Nocera Umbra : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Ho trascorso qualche giorno nella casa di Gabriele insieme alla mia famiglia (4 adulti e 2 bambini). Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole, l'appartamento corrisponde alle foto, è completo di tutto e molto pulito. Saragano è un posto magico immerso nelle colline dell'Umbria e centrale rispetto alle principali mete. Data la posizione, è indispensabile l'automobile per gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente!

What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

È stato un gran bel soggiorno alla casetta Sant’ Angelica! Roberto è un ottimo host, gentile, disponibile e molto simpatico. Abbiamo trovato la casa comoda per noi 4 adulti con 3 pelosi, materassi comodi, cucina attrezzata, doccia perfetta e piscina molto utile. Nonostante il terreno sia in pendenza non ci ha creato difficoltà per le nostre serate all’aperto e i pelosi erano in totale libertà essendo la proprietà completamente recintata. Torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo passato un we fra amiche in questa casa dotata di tutti i confort necessari per passare del tempo lontano dal caos quotidiano. L'host è stata molto disponibile e ci ha fornito via telefono le indicazioni per raggiungere la casa, che si sono rivelate molto chiare. La casa corrispondeva in pieno a quanto descritto sul sito e abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno.

villetta meravigliosa immersa nel verde e distante dal caos città. all'interno abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente x il nostro soggiorno e la casa era pulitissima e ordinatissima. giardino immenso meraviglioso che a causa del freddo non abbiamo potuto apprezzare come meritava, ma torneremo sicuramente in estate. Gabriele e suo papà Francesco due persone meravigliose e disponibilissime. consiglio vivamente questo alloggio

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Un angolo di pace in mezzo al verde, relax e riposo totale in una casa confortevole con tutto il necessario. Irene è un host super disponibile e gentilissima, ci siamo sentite come a casa. Consigliatissimo per staccare e godersi la natura e il silenzio.

Loredana et Derek sont des hôtes sympathiques, accueillants, disponibles et serviables. Le logement est beau, spacieux, confortable, très calme et agréable. On a le goût d'y demeurer plus longtemps ou d'y revenir. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour à Pérouse !

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

This medieval structure has been beautifully restored with meticulous attention to detail, blending historical charm with a clean, contemporary feel. The furnishings are luxurious and comfortable, creating an open, airy atmosphere that perfectly complements the building’s magnificence. The attention to detail is apparent everywhere. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find precious drawings and tasteful paintings that add a unique, personal touch. Both beds were incredibly comfortable with fresh-smelling linens, making for very restful nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, making it feel like a home away from home. The views from the windows, with fog drifting through the valley, are simply breathtaking. This is a truly remarkable place to stay!

We stayed at Marina's place for 4 dreamy days. The 200-year-old building is immersed in beautiful nature and overlooks from every window and balcony a breathtaking view and unforgettable sights of sunrises and sunsets. The apartment itself is very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It is evident that every detail was thought of and nothing was missing. The apartment is tastefully decorated, a combination of old and new in a way that gives a feeling of warmth and home. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. The fireplace that can be lit on cool evenings adds to the warm and homely atmosphere. The apartment has a yard and two magical balconies. Marina is a wonderful host! Generous, very friendly, and caring for all our needs. Recommendations and explanations provided to us by Marima for travel options in the area were interesting, detailed and very valuable. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful place and we will definitely be back!

super logement Nous voyageons avec un chien, Le terrain est clos et permet de le laisser en liberté sans aucun risque. la voiture peut être stationnée à proximité immédiate du logement qui est de plein pied. une hôte tres agréable et au petit soin bref, que du bonheur. tutto benne. grazié

Wir waren eine Woche bei Valentina, es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Der Landschaftspark mit dem Pool war ein Traum. Die Geschmackvolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung lag privat vor blicken geschützt. Alles war vorhanden. Wir haben gute Unterstützung und Informationen bekommen im Vorfeld und während des Urlaubs. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar.Die Minimetro in Perugia und die Barrierefreiheit dort können auch Menschen nutzen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind.

