Die Unterkunft war perfekt – eine ganze Etage für uns allein, wunderbar eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut: 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi ins Zentrum, 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Gastgeber waren hervorragend – freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Jovan was so helpful and such a great host. We would like to stay here if we visit Niš again.

Perfect stay in central Nish! Milosh is a great host. He met us at his properties, greeted us with coffee and provided us with advices on what to see and what to do in Nish. The location is perfect, right in the centar of Nish. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Milosh! 🙂

Сняли отметить день рождение жены на выходные. Нас было 4 человека и 2 котика. Дом шикарный, очень понравился как интерьер, так и территория. Есть все необходимое для отдыха: музыка, гриль, качели, телевизор, баскетбол и бокалы для любого типа напитков. Мы отлично провели время на красной и уютной вилле. Даже решили продлить пребывание на 3й день! Спасибо Елене за гостеприимство!

Mezgraja is in really wild nature. Slobodan accomodation is like paradise with pool, hot tab and nice garden. Slobodan and him wife are very nice people and served us delicios breakfast. I highly recommend!

Mihajlo's apartment is super clean, close to the city centre (12 mins by bus) and there's a supermarket in the area. The apartment has everything you need plus a cozy couch and a big desk (which is nice if you have to get work done). I loved staying at the apartment and felt super comfortable in the area. Mihajlo is a proactive communicator, even picked me up from the airport and we chatted about Nis. He's super easy going and kind. All in all a 10/10 and I highly recommend him as host.

Miki je izuzetan i usrdan domaćin, apartman je bogat sadržajima i mirisan.

Odlična lokacija, lep stan sa dve terase, blizu parka, blizu centra grada. Fenomenalni domaćini. Vidimo se ponovo!

Apartment is in city center and it was very clean and you have everything that you need. The host was nice and had a very good recommendation for a restaurant. I really recommend this place.

We liked this apartment. It Was exactly as described. It also was located in a secure building with secure parking. The location was very good as we could walk to the center along, find excellent restaurants and also see the main sites including skull tower with ease. We enjoyed having a balcony and also like the ceiling mirror in bedroom :) :)

Jelena' s place is a great choice if you decide to visit Nis! City centre is in the walking distance (around 10 mins), neighborhood is peaceful, and parking is free and always available around building. The apartmant was clean, the bed was confortable and the welcoming wine is a small but significant touch (it shows care). Jelena and her colleague were always responsive, either you choose to message or call them, and always with detailed instructions. Overall, I strongly recommend this accomodation, and know for sure I'll book it again when coming to Nis!

Leider konnten wir die Übernachtung nicht wahrnehmen da wir noch einige Stunden weiter Richtung Deutschland gefahrenen sind. Trotzdem sehr nette Vermieterin

This is our third time staying in the same location - Hosts are very friendly and easy to talk too and agree with, the apartment feels like a home, and our stay is always pleasant.

Jovan is an excellent host! The place is so peaceful and the sun hits the balcony in the morning with nothing but trees in sight. Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung von Magdalena (2 Eltern, 2 Kids). Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben in sehr zentraler Lage gelegen. Magdalena konnte netterweise unserem Wunsch nach einem früheren CheckIn entsprechen, damit wir unser Gepäck unterstellen konnten. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Und für alle, die noch nicht in Nis waren … unbedingt eine Reise wert. Und mit dieser Unterkunft kann dann nichts schief gehen.

The apartment is located in a small, modern building on a quiet street in what I judged to be a desirable neighbourhood close to the river. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped. The rooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. There was plenty of wardrobe and storage space available. The Host was very responsive and friendly. The self check-in process was trouble-free. The window in the living room offered a very pleasant view over the river to the southern part of the city and the mountains beyond. I stayed in the winter and the heating system was more than sufficient to keep the apartment lovely and warm. A fruit and vegetable market and a variety of supermarkets and other shops, are close by. In summary, I found the apartment to be well located, clean and comfortable, and an ideal base for my visit to Niš.

Sehr schöne, ruhige und warme Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. In aller Früh siehst Du den schönsten Sonnenaufgang. Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von schönen Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ivan ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf jeden Fall kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Gleich gegenüber ist ein kleiner Park und eine sehr schöne Kirche.
