Nishitama District, Tokyo : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Had a really great stay! Lala's place was spacious and homey, and everything that we needed are all in one place. It was tidy and clean. The best part of the place was the tatami bedroom and each bed has its own heater blanket. Our host, Lala has been super kind and responsive to our queries! Location was also very convenient: it's near multiple stores and restaurants (a lot of hidden gems too), and it's also 10 mins away to 2 different train stations. Would love to visit again soon!

It was a small space but had all we needed for our family of 4. Beihao was very responsive and helpful. Good short walking distance to station.

Located around 5 minutes walk to Ikebukuro West Exit C1, Anna's place is very strategically located. Surrounded by many love hotels, we felt safe bringing our young children here. The area is famous for its night life, but it's very quiet on night time, and naturally there's a lot of good restaurant around, even the 24 hours one and also minimarkets. You won't go hungry staying here. The place is very easy to access using key and also there's a panel that allow you to open the door from the inside. Keep in mind that Ikebukuro station is very big and most of its attractions are on the east side, so you'd spend at least 15 minutes of walking just to reach the east gate. Place is small but spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children with 2 queen beds. We can easily open our big luggage inside. Kitchen was ready to use with almost complete amenities. Washing machine working as intended and we can easily dry it outside or inside the shower room, wish there was more hangers available though.

We are 7 person inside and Fit with us. I Bring Superstar Actress from Indonesia “Ayu TingTing” to stay with her family and she’s very happy with the Interior, design and The Amenities. . The Location : 10/10 ( Big Road : easy to get taxi : walking distance super close to shibuya shopping street (-/+3-5minutes walks ) The Building : The Apartemen is so long huge , with Good Design, interior, facilities ( washing machine, stove, Dinner set , And THE BALCONY IS SO BIGGGGGGG ) The Owner Team : Amazing & Extremely Help you Very kindhearted to inform / assisting you whatever you need.. The Price : Worth it ! Good Deal !

Extremely convenient location: easy access to two major JR lines (Yamanote & Chuo-Sobu). Easy and flexible check-in. Numerous convince stores around made it very convenient for easy refreshments.

Overall the apartment worked out pretty well for four adults (2 couples). Two bedrooms have double beds, not as large as a queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. The location is very central but as it is in the middle of the city there is typical city noise. Couple of things to note that we didn’t expect (1) bathroom set up - one bathroom is a full bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and mirror, then there is a shower off the hallway and a toilet room off the hallway. No other sink/vanity area. We used the kitchen sink, but sharing here as we didn’t realize that was the set-up. (2) the ceilings are pretty low so if you’re tall people, you might want to consider another place. At 6 feet tall we could barely walk through some of the doorways standing up straight. All the amenities listed were available with plenty of towels, which we appreciate, coffee, and EleVen was so kind to stock the fridge with drinks, beer, yogurt, milk to get us started.

Great location. Close to train station and restaurants. Easy walk to Kabukicho. 16 people may not fit, but for our group of six, it was excellent.

とても快適に過ごさせていただきました。周辺環境も静かで夜は熟睡することができました。ベッドが硬すぎず柔らかすぎず非常に寝やすかったです。また、寝室とキッチン、TVルームが分離していて、相方が寝ていたい時にでも、遠慮なく仕事をし映画を観ることができるレイアウトでした。これは私たちにとって大きなプラスでした！滞在途中、Netflixの観方で質問があった際にも、オーナーのさつきさんは丁寧に対応してくださいました。ありがとうございました。動きやすさとして、最寄り駅（東急線）からはJR蒲田という大きな駅がすぐ（次の駅）で、簡単にアクセスできました。JR蒲田駅からは有楽町や東京駅へも直通で簡単に行けます。最後に、お部屋から歩いてすぐのニューシャンティ（New Santi）というインド料理屋さんが美味しかったです。次回の一時帰国でもまた是非使わせていただきたいお部屋でした。

地理位置不错，一出来有便利店有超市还有很多吃的店，离地铁站走路5分钟左右。浴室比想象中窄。我们同行的人有第二天一早5点赶飞机✈️的，所以临时在一楼会客室铺了榻榻米睡觉，提前和房东说了下也很好的同意了。第一天入住也同意提前放置行李。 房东人很好，还送了小礼物，お菓子は美味しいね～

This home is a journey within the journey. A house for those passionate about history, Japan, and authenticity. The house heats very well even when it's very cold outside; there are several heating options. We loved spending time there, and everything was very convenient. It had every possible comfort. We rented a car (it's very easy to drive in Japan, even on the left), which gave us great freedom to explore off-the-beaten-track areas. I only have one wish: to return one day!

