Petar was absolutely great host! The experience he provided has no equipment. Starting with a check in description to the local recommendations and all the way yo the check our he was so nice and helpful! The apartment was amazing, cozy and extremely clean, we felt right at home. The location is in the center in a calm area. We were fascinated with how great this place was! Would definitely book again!

Amazing hosts, comfortable apartment. Communicative and comfortable accommodation. There was a technical issue with the original apartment but alternate apartment was provided and was of good quality. Would highly recommend.

The place is right one street away from kafanas and restaurants. If you are with car it is paid parking zone in the week days. And in the weekends might be difficult to find free spot. Everything else is great.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt – eine ganze Etage für uns allein, wunderbar eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut: 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi ins Zentrum, 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Gastgeber waren hervorragend – freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Great modern place with good looking living room , with amazing hifi speaker sistem. Even though we werent supposed to listen to music at so high volume , the host didnt complain at all which gives this place 5stars. Dusans father was super friendly and even gave us more information than needed. I highly recomend this place.

Super Unterkunft! Sauber, alles vorhanden und sehr schnell und einfach in die Stadt zu gelangen! Zum Stadtzentrum sind es ganz entspannte 5 Minuten zu Fuß, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Uns wurde ein Parkplatz auf Anfrage reserviert das wir ohne Probleme parken konnten. Immer wieder gerne!

The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, and even way better than I imagined. It was thoughtfully equipped with every single thing you could possibly need, and it truly felt like home. The environment was also serene and peaceful,perfect for a relaxing stay. The host was kind, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. I absolutely loved my time here and would definitely love to come back again. A solid 10/10!!!

Stan se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, u samom centru, ispred reke, na par minuta peške od glavnog trga. Lako se stiže sa auto puta. Sve što stoji u opisu je tako. Toplo je, kreveti su jako udobni. Sa terase se pruža divan pogled na kej i na reku Nišavu. Veoma je mirno, iako je u strogom centru grada. Magdalena je odgovarala brzo na svaku poruku i bila veoma ljubazna. Iz garaže možete liftom do samog stana, bez ijednog stepenika, što je nama sa detetom veoma značilo. I naš pas je lepo dočekan, sa činijama i igračkom. Hvala na svemu. Rado bismo odseli ovde ponovo ukoliko opet posetimo Niš.

Sehr schöne, ruhige und warme Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. In aller Früh siehst Du den schönsten Sonnenaufgang. Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von schönen Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ivan ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf jeden Fall kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Gleich gegenüber ist ein kleiner Park und eine sehr schöne Kirche.

Great place at the heart of the city. All the sights are within walking distance. Some very good restaurants in the area. The host - Jelena, was very friendly and responsive. She made sure we had a good parking space which was pretty important since the location is so central.
