Such a warm and comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen spacious and well-appointed, the bathroom and linens were beautiful, and the sitting room was just what we needed. For two old friends catching up in an unfamiliar town, we were delighted by the walkability of the area, the comfort of the space and the security of off-street parking. We loved Ocotillo for dinner and the Ugly Duckling for breakfast - two places just around the corner. A few details that didn't matter too much to us, but I could see wanting to know about -- the front bedroom is bright with thin curtains and translucent film on the door, and the back bedroom seems to be adjacent to a back stair for access by others to a different unit, so footsteps could be heard going up the stairs. But honestly, the place was quiet and so comfortable and we slept great -- that's all that really mattered to us!

Had such a great stay in this loft this past weekend! We had a cozy and relaxing time. Tori and Tanner were very hospitable and kept us up to date on all the information we needed for our stay. Despite the snowstorm, we were kept updated with what we needed to do if there were any issues with our parking. Additionally, our hosts were even kind enough to clean off our car in the morning of the snowstorm (without being asked). Great weekend!

Clean place, responsive host, and easy to get around the city. The listing is exactly as shown and on the top of the building - just to keep in mind. The kitchen was well stocked and the nook area for the couch is adjacent. Not tons of space outside of the bedrooms. it was a bit warmer when we were here and the bedrooms did get warm as the AC unit is only in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas at Nate's place. It has an authentic and lived-in feeling (unlike some places with that sterile Ikea-Airbnb-kit feeling). It feels like a real home with warmth and character. The beds are comfortable, and there's an excellent couch for watching TV, reading, or lounging. The kitchen has everything you need. It's in a more residential part of Portland, but it's close to everything great in Portland. The location was excellent for us because we had a family member in nearby Mercy Hospital, just five minutes away. Nate's place provided a comfortable place to decompress. Nate was very responsive and just excellent. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Portland! The apartment was adorable, very clean and in a perfect location. Alex had an entire list of recommendations that we found very helpful! We will definitely be back!

Very accommodating hosts! We got a snow storm while we were visiting and the driveway and walk way were shoveled before we even woke up in the morning. The house was very clean. Also was allowed to check in early after making the long drive from Michigan. I would give them 10 stars if I could

Host was great and friendly. Beautiful neighborhood. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Many extras like Keurig, coffee, tea hot chocolate and water bottles. Cozy extra blankets, fans and fireplace. Bathroom was clean and had liquid soaps, shampoo etc. Not a full kitchen, but all you need. Would definitely stay again.

We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

The house is in a great location - steps away from the ferry terminal, very close to the grocery store, and the water views from the house are fabulous. Gene made our stay completely stress free, from check in to check out. He checked in with us to make sure everything was fine. I would highly recommend this rental, and if I'm back on Peak's Island, I would love to stay there again.

Great place to stay, we appreciated the snacks and bottled water! When we reached out to Angela for help (we accidentally locked ourselves in the basement while doing laundry, lol) Angela responded within minutes and sent someone over immediately to help us. She was a great host and the house is perfect.

Gorgeous, well appointed Airbnb. It was even better than expected. Our family very comfortable and enjoyed all aspects of this very pretty location. The house had fantastic amenities on top of being in an amazing setting. We’ve discussed how we could return….

The home was very welcoming and accommodating for our family of 5. The views were spectacular at sunrise, sunset and during the snowstorm. Bald Eagles and hawks would land in the trees right in front of the house. Also, there was a skating pond down the street my family love to visit almost each evening. There was an alarm going off as soon as we arrived, Debbi was incredibly fast responding and sending someone to check it out clear it up. On the plus someone came and plowed the driveway after the snowstorm it was great. She left a basket of local food and my family ate it up. We are so thankful for our relaxing week and would love to return.

This place is located within walking distance of many great restaurants, bars, distilleries/breweries and shops. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and loaded with amenities. I am always disappointed when there is only one bath towel per person, and there was a closet full of extra towels. So many thoughtful touches: coffee pods, organic teas, snacks, bathrobes, and more. I will definitely make this a first try booking on future trips to Portland!!

Great space a fantastic part of Portland. Will was a pleasure to deal with and I hope we’ll get up there again at some point.

Beautifully decorated home in a family friendly neighborhood. We loved that it was across the street from a bagel place and enjoyed nearby restaurants too. Even thou it was winter, our dog loved the beach. David even provided a towel for our dog. He thought of everything! Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed at Dave’s condo a couple of times now. Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is in such a wonderful location in South Portland and Dave is very communicative and friendly with anything we may need. Definitely recommend a stay if you’re looking to check out the Portland area and enjoy some beach time while you’re at it!

Absolutely beautiful! Literally the best balcony with the best view. Massive condo is a plus.

We had a wonderful week with Brian's condo as a "home base" - we truly felt at home. It was chock full of small and big touches (toiletries/supplies! paper goods! plentiful sheets and towels! beach towels! to name a few) and surprises (generous snacks greeting us on arrival) that made us feel spoiled. The condo was a great size with an open kitchen/common area and large patio. We were familiar with the area but not Ocean Park Meadows, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely property and amenities (especially the pool, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole) and how well maintained they were. The condo was a quick 2 block walk to the beach, made easy (even with alot of stuff and three kids) with the beach wagon available for our use. Brian was a perfect balance of being proactive, informative, and accommodating while letting us "do our thing". We loved how "our" beach was quiet and nestled between the more bustling OOB and OP areas; the neighborhood, too. We'll be back!

First time coming down to maine. Right in the center of everything. 10-20 minute drives (not bad). We ate at Pine Point Grille the first night and it was amazing. Second, we tried Dunstan’s Tap and Table. Had to wait 30 minutes, but was worth it. Great area, felt very homey. I would come back.
