). Our 6 year old was so sad to leave:) Thank you for the wonderful stay and prompt response when we had to come back because my husband forgot his license! We hope to be back for another stay when we come to the Central Coast.

Stayed at the Black Barn Loft for almost a week and really enjoyed it! It was our first trip as a family of 4 as my wife and I brought our 3 month old daughter and our dog! The loft was a great home base for us to enjoy a new town and explore SLO. The place was close enough to downtown to enjoy all the things it offers, while being far enough away without having to deal with all the downtown traffic and nightlife. Would definitely stay again!

We can’t say enough nice things about our stay…we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We especially loved walking around petting all the horses! The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to feel right at home.

What an amazing location! Less than 15 min to the beach and great restaurants. So private and cozy. The apartment has everything you could need. Would definitely stay again!

We love visiting Morro Bay. This cozy home was perfect for 3 friends wanting to get away, relax and enjoy nature. It was a peaceful, lovely trip. Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen very clean. The TV provided many options for entertainment at night. Very close to restaurants and the bay. Would love to stay here again!

We had a great time at Leanne’s place. The house was clean, organized, and set up with everything we needed. Leanne was great. We booked about 3 months prior to our stay and requested early check in as we had to be somewhere by 5. She was very responsive, followed up with me a few days before our stay as she said she would and again the day we arrived to let us know as soon as the house was ready. This was excellent service and I know she truly cares about her guests stay. Thank you Leanne for everything and we can’t wait to come back!
