Monica‘s place is cozy and convenient. I stayed there for almost 3 weeks with my toddler. It’s a perfect location if somebody wants to be in the Peninsula as it is very close to the 101 freeway. It is also very close to Redwood City’s restaurant and café scene. If you’re looking for playgrounds for kids, then there are a ton around. I had a bit of a struggle at check in as well as checkout, but that was mostly my fault or just bad luck. The only thing that I wish was different was the price of electricity in the apartment. Monica is very right in pointing out how expensive it is and asking the guests to limit their usage of heating/cooling. But being home all day with a toddler who refuses to wear socks or shoes and needs diaper change at random times, keeping the heat off was a bit of a challenge for me. I also personally like to be a bit toasty instead of chilly so. But that is just me. Overall, I recommend Monica‘s place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights stay in Christopher’s place. We were very impressed with spaciousness, clean modern furnishings & stylish & warming radiant heat source. Additionally we made good use of the fully stocked & very organized kitchen & dining room. In the bedroom, it was very nice to have ample closet space to unpack during our stay. Overall a cozy living space with great greenery and artful touches. We would definitely stay here again!

This is easily the most “epic” stay I have had through Airbnb. All of the amenities are exactly as described, and the fixtures are high quality, not just for show. Privacy in one of the most sought after neighborhoods, a very rare treat. The views in the area are fantastic Check in is smooth and secure and results in a key, which I always personally prefer. They even thought to ensure the gate system is setup to make it virtually impossible to accidentally lock yourself out. Plan to set some time aside after the hot tub and games, to examine the art 😍

It is a fantastic location right in the heart of downtown SF. Walkable to the wharf, financial district, China Town and more!

We spent entire month of February 2025 here. It was perfect for our needs. Clean, comfortable, easy walk to Stanford, just a few minutes from CalTrain, just a few blocks from many restaurants. Host was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.

This is our second stay at Andrew's home and looking forward to a third. Great residential location, with walking distance to shops, restaurants and Golden Gate Park, for hiking, Botanical Garden and museums. The house is clean, well-furnished and generously stocked. Val is always responsive and a call or text away with answers and suggestions. Highly recommended.

Webster is a responsive host, when the sink was jammed, he called the plumber and proceeded the whole thing very quickly. The condo is clean and convenient, felt like at home. Will back next time

We would stay at Ashish's place again anytime. It was exactly as described, comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. Truly a nice place to come back to, sit, relax, and rest. I'll definitely be back in the future. We were able to easily get to the places we wanted to go in the city and the local area is one of the best in the city. I'd rather stay in this apartment than at the Fairmont. It's a great spot!

Hands down the most accommodating host we’ve come across on ABNB. The location of the unit is spectacular in regard to walkability of great restaurants /grocery/bars. Older construction and central location made for a bit of a noisy environment in the morning, which was resolved by ear plugs provided by our host. The unit is not ideal for anyone with disabilities or troubles climbing as you will need to walk up a few flights of stairs. The space comfortably accommodated the 7 adults we went with. Beds were firm (for our liking) but still comfortable. Check in/check out details were very well related and thought out, without being a stifling amount of arbitrary rules. We were truly made to feel as if we were in a home away from home, and not guests in someone’s rented house. We look forward to revisiting and being hosted by Jenny again in the future.

We had difficulty getting the Smart lock to work at first but when we got in touch with Josephine to explain our problem she was very quick to respond and sorted it straight away! Very stylish apartment and the cosy dressing gowns were a lovely added bonus!

The apartment was very clean and in a great neighborhood. Communication was an A+ as well. I did not have a single issue and loved the condo. The bed was super comfortable!

This was a wonderful stay, and would book again. Close to the interstate and the BART, which made for an easy trip into the city for the day. The space is very roomy, stocked with anything you could possibly need and extremely clean! We felt like we were the first to ever stay here!

Nice hotel to stay. Great service and staff. It is a city, so it may be sketchy to walk at night, but the area near the hotel was not that bad.

This is my second time at Henrick’s place and I can’t stress enough how great my experience has been in both times. Not only the apartment itself is great but the peaceful location and the beautiful surrounding adds much more value for anyone who is looking for gate away from the city. It is also very walkable to nearby attractions in Emeryville like the public market and Bay st for great food and shopping spots. And lastly throughout my whole stay Henrick was very communicative and professional making sure my stay was pleasant. I would definitely recommend it and would consider coming back again!!

I really enjoyed staying in this condo where the value per dollar is excellent. The living room is well decorated, and the view from the living room and dining area of the yard with flowering plants was great. The location was walking distance to restaurants and shops. I really enjoy getting a bath, so the bathtub was well appreciated. The bed was comfortable, and, with the thermostat set at somewhere like 70-72, very cozy for a good nights sleep. Everything was very clean, well decorated, but also very open (not at all cluttered). The kitchen was small, but served my needs very well. Overall, this is a really good place to stay for one week or more!

We stayed at Ellie's place in Walnut Creek for two weeks, and the experience was wonderful. The stay was very comfortable, and Ellie was incredibly responsive, always quick to provide help with any questions we had. The location is conveniently close to downtown, BART, and all essential amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. Ellie was also kind enough to offer a late checkout, which was a great help and allowed me to manage my time efficiently.

The short version of the review is that, from now on, every time I am back in the Bay Area, I will book this place. It is everything I expect. Now, the long review: The unit is a spacious, quiet and clean unit facing north in a charming building with a very welcoming entrance. The building has the graciousness of 1960s architecture and is well-kept at the corner where two of the most affluent and charming neighborhoods of Silicon Valley meet: close to two Caltrain stations that make your commute to SF and San Jose super convenient. The condo is renovated with great amenities, clean furniture, and a clean bathroom. The bedroom opens to a lovely Magnolia tree that has framed the whole window. Neighbors are quiet and discreet. Parking was indoors with secured gates, another bonus. The location of this property is within walking distance of Stanford Shopping Center, Whole Foods, and Trader’s Joe. Ryan is friendly, very responsive, and communicates well. We will come back again!
