Johan has a very nice apartment. It was clean and quiet. The bed and other furniture were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the internet speed was good. The appliances all worked. Johan was very fast to respond to any questions. He was amazing. Even though he had to go to the hospital, he checked in with us to make sure that we were happy. He even ordered some things to be delivered. The pictures show a bare apartment but Johan has stocked the kitchen with cooking and eating utensils. The apartment is actually decorated. It is down the street from a shopping mall and a big grocery store. There are many restaurants on that street. All of the tourist attractions are an inexpensive tuk tuk ride away (100฿, 2.86€, $2.97). A huge night market is just a 5-10 minute walk down the street. We definitely recommend this apartment for short or long term stays.

Good host with good Internet. Good location clean. Wish we could’ve checked out a little bit later but overall it was a good stay.

Our stay was great. It's a 5 min walk to Central Festival Mall. It's a safe building that has a free shuttle to and from the mall if you dont want to walk. It was very easy to get rides into the city. The washer and full kitchen were very nice and convenient. I recommend this place.

Our stay exceeded all expectations! The accommodation was very comfortable and had excellent amenities. It was conveniently located close to the city center, and we could easily reach it by Tuk Tuk or Grab for a very low cost. The host was incredibly responsive and quick to reply to any questions we had. Highly recommend!"

Доволі затишна квартира, вона невеличка але дуже розумно обставлена, все було чисто й охайно, знайти сам комплекс легко, на території будинку дуже багато зелені й співають пташки, неначе живеш в парку. До торгового центру буквально 5 хв пішки, в ідеалі мати власний транспорт, на території є парковка. Рекомендую.

I had a great stay at The One Chiang Mai Condo. The apartment was clean & cozy & thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the beautiful swimming pool, both during the day and night. The location was convenient, the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

It was a great stay. The location is as prime as it gets. The Airbnb was really comfortable, clean and hygienic. Privacy in both rooms. Great restaurants and massage centres in the same lane. One nimman which is a hub for restaurants, festivals, craft shopping etc. is just a 4 minute walk. Tonnes of 24x7 around the corner. You will head loud music from places around till 1.30 am in the morning. But wouldn’t be loud to disturb your sleep. + they have kept ear plugs in each room so you should be good. The loud music is coming from a place called Porjai, which is a must visit local bar of you want to party w the locals, with their local music. Place is always buzzing. Sticky waterfall is a 40 minute drive. Doi kham for sunset - 15 minute drive. Doi suthep for sunrise - 50 minute drive uphill. Wat Pha lat 20 min drive on way back from doi suthep to air bnb. Chiang Rao - 2.5 hours drive. There’s Ray hostel in the same lane, which can arrange all pick ups and day trips for everything around.

The apartment matches the description. Before arriving, the owner warned that the neighbors were undergoing renovation work. We were lucky that it was a weekend and there was no noise for a few days. Nice spacious apartment, excellent layout. As a compliment, there were many bottles of water, beer, bacon, bread, eggs in the fridge. Good location of the apartments. The apartment also has a spacious balcony overlooking the pool. There was a problem with the air conditioner and it was solved immediately. The staff is very helpful at the reception. I highly recommend the apartments, we felt at home.

위치가 정말 좋아요. 마야몰까지 조금만 걸어가면 되고, 지름길로 님만해민 골목으로 바로 들어갈 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 안전하게 출입문이 통제되어 있다는 점도 좋았어요. 호스트도 빠른 시간 응답해주시고, 항상 적절한 조치를 잘 취해주셨습니다. 침대 테두리가 너무 꺼지는 것, 전체적인 조명이 조금 어두운 것 빼고는 아주 만족스러워서 다음에 꼭 다시 묵고 싶어요.

Property was beautiful and new. Well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures. Pum was a very good communicator and very timely on her responses. Love the location and walkable to many night markets and wonderful restaurants. Its location made it a little quieter, tranquil, and relaxing than in the middle of old town.

This was a very nice accommodation, walkable with a tour place in the first floor. (Ask for Pat at the tour guide place he was amazing) very nice cafe in the lobby and a nail salon. The house itself was very cute. One thing I will mention is the bathroom had a mildew smell with some areas that definitely could be scrubbed to reduce the mildew smell. But other than that the space was amazing, ac , soft bed , cute kitchen , nice balcony. She also provided a guide book with a bunch of recommendations and taxi help if needed. I would definitely recommend this place as Natasa was an amazing host. I will definitely be back should I go back to chiang mai. It truly was a home away from home💜💜💜

Right beside Central Festival with lots of things to do. The building has all kinds of amenities, gym, poor, party room, laundry room, lobby. 7-11 is just outside of the building. Very convenient. The room is comfortable and the host is friendly.