Siamo stati nell'alloggio di Cristina una settimana con mio marito ed i nostri due bimbi piccoli. Che dire? È stato tutto perfetto! La casa è splendida, dentro e fuori. Internamente è tutto scelto con molta cura, ben arredato e tutto molto pulito, tanto da renderla così accogliente da sentirci come se fossimo a casa. Anche l'esterno è veramente bello, dalla terrazza al giardino, noi lo abbiamo sfruttato poco ma solo perché fuori stagione, sarebbe da tornarci solo per rivivere la casa anche nella bella stagione. Cristina è stata fantastica, molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli e suggerimenti nonché coccolati sotto ogni punto di vista regalando anche una bella esperienza ai nostri bimbi. Direi dunque che è stato tutto davvero perfetto, da ripetere sicuramente.

Il nostro arrivo a Gaifana è stato come un affettuoso abbraccio di un'amica che non vedeva l'ora di vederti Ad accoglierci la mamma di Antonella,dolcissima e premurosa solo come una nonna sa fare...coccolati,come nipotini,ci ha rinfrescati e offerto un caffè dopo un lungo viaggio notturno coi nostri bimbi..Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa Nonostante qualche piccolo intoppo della piscina,presto risolto da Antonella e il suo compagno,ci siamo fermati la settimana dopo ferragosto La casa è funzionale ed è molto fresca grazie alla muratura molto spessa.Unico neo il bagno,purtroppo per ottimizzare lo spazio è stato ridotto,wc e lavello in un piccolo vano e doccia in un altro, un pò ricorda i bagni francesi senza bidè Ma tutto passa in secondo piano quando arrivi a casa di Antonella,dopo una giornata trascorsa tra borghi ed eccellenze sotto il sole e spegni la calura tuffandoti in totale privacy nella sua piscina Se vuoi rigenerare spirito e corpo questo è il posto perfetto.

We had an unforgettable stay at Ella’s beautiful countryside house. The location is perfect—quiet and surrounded by rolling hills, yet just a short drive to Assisi and its stunning landmarks. The house itself is charming and rustic, with all the modern amenities you could need. The views from the terrace were breathtaking and it’s a great place for stargazing. The garden has been crafted beautifully over the years and it’s a magical place rare to find elsewhere. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided great tips on hidden gems in the area. The house was spotless, the kitchen well-equipped, charmed by beautiful paintings from Ella’s mother and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart of Umbria, this is the perfect spot. I will definitely be coming back!

Gorgeous place with a fab pool. Close to loads of lovely towns to explore. Great outdoor table for al fresco dining at night. Very authentic, rustic house but with everything you need and air conditioning in every room. We had two babies and Norma provided cots and high chairs.

Superbe emplacement en hauteur de la campagne et des collines d’Ombrie. Vues magnifiques depuis la maison et le jardin. Équipement parfait et les 2 maisons permettent de séparer les adultes des plus jeunes ce qui a participé au déroulement très agréable des vacances familiales.

Non abbiamo visto Claudia di persona però abbiamo incontrato Stefano ( suocero) gentilissimo sempre pronto ad ogni richiesta , casolare fantastico piano terra con patio con griglia e dentro con camino con abbondante legna da ardere, tutto in ordine e pulizia anche utensili e biancheria !!! Consiglio vivamente questo posto

The house is located in a beautiful area! The views are stunning and the house is comfortable. We made a barbecue, went for hikes and enjoyed the surroundings 😊 it was a lively weekend!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad met twee gezinnen samen. Een heerlijk ruim huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. De eigenaar is heel aardig, vriendelijk en goed te bereiken. Klein detail foto 22 en 23 zijn volgens mij niet van dit huis.

Casa perfetta per 8/10 persone in zona molto tranquilla e con vedute splendide sui Monti Sibillini. Super apprezzata la jacuzzi all'aperto.

Wer bei Reilly einen Ort zum Entspannen sucht, hat ihn auf jeden Fall gefunden. Man hat einen fantatischen Blick über das Tal und Ruhe wenn man sie sucht. Ein Haus mit allem Komfort den man benötigt um unbeschwerte Tage zu verbringen. Gut Essen kann man definitv in Montefalco und guten Wein und ausgezeichnetes Olivenöl findet man ebenso. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden ind sorglos glücklich

Veerle's place is truly spectacular. It beautifully combines the charm of a traditional Umbrian country house—with vaulted ceilings and a grand fireplace—with functional spaces that cater to all your needs. We stayed in the house during winter, and I can only imagine how stunning and peaceful it must be in the warmer months when the pool is open. The house is easily accessible via an asphalt road, and shops and convenience stores are just a short drive away. We strongly recommend this place and we will be back!
