Beautiful out there, quite , has like a screened in coffee area you can enjoy in the morning complete with deer in the surrounding areas to enjoy. The house and area is really tranquil, really enjoyed it, I definitely felt refreshed and decompressed after our stay. We'll be in the area for an event a few times a year and if it's availability will definitely be staying again.

This is my third time staying here. My friend and I really enjoyed the layout because the bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house, each with a bathroom giving us each privacy. The beds are very comfortable.

We had a fantastic weekend stay! The house was incredibly clean and clutter-free—it felt like home the moment we walked in. We loved the welcoming layout, which made it easy to relax and settle in. We spent a peaceful afternoon by the lake, grilled some delicious steaks, and ended the day unwinding in the hot tub. Thrifting in town was a blast, with so many great antique and thrift stores to explore. Can’t wait to come back!

We had our first mom’s retreat and this was a perfect place for us! The place is beautiful, not too far from home but far away from the city madness! The house and the view is beautiful! Sunset view was stunning! Pictures match the actual place. Clean beds with white sheets is always a plus! House has so much stuff in case you need extra sheets/ blankets/ kitchen items. Very quiet and enjoyable. Catherine was very nice and great to communicate with. Enjoyed every bit of it and will definitely visit again!

We were looking for a private getaway and it was awesome. There was another cabin close by but it was far enough to not be intrusive. The surroundings were peaceful. The blue velvet provided the exact back drop we were looking for.

I've stayed at all different types of Airbnb's... villas, condos, houses, cabins, you name it, I've stayed at 3. I've never seen a cleaner place. Ever. As we were walking through, I commented that it felt like my mom came through and cleaned and made sure we had everything we needed. lol They thought of things most of us wouldn't. Gabe also had the quickest response time out of any host I've worked with. I'm also very grateful that other renters have been so respectful of this gorgeous property and hope they continue to do so. We would love to stay here again! I actually wish Gabe and Amber had other properties! You don't get this type of service anywhere else. We visited early April '25 and happy to report the water at the lake is super clean and would be great for swimming. Thanks for hosting us, guys! See ya'll again real soon!
