Nissi Beach : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

We stayed as a family of 6 including 2 young kids over Christmas. The villa was amazing - spacious, clean and had absolutely everything we needed (including Xmas decorations which was a lovely touch). Jacuzzi was great and hot and we paid to heat the pool which was totally worth it for winter swimming. the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and there bbq / outdoor kitchen was good. the outside area was amazing, with a mini playground and tranpoline for the kids. location superb for the beach or a walk along the coast. even had buckets and spades to use! communication from owner was excellent and we will definitely stay again!

Efi was so helpful for our entire stay. She was a wonderful host with a beautiful, quiet and clean home. My family and I stayed for 5 weeks and felt very comfortable the entire time, and Efi would regularly check in with us that we were okay / if we needed anything. Her sister Yiota was very lovely too, and brought us flowers when we recieved some sad family news. I would highly recommend staying in this home!

This villa was really lovely and as described. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the pool on our arrival and the host promptly arranged for the pool to be cleaned. The house didn’t have basic essentials like oil, sugar, salt, coffee or tea, nor hand soap for bathrooms. These are the only faults, everything else was great. You will need a car to go to Agia Napa and Protaras, but there are a couple of minimarkets, tavernas and a coffee shop which were walking distance. A very small beach is also walking distance.

Wszystko przebiegło tak jak powinno, mieszkanie czyste i idealnie przygotowane pod wynajem przez gości. Cudowny basen oraz przestronna kuchnia. Świeża pościel oraz czyste pokoje. Bardzo dziękujemy za gościnę i sprawną obsługę.

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

Malý domek s vlastním dvorkem na jižním okraji města a hned přes ulici za plotem opuštěná čtvrt Varosha, unikátní dojem z lokality. Denis výborně komunikoval a vůbec nevadilo, že čas našeho příjezdu byl nejasný kvůli přechodu hranice z jihu. V domku vše potřebné k pobytu i vlastnímu vaření, a dokonce topení navíc vzhledem k neobvykle nízkým teplotám. Moc milé setkání s tátou Denise (údržba domu) a jeho cenné rady ohledně autopůjčovny. Když v ulici na chvilku vypadl elektrický proud, hned nám zjistil, co se děje a nemuseli jsme nic řešit. Skvělá a ochotná rodina, můžeme vřele doporučit! Moc děkujeme!

The place was well kept. The host was excellent and very helpful. We will definitely stay there again if we get to Paralimni.

Our stay in Jan's appartment was great. It is spacious, charming with a lot of handcraft. We came with 2 small kids and Jan provided a potty and toys for them. Welcome gift was a nice touch:) in our case it was some stuff for breakfast as we came late at night. We've also got good recommendations for restaurants. In March this location was very quiet, we had the beach just for us. There is a beautiful promenade along the coastline within walking distance perfect for strollers. In Winter I recommend to take some warm socks :) the floor was cool, which is perfect for the heat of the Summer. Jan provided clear instructions about the apparment and was a very responsive host. We would definitelly come again.

The apartment was exactly like the shown on the photos. Clean, great location, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, with all the things necessary for a great holiday. The area was quite, but very close to everything.The hosts were great. Tatiana waited for us and welcomed us, being responsive all the time during our holiday, very nice, flexible and helping with questions. Would definitely recommend for families.

We stayed here end of Sept as a family of 6 there was plenty of room for us a very spacious apartment. Ideal location walking distance to shop and restaurants and beach. Apartment was pristine with lots of towels which was handy when spent alot of time at pool or beach. Natalia was very responsive and allowed late check in and late check out of apartment her husband brought us from airport to apartment and back to airport which was very convenient especially when travelling with children. Highly recommend staying here.

The location of the apartment is just a street away from all of the restaurants and is a short walk from several beaches, yet it is quite a peaceful location, although I did stay out of season in January. There are several shops and zorbas closeby, and metro and poplife supermarkets are around a 15min walk away. I didn’t use the pool but there are pools on site and also a gym and spa on the complex. The apartment has everything you need, there is lots of natural light coming through to all rooms and the balcony has sun all day. The apartment had a very welcoming feel to it with nice decor and plants. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The TV had Netflix, prime, and YouTube and then other channels as well. WiFi connection was fast. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Alexandre, the host, was very helpful with details for check-in and things to do in the area and was very quick to respond to any queries. I will definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay. Alexandros was communicative and the airbnb was just as described. Before checking in Alexandros made sure to supply us with anything we might need so we could enjoy our stay.

Evin konumu güzeldi ferah bir evdi. Ev sahibi ilettiğimiz her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Evde Bulunmayan eşyaları talep Üzerine getirdiler. adanın kendinden kaynaklı su sıkıntısı yaşadık sular çok az akıyordu ve ev güneş enerjisiyle ısındığı için gittiğimiz mevsimi itibari ile Sular ısınmadı. Ev sahibi yandaki evi de bizim için açarak elektrikli şofben bulunan başka bir banyoyu Kullanmamızı sağladı. Küçük aksilikler dışında olumlu bir konaklamayı da kendine teşekkür ederiz

We did experience 1 or 2 teething problems finding the apartment even though we drove straight to next door. Unfortunately the house in front had painted the wall and added a number! Arte has thought of everything and we really appreciated all the extras. Salt, pepper, herbs, toys, buckets and spades for small children, beach towels, all toiletries and plenty of cleaning materials too. We loved the veranda area in the evenings. We would say you definitely need a car to visit but lots of varied beaches within a short drive. The stunning church on top of a rock was a great landmark to visit and helpful to arrive so close. If we return to Protaras would definitely use Arte’s place again.👍

Peaceful location close to the beaches and restaurants and has two large supermarkets close by. Large outdoor area was great for relaxing. Apartment is well equipped with everything we needed.

Ailecek 2. Konaklayışımız oldu . Sunulan hizmetten ve hızlı dönüşlerden oldukça memnun kaldık. Tekrar Kıbrıs’a gidersek koşulsuz tercih edeceğimiz bir evdi. Çok merkezi bir yerde . Nice big apartment! The kitchen is well equipped. Very big terrace, which we really enjoyed. Lots of seating and a sunshade on the terrace. The beds were comfortable. It was great that both rooms had their own bathroom. The only problem for me was the cold floors, but there was no problem with flip-flops.

l'appartement était juste exceptionnel ! On se sent tout de suite comme à la maison, absolument rien ne manque pour pouvoir profiter de votre séjour pleinement et le rendre extraordinaire, à l'image de Christina : une hôte au top du top, qui est soucieuse de votre bien être pendant votre séjour et qui s'efforce de faire le maximum de son possible pour chaque petit détail. rapport qualité-prix imbattable ! si je le pouvais j'y habiterais ! la piscine est juste fantastique ! je recommande vivement et fortement, allez-y les yeux fermés !

Pobyt udany, lokalizacja blisko centrum, klubów i restauracji, ale w spokojnej okolicy. Mieszkanie idealne dla grupy znajomych, ale i większej rodziny. Polecam :)
