Fantastische Unterkunft in wunderschöner Umgebung! Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus nahe Como war einfach perfekt. Das Haus selbst ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, dabei aber wunderbar in das charmante alte Dorf eingebettet – eine tolle Kombination aus Tradition und Moderne. Alles war makellos sauber, und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Wunderschöne Wohnung am Berg mit tollem Ausblick auf den See. Die 2 Terrassen und der Garten sind super, insbesondere wenn man mit Familie unterwegs ist und auch mal etwas abseits vom Trubel in Ruhe ein Buch lesen will 😊 Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, viele schöne alte Möbel- es fühlt sich wie ein „Zuhause“ an und nicht wie in einer Ikea-Ferienwohnung. Dementsprechend ist nicht alles neu und manches hat ein bisschen Patina- uns hat es gefallen! Die Küche ist mehr als gut ausgestattet. Es gibt 2 Bäder, wobei das eine nachts nur bedingt zu nutzen ist- da haben wir uns eben das eine im Haus geteilt. Man braucht ja nachts nicht unbedingt 2 Bäder… Die große Straße hört man überraschenderweise trotz der Nähe wenig. Für uns war es mit kleinem Baby kein Problem. Der Parkplatz ist am Anfang gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn man es mal raus hat ist es jedoch mit einem normalen Auto und durchschnittlichen Fahrkünsten kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder!

Das Apartment von Irene und Manuel ist genauso wie es auf den Fotos abgebildet ist. Die Unterkunft ist einwandfrei sauber, sehr hell und liegt zentral. Ein kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz ist ganz in der Nähe vorhanden und zu Fuß ist man schnell ins Zentrum gelaufen. Irene und Manuel haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns sowohl mit Tipps zum Einkaufen als auch zum Essen gehen versorgt.

We stay in the apartment for two nights during a business trip. And everything was fantastic. The apartment is exactly what we want and it’s a perfect place for friends, colleagues and a family. Mariagrazia organised it perfectly and we had no check-in issues after our flight delay. Mariagrazia was very helpful, answer quickly and was a perfect host.

Enrica è stata davvero molto gentile, insieme al marito e mi hanno accolto e fatto sentire subito a mio agio! posto davvero molto tranquillo e bello. Parcheggio interno, dettagli molto curati dal giardino alla casa, e la presenza d'arte si respira dappertutto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect. The views are incredible and worth the price alone but the house is very well maintained and was spotless when we checked in. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay with beautiful views of the Lake.

Four of us had plenty of room and privacy if wanted. Very clean and well maintained. All the amenities were available as described and Holvan and Goulia were very nice and responsive to questions. The metro and bus lines were nearby and easy. Would stay there again.

Amazing apartment, amazing host and amazing location. 10 minutes from the station, 10 minutes from the centre and 10 minutes from the lake made this the ideal stay. The host was very responsive and great at check in giving us some tips for our stay. The apartment is amazing right at the top with amazing surrounding views!

Will definitely come back to Laura’s stay. I really enjoyed it, the place is so nice like movie in Netflix. Host is really friendly and caring. Her response is very fast. And the house is really nice too

la verdad es que tengo q decir que todo fue impecable. fui con mi marido y mis dos hijas adolescentes y el lugar está ubicado a 5 min del duomo a pie. subte a 3 minutos que no lo usamos. está todo limpio y deja de cortesía varias cosas .. sin duda un lugar para súper recomendar! genia Maria q nos atendió bárbaro! volveremos

The apartment is as expected and very clean, communication went very smoothly. The only minor problem is the noise from the trams outside

Perfect location for our 5 night stay in Como. We had all we needed to make our stay perfect. Very easy to walk every where and right on the waterfront. Our host provided us with flexible checkin and checkout which was appreciated.

Everything nice, good location and nice apartment

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement, grand, propre, calme et lumineux, bien chauffé, avec une terrasse splendide. Letizia et son époux Emmanuele ont été très disponibles et avenants. Quartier des Navigli très vivant et authentique, très pratique pour arriver directement dans l'hypercentre en 20 minutes par tram n°3 (belle ballade à pied sinon, via Naviglio Pavese, Darsena, San Lorenzo et Sant'Ambrogio : belles rues historiques, animées et marchandes). Je recommande vivement ce logement, excellent rapport qualité prix pour trois personnes par exemple.

Le logement de Kinga est très agréable, confortable, bien équipé, très propre. Certes un peu excentré du centre mais très accessible par tramway, au calme avec supérette très pratique juste en face. Le parking est aussi très appréciable. Le parc abrite pour le plus grand bonheur des enfants des écureuils et pour couronner le tout nous étions au première loges d'un feu d'artifice pour le réveillon du jour de l'an. Je recommande ce logement à 100%

Logement tres sympa et simple dacces et surtout parfaitement securise. Nous avions tout sur place pour nous sentir comme a la maison. Avec un bebe et enfant cest facile dy vivre. Beaucoup de commerces et restaurants a proximité. Et Come (20min) - Milan (40min) pour pouvoir visiter Cest un logement que je recommande sans hésitation Encore merci

Wir haben vier Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Sie war wie auf den Bildern und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Kontakt mit Irene war von Anfang an reibungslos und sie hat uns den Weg zur Farm klar beschrieben. Der Ort hat nicht ganz so viel zu bieten, aber ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um sich andere Ort anzusehen. Die Unterkunft ist auf einer Olivenfarm und Irene verkauft dort auch das eigens produzierte Olivenöl. Den Pool konnten wir aufgrund der Wetterlage nicht nutzen, aber der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See ist unschlagbar. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden sicherlich auch wiederkommen.
