Niscemi : locations de maisons de vacances

Wir waren im März mit unserem kleinen Baby dort. Alles war in Blüte und wir fühlten uns wie im Garten Eden. Es ist sehr ruhig, nur wenige Male am Tag fährt ein Zug vorbei. Der Hund ist sehr zutraulich, vor allem mit unserem Baby. Man kann wunderbar ganze Tage auf dem Grundstück verbringen: es gibt einen kleinen Kinderspielplatz, einen schönen Pool mit Aussicht auf die Hügel und Felder, einen Olivenhain, einen Gemüse- und Kräutergarten, eine schöne schattige Terrasse, einen Grillplatz. Ein perfekter Ort für uns als Familie, oder auch für Pärchen oder Freunde. Wir hatten die ganze Unterkunft für uns - wer alleine reist, muss also die Einsamkeit mögen. :-) Das Valle dei Templi in Agrigent ist 40 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, sowie einige schöne Strände und die Scala dei Turchi. Kurzum: ein wunderschöner Ort mit super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr einfach.

We had a great stay. Francesco who welcomed us gave lots of useful recommendations and was always on hand to help. The villa was as described. We loved the outhouse next to the pool and hot tub and enjoyed playing pool and cooking there. Our only downside was that there is no where to walk to nearby although this was warned of with a car being advised as essential. The beaches are 30-40 minute car journey away. We visited scala dei turchi, licata, valley of temples and Cefalu with Cefalu being a longer day trip (1.5 hours each way) but worth it. Thank you, we will back to Sicily I am sure!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Jochen et Katia! L'environnement était très paisible, la vue, à couper le souffle : le lever de soleil sur la mer est à voir depuis le toit de la maison!!! Nous avons très bien été accueillis par Sarah. La maison est au milieu de nulle part, alors c'est idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent s'isoler mais sans être trop loin de la civilisation. Nous aurions juste apprécié, pour justifier le prix, un petit cadeau de bienvenue (biscuits ou autres), un peu d'essuie tout, un mini savon ou d'autres petits détails qui font la différence. Autre chose importante: nous avons très bien dormi dans le lit! Encore merci pour l'accueil Sarah! :)

À notre arrivée de nuit à la Casa de Arena, nous ne pouvions imaginer la vue à couper le souffle qui nous attendait, offrant un panorama presque à 360° autour de la maison ! Idéalement située pour visiter certains sites incontournables de la région, il nous a été difficile de quitter la maison tant le séjour y était agréable. On pourrait passer des heures sur les différentes terrasses, devant la cheminée ou même dans la cuisine ! L’authenticité et l'élégante décoration faite avec goût nous ont fait nous sentir comme à la maison. Notre hôte, Pietro, a été très sympathique, joignable et à l'écoute, tant pour les petites attentions que pour résoudre les problèmes. Je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner !

What a beautiful home. Adriana’s place is peaceful & with stunning views overlooking Scicli. The house is very well equipped, a great place to unwind & has everything you need for a great stay. The pool is just fabulous. We arrived late at night & had no food (there are no supermarkets open after 9pm locally) but Adrianna kindly let us use whatever we could find & a risotto was rustled up. Coffee, milk, toast & marmalade are provided for breakfast the first day which is thoughtful. Scicli is a beautiful town and we enjoyed our morning coffee in Chiosco 'a Funtana which has the best coffee ever - a gorgeous spot. Fresh fish from the local fishmonger is highly recommended too and the little vegetable kiosks by the coffee spot & fishmonger have every delicious vegetable you might need. Thanks Adrianna for being a super responsive & kind host.

Amazing place to stay, Federico is extremely responsive and lways read to help within a few minutes and check-in was flexible and easy :) the house has lovely decorations and good amenties and the shared pool area is stunning, although the garden and lounge area seems to could make use of some cleaning from time to time😊 The location is splendid, very peaceful area but yet close to Noto and other beautiful cities by car. Would highly recommend and definitely come back!