We stayed here for more then 2 weeks and it felt like a mini home. The appartment is cozy decorated. It has everything you need (lot of towels, hairdryer, cooking gear etc). The communication with the host was excellent. He reply's quick and is considerate. The complex had a nice pool with view, a decent gym with sauna. It has an coffee place downstairs and the complex is near the night markets (and a good massage salon). Bonuspoint for the bed, its big and not to hard. Would come back.

This was a two-week stay at Aonz's condo for my wife and me. Aonz is the perfect host -- kind, generous, communicative and fast acting. We also greatly appreciate Aonz's flexibility with check in and check out. The condo was well equipped and supplied. The king-size bed is extremely comfortable and the linens are very nice. The split bathrooms are a great convenience, and the shower has all the hot water you could want. For us the Astra is perfectly located. It is within walking distance to the Old City, the Ping River and all the important markets of Chiang Mai, as well as the two Walking Streets. At the same time it is in a quieter part of the city, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. We highly recommend Aonz's place and look forward to another long stay.

과중한 일로, 몸과 마음이 지쳐서 ‘쉼’을 목적으로 계획했던 여행입니다. 그저 조용한 방이 필요했고, 걸어서 쉽게갈 수 있는 카페와 식당이 많이있는 숙소를 찾았는데, 이곳이 바로 그곳이었어요. 이따금 들려오는 비행기소리만 아니라면, 매우 조용합니다. 예약하기 전에 리뷰를 보고, 귀마개를 준비해서 갔던 여행이지만, 귀마개를 하지않고 지냈어요. 처음에는 신경이 쓰였으나, 시간이 지나며 익숙해져갔어요. 매우 유명한 식당과 카페가 도보로 5분이내의 거리에 있어요. 그리고, 가까운 도로주변에서 판매하는 파인애플과 망고를 매일 사서 집에서 먹는 즐거움이 있었어요.(냉장고가 크고 좋아요) 세탁기와 세제가 준비되어있어, 적은 양의 옷을 가져갔었고 일주일동안 머무는동안에 세탁을 직접하며 정말 집에서 살고있는 것 같았어요. 도움이 필요할 때마다, 호스트의 정말 빠른 응대에 감사했습니다. 일주일동안 편히 잘 쉬었고, 다음에 또 머물고 싶어요.

Bill is a very great host, he was very flexible with us and helped us with everything we needed. The house was completely as described and much more than we expected, amazing place! Everything was in place and clear with us, very recommended!

This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.

我们住在这里22天，真是特别愉快的一次体验，入住当天，Bill热情迎接，让我们有回家的感觉，进去房子，空间非常宽敞舒适，每个角落都精心布置，充满艺术气息，让我不禁猜想房东一定是一个艺术家，而且打扫的干净整洁，厨房用品和各种床品，卫浴用品等都一应俱全，Bill还特别贴心的为我们准备了足够多的矿泉水和各种饮料零食，整个入住期间也是特别舒心，小区内很安静，出行也方便安全，步行半分钟就有游泳池，水质也很好，总之是特别棒的家，非常适合带着全家一起来度假居住！

Oorspronkelijk zouden we 3 nachten verblijven in deze accommodatie. Ons verblijf in Chiang Mai en in de villa beviel zo goed dat we dit hebben verlengd. In de villa is alles aanwezig wat je als groep of gezin nodig hebt. Er zijn drie slaapkamers waarvan twee zeer ruim. Eén daarvan heeft de en suite badkamer wat ultieme luxe biedt. Hygiëne vinden wij belangrijk en dit was goed op orde. We hebben gebruik kunnen maken van de wasmachine en met het goede weer waren de kleren snel droog aan de droogrek. Het zwembad heeft geen ligbedjes, dit is jammer voor als je een middag wilt ontspannen aan het zwembad. De villa en locatie in een woonwijk voelde erg veilig aan. De elektrische poort werkt geweldig en het is het laatste huis in een aflopende straat. De buren hebben honden die zich laten horen als je de poort nadert. Dit is niet erg of storend, het geeft een veilig gevoel. Maar voor kinderen kan het in het begin schrikken zijn. De villa zou ik zeker aanbevelen. Voor gezinnen of groepen.

我们在清迈度过了美好的时光，房子很干净舒适，有个美丽的院子，我们可以运动，鸟语花香，房东非常热心和乐于助人，因为飞机晚点，我们到达清迈已经晚上11点，房东来机场接我们，返程是早班机，清早房东送我们。热心地给我们推荐好玩的地方，并且开车送我们过去。非常感谢她的帮助。 下次来清迈还会入住这里。