Had a wonderful time in this place, clean and homey environment. Very close to the train station.

東京多摩地区で4人以上で泊まれる貴重な民泊だと思います。とても広さがあり、都心のホテルが狭いと言っていた旦那とイギリスから来た義両親はゆったりとできて大喜びでした。 場所はUber eatsの方は探すのに少し苦戦していましたが、宿泊者には事前にとてもわかりやすい説明を写真付きでいただけるので、全く問題なかったです😊 浴室乾燥機がついていたのが、個人的には急いで洗濯をしたかったのでとても助かりました。 また一時帰国をする際はぜひ利用させていただきたいです😊ありがとうございました。

Host was very responsive and very hospitable. Grateful that she allowed us to check-in early because our arrival time was very early. It was very convenient. The house was super clean and all the amenities, as listed were there. The house is ideal for big groups, and very affordable. Something that is hard to look for in Japan airbnbs, especially in Shinjuku. I would love to stay there again if ever i will be traveling with a big group.

We have just stayed at Kyoko’s house for our visit to Tokyo! The house is absolutely stunning - exactly as the photo’s show - and Kyoko was extremely helpful and responsive Located at the end of the Marunouchi Line the journey into Tokyo is easy! Shinjuku and Shibuya are very easy to get to! Takes a little longer to get to other parts of the city - but it’s well worth the effort to get a property of this size! Everything was immaculately clean - and we had a wonderful time!

This is hidden gem in Korea town, a little courtyard off the walking path/shops/ 20 yards from SkinHolic, 50 Yards from the Main Street, and an 8” walk to Shin-Okubo station on the JR line yaminote. The host will send guidelines prior to check in and I suggest downloading or printing instructions before you leave home. Though I had a little difficulty finding this awesome place the host staff found and guided me to flat. Family mart 5 “ away. Shogun burger nice break from local fare. The flat itself is spacious in 2 complete bathrooms. Western beds, eastern linen. Hair dryers, one burner stove with pan, simple kitchen ware. Staff very nice. Allowed luggage storage fee hours.

For a total of 9 of us, two kids and 7 adults it was very decent. The location was the best of all. So close to the station and please visit happy road. They have all kinds of stores and restaurants nearby. Being used to having everything big in the states, they home was small and tight but nonetheless very great and comfortable. Beds were so soft and plushy. I had no problem sleeping. Futons looked thin but those who slept on them had no complaints. Shower presser was phenomenal. A little confusing to work but easy to figure out. Laundry room had only a 2 in1 washer dryer. We did a small load once and some noticed a faint smell but was tolerable. There’s a 24 hr laundromat that’s a 5 min walk nearby. Maybe because it was the rainy season but we didn’t have access to the balcony where we could line dry our clothes. Air conditioners in every room and living room that could set to warm or cold. Stair are very steep and short so please go down with caution, we had a member fall. Great!

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

The host was helpful and a great communicator. The apartment itself was clean and very conveniently located. Kitchen came stocked with drinks and coffee, and there were plenty of clean towels and dish ware. It was nice to have this much space in the middle of the city – especially three bedrooms, which worked great for our family of four. The only thing to note is the photos are very...flattering. The apartment is smaller and a little funkier than it appears in the pics.

Excellent accomodation just outside the main tourist hotspots with plenty of room and easy access to all areas of Tokyo. Closer to smaller out of city commutable town with winding and narrow roads. Helpful shops nearby. Highly recommend.

Ro was really helpful. The place is about 500m away from Godzilla with lots of restaurants around. the apartment is old but really spacious and got everything you need. There is a laundry facility at the ground level if u need to dry ur clothes. Tips: get off at Sginjuku Sanchome station and its about 250m/5mins walk to the apartment. Don't get off at Shinjuku and walk all the way with luggage. it's tiring

This place was perfect. Small, but seamed standard for Tokyo and well laid out so it worked well for our multigenerational family staying there. Everything was clean. The host left some food and beverages in the kitchen that was a nice touch and made it easy to settle in.