We stayed in place with pregnant wife and 2 young children. Host was very responsive and friendly. Location is also perfect. Beautiful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this air bnb accommodation. The pool was perfect for us and the children to enjoy and a beautiful setting with lovely sunsets to enjoy. Vincenzo and his wife were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Their pet dog Mia was also very friendly and liked to join us by the pool! The house had everything we needed (including towels for the pool) and was a good location for exploring the local beaches and towns. Thank you!

Abbiamo trascorso un mese fantastico presso questa accogliente abitazione a Scicli. Il nostro soggiorno è stato una combinazione perfetta di vacanza e lavoro da remoto per due liberi professionisti. L'appartamento era esattamente come descritto, e anche se ci sono alcune scale da fare per raggiungerlo, non è stato un problema per noi. All'interno, abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort e gli accessori necessari, e anche di più. La cucina era particolarmente ben attrezzata, il che ha reso più piacevoli le nostre cene casalinghe. La connessione ad internet, come immaginavamo per via della posizione, non è adatta ad un utilizzo continuativo per lavoro, ma questo non ha rovinato affatto la nostra esperienza complessiva. Ludovica e suo marito, i nostri host, sono stati estremamente disponibili e cordiali durante tutto il soggiorno. Comunicare con loro è stato facile e piacevole. Siamo grati per l'esperienza positiva e sicuramente torneremo in futuro. Grazie mille!

We loved our stay in Modica. Adriana's place is in easy walking distance of all the wonderful restaurants and charm that Modica has to offer. The view across the valley from the terrace is fantastic and even in the winter of February it was like a warm summer day when the sun came out. Easy to find and no trouble parking. Great value for the two of us!

Appartamento delizioso che ti fa sentire a casa! Dotato davvero di tutto. Cucina super attrezzata, condizionatori in sala e nelle camere. Doccia anche esterna! Spazio per stendere e lavatrice. si puó mangiare sotto il pergolato. All’ingresso c’è un ampio spazio dove noi lasciavamo biciclette, ombrelloni e attrezzi per il mare. L’appartamento si trova veramente a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale e dalle spiagge. Facile trovare parcheggio e silenzio la notte! Gaetano sempre disponibile e super gentile! Dimenticavo: piccola spesa lasciata a disposizione degli ospiti! È stata una super coccola!

Séjour inoubliable dans cet appartement à la vue imprenable sur Modica, super bien équipé, tout confort et au calme. Giancarlo à été très réactif alors que j'ai réservé une heure avant notre arrivée du fait d'une annulation de mon logement initial, il a mobilisé quelqu'un pour venir nous accueillir au parking et nous aider avec les bagages (nous voyagions avec notre fils de 2,5 ans, et moi enceinte de 7 mois). L'accès au logement est facile depuis le parking, avec uniquement de la descente, nous y sommes aisément parvenus moi-même et mon fils. Ce logement est véritablement la perle de notre séjour sicilien, je recommande fortement !!

The apartment was lovely with fantastic view and everything we needed as well as very nice decor. Check in instructions were excellent and Mahithi could not have been more helpful. The kitchen equipment was very good with sharp knives and good quality cutlery. Mahithi gave lots of local recommendations which were excellent and really made our stay special.

Das Haus hat mit seiner Lage in den Dünen einen super Erholungswert, der kaum übertroffen werden kann. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus im türkisblauen Wasser schon im Frühjahr ungestört schwimmen gehen und danach die praktische Aussendusche mit Blick auf das Meer nutzen. Das minimalistisch, symmetrisch und klar strukturierte Haus ist innen und aussen komplett mit Travertinplatten verkleidet, was es edel und hochästhetisch erscheinen lässt. Ein einziger Genuss!

Rosalind is a great host and the communication was very clear and easy. The house is tiny but charming and has everything you need. We loved the little terrace overviewing the picturesque street!

A cozy place in a quiet street yet very close to all the sights/bars/restaurants. Size just right for our small family (1 adult + 2 kids). Easy to find a parking. We visited in February - the house is equiped with 2 heaters - for us it was enough to use just one and only for part of the day. The garden is so inviting. We never met Diego but he was quick to respond via messages. Scicli itself is very pleasant and picturesque and close to other places worth visiting (Modica, Ragusa) and the beach is also within a short drive. Our time here passed way too fast!

