Nissi Beach : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

De villa is heel ruim! Het was even zoeken naar de vierde slaapkamer, die zit in een bijgebouwtje. We hebben vooral genoten van de tuin, veel verschillende plekken om te relaxen en voor onze peuter heel veel ruimte om veilig te spelen. De jacuzzi was heerlijk! Vijf minuutjes lopen naar een kleine baai met strand, en nog vijf - tien minuten naar een groter strandje waar de zon langer scheen. Voor ons als Nederlanders was het even wennen aan de strikte regels voor de boiler. Maar dat lukte ook. Lambros was vanaf het eerste contact vriendelijk en hielp ons de eerste dagen met veel geduld om alle apparatuur in te stellen. In het voorseizoen was er in de omgeving nog niet zoveel te doen. Maar daar staat de rust tegenover, voor ons een prima resultaat. En Agia Napia is niet ver weg en daar is alles.

This was our second time staying at Villa Lana! We absolutely loved our stay again. Being here for the second time allowed us to appreciate the location even more. Villa Lana is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The neighbourhood is respectful of noise. The house is fully equipped with everything and more for your stay. Thank you Demetris, we can’t wait to come back!

Efi was so helpful for our entire stay. She was a wonderful host with a beautiful, quiet and clean home. My family and I stayed for 5 weeks and felt very comfortable the entire time, and Efi would regularly check in with us that we were okay / if we needed anything. Her sister Yiota was very lovely too, and brought us flowers when we recieved some sad family news. I would highly recommend staying in this home!

I’m not usually one for leaving feedback but on this occasion I felt obliged to give credit where credit is due. My wife and I have just returned after spending 6 weeks at Lefkolla Maisonette and it was like a second home for the duration of our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need for a stay of any duration, long or short. It is conveniently located in the centre of Protaras and a stone’s throw from a very long beachfront with various bays (including Fig Tree Bay) so plenty of options for the beach lover. The host family made us welcome from start to finish and were on hand whenever needed giving us contact numbers should we have needed them. I would definitely stay there again and would thoroughly recommend the Villa and its owner Stavros as the perfect host. In the end we didn’t want to leave so that speaks volumes regarding our stay. A big thank you to Stavros and your lovely family for making us feel so welcomed.

This villa was really lovely and as described. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the pool on our arrival and the host promptly arranged for the pool to be cleaned. The house didn’t have basic essentials like oil, sugar, salt, coffee or tea, nor hand soap for bathrooms. These are the only faults, everything else was great. You will need a car to go to Agia Napa and Protaras, but there are a couple of minimarkets, tavernas and a coffee shop which were walking distance. A very small beach is also walking distance.

Great stay, easy, comfortable, good location and the pool is lovely on those hot summer days! Don’t hesitate book now!

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

Modern two bedroom apartment, spotlessly clean with a large kitchin area, in a great location. Added bonus of a dishwasher and two showers/wc and a little terrace/ garden area to relax in. The complex was very quiet (we were there in February) with a gym and pools. Restaurants, supermarkets and beautiful beaches near by. Also buses to Ayia Napia/Paralimini and Larnaca. Host was friendly and helpful, responding to questions very quickly before and after booking. Thank you!

If you go to Ayia Napa that's the place a sugest to book. It's close to everything, it has everything and the host is super

Nina and her husband were really kind and helpful. The apartment was perfect and fully the same as on the photos. One tip only: if you travel with a baby, you should check the baby cot in advance. It was different what we use in our countrey and we cant use it because we missed a plus matress from it. We told it to Nina and they tried to solve the problem immediately. So I think we should check it in details in advance…. Fully recommend :)

We loved our stay at Emanuela's place. After a rough start with a terrible host experience in Paphos, Emanuela came to the rescue and we drove across the island to stay in her lovely apartment. The WiFi worked really well for work calls and streaming TV (Netflix and other platforms were included), the sofa is really comfortable, the table is great for working on and the kitchen is really well stocked with utensils and equipment. The AC heated the rooms (living area and bedroom) really well, and the whole apartment was so clean (Emanuela came to clean it every week too). We had our own parking space (could probably fit 2 small cars) and Emanuela gave really clear instructions when it came to how to use the hot water, etc. It's within walking distance to the beach and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby too. Next time we're heading to Cyprus, we'll definitely be booking with Emanuela again. Thanks for such a lovely stay :-)

This is a beautiful apartment, exactly as in the photos, clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is great for cooking, but there are also some good restaurants nearby, and plenty of supermarkets and a good bakery and cafe within a short walk. The host, Rokas, is very friendly and helpful, and provided a bottle of wine and some Nespresso coffee pods for when I arrived. A very nice welcome, thank you. I really enjoyed staying here, and would happily stay here again.

A lovely little apartment , perfectly proportioned and well stocked and maintained with every little thing we needed for a great holiday. Georgina is a lovely host, very friendly, helpful, and flexible. My partner and I loved staying here. cannot recommend enough!

Evin konumu güzeldi ferah bir evdi. Ev sahibi ilettiğimiz her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Evde Bulunmayan eşyaları talep Üzerine getirdiler. adanın kendinden kaynaklı su sıkıntısı yaşadık sular çok az akıyordu ve ev güneş enerjisiyle ısındığı için gittiğimiz mevsimi itibari ile Sular ısınmadı. Ev sahibi yandaki evi de bizim için açarak elektrikli şofben bulunan başka bir banyoyu Kullanmamızı sağladı. Küçük aksilikler dışında olumlu bir konaklamayı da kendine teşekkür ederiz

We did experience 1 or 2 teething problems finding the apartment even though we drove straight to next door. Unfortunately the house in front had painted the wall and added a number! Arte has thought of everything and we really appreciated all the extras. Salt, pepper, herbs, toys, buckets and spades for small children, beach towels, all toiletries and plenty of cleaning materials too. We loved the veranda area in the evenings. We would say you definitely need a car to visit but lots of varied beaches within a short drive. The stunning church on top of a rock was a great landmark to visit and helpful to arrive so close. If we return to Protaras would definitely use Arte’s place again.👍

Peaceful location close to the beaches and restaurants and has two large supermarkets close by. Large outdoor area was great for relaxing. Apartment is well equipped with everything we needed.

Nice big apartment! The kitchen is well equipped. Very big terrace, which we really enjoyed. Lots of seating and a sunshade on the terrace. The beds were comfortable. It was great that both rooms had their own bathroom. The only problem for me was the cold floors, but there was no problem with flip-flops.

l'appartement était juste exceptionnel ! On se sent tout de suite comme à la maison, absolument rien ne manque pour pouvoir profiter de votre séjour pleinement et le rendre extraordinaire, à l'image de Christina : une hôte au top du top, qui est soucieuse de votre bien être pendant votre séjour et qui s'efforce de faire le maximum de son possible pour chaque petit détail. rapport qualité-prix imbattable ! si je le pouvais j'y habiterais ! la piscine est juste fantastique ! je recommande vivement et fortement, allez-y les yeux fermés !

Die Wohnung in dem Complex ist total lieb und sauber. Das Schwimmbad daneben ist sehr angenehm. Paris war sofort erreichbar und sehr bemüht. Danke für die schöne Woche