Прекрасен апартамент, обзаведен със всички удобства, чисти кърпи/в изобилие/, топла вода, паркомясто в двора и всичко останало. Салвина и съпругът и бяха изключително любезни и гостоприемтни. Салвина ни беше направила чийзкейк за добре дошли, в хладилника имаше сок и вода. Отделно ни беше оставено кафе и бисквити. Салвина е много мила и реагираше веднага на въпросите ми. Благодаря ви мило семейство. Горещо ви препоръчвам и пак бихме отседнали при вас. Поздрави!

soggiorno perfetto, esattamente quello che cercavamo

Meraviglioso viaggio . Host delizioso, educato, sempre pronto a rispondere a tutte le mie domande su dove mangiare e cosa fare. Si perché erano le uniche cose che c'era da chiedere visto che il posto era meglio di come si vede in foto, la casa era una miniatura di bellezza , comodità e buon gusto. Valutazione 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo. Noi siamo andati in 5 famiglia con adolescenti. Punto perfetto per scegliere località di mare, escursioni faunistiche e città artistiche. Insomma vacanza da sogno. Grazie Salvo!!!

Mit Francescas Haus am Meer haben wir den Ort gefunden, von dem wir nicht wussten, dass wir ihn gesucht haben. Die Lage ist wunderschön, wenige Meter zu Fuß zum menschenleeren Strand, ruhig und abgelegen auf einem wunderschönen naturnahen Grundstück. Es waren keine anderen Gäste in den benachbarten Unterkünften, dennoch haben wir uns auch Abends sicher in diesem hübschen Kleinod gefühlt. Die Kamera und das verschließbare Tor haben dazu beigetragen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, klar, geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Es war super sauber, hat angenehm gerochen. Neben den üblichen Haushalts- und Gebrauchgegenständen waren Pflegeprodukte, Strandzubehör und Getränke vorhanden. Das I-Tüpfelchen in der Küche war das fantastische, lokale Olivenöl. Wir waren in der kühleren Jahreszeit da und dank der Klimaanlage war es Abends mollig warm. Das absolute Highlight neben der wirklich außergewöhnlichen schönen Unterkunft ist Francesca, die uns mit köstlichen Speisen super herzlich empfangen hat.

Es war einfach wundervoll bei Charlie auf dem Land. Er hat wirklich ein kleines Paradies geschaffen. Morgens genossen wir unser Frühstück an der Sonne hinter dem Haus im eigenen Garten. Tagsüber gemütliches Lesen in der Hängematte oder Ausflüge in der Gegend, z.B. ans Meer. Scicli, das Städtchen ganz in der Nähe, ist bezaubernd. Das Wasser aus der Leitung ist trinkbar, die Küche top eingerichtet, wenn man kochen will. Charlie hat uns sogar Bio Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten vorbei gebracht. Das Haus ist freistehend und man fühlt sich "allein" im besten Sinne. Drinnen im Haus, wie auch in der Feuerstelle vor dem Haus kann man Feuer machen. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Man hört die Hunde vom Nachbargrundstück, das hat uns jedoch nicht gestört. Wir durften auch die Sauna mitbenutzen - es war ein Traum.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool waren super für unsere Gruppe mit 4 kleinen Kindern. In der Nähe ist ein schöner Strand. Ansonsten gibt es wenig. Für uns war es so super.

Měli jsme se jako v ráji! Naprosto úžasné moderní místo - jak dům, tak samotné letovisko. Dům nadčasově a vkusně řešený, praktická dispozice, skvělý bazén, který je sdílený s vedlejším apartmánem. Každá jednotka má z bazénu 4 lehátka. Ve dvoře je posezení a gril na uhlí. Skvělý diktontní obchod je 3 minuty pěšky. Dolů do centra je to 10 minut pěšky svižnou chůzí. Vybavení ubytování bylo dostačující. Doplnili bychom jen konev nebo džbán na čaj či limonádu. Na oknech jsou pratické sítě proti hmyzu. Komárů bylo večer poměrně dost. Musíme pochválit pohodlnou rozkládací sedačku. Určitě ubytování Deborah doporučujeme a rádi se zase vrátíme!
