I stayed for 2 months having previously stayed in Nimman. Ro's place ticked all the boxes for me

This place is perfect as a home base for exploring Chiang Mai. Quiet location away from tourist hustle and bustle while still a walkable distance to everything we wanted to do in Old City. There are markets near by for essentials. Drinking water is provided in the common area. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible with our check-in when we got in late (my fault for not reading the instructions). The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever had in an Airbnb. I would absolutely stay here again.

The check-in process was seamless, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed staying at Stone's place. So tastefully decored, we felt relaxed right away. To our surprise we even had 2 times cleaner, wow!! Stone was very responsive every time we contacted him. In the ground floor there is washing machines with dryer, also small shop. So everything you need is in the condominium. The apartment is close to Nimman (about 15 min) and nice University park. If you are staying here, I recommend nearby restaurant "Boat", lovely environment with great music and coffee.

숙소가 조용하고 한적하니 너무 좋았음! 토요일은 숙소 바로 앞에 야시장이 열려 구경하기도 편햇고 즐길거리가 많았음. 무엇보다 친절하게 맞아 주시고 빠른 대응 최고였음! 다만 한가지 집안에 조명불이 좀 어두운게 아쉽긴 했음! 글치만 담번에 또 올 의향 있는 곳은 확실함!! 너무 행복한 추억 만들고 왔어요~ 감사합니다♡

דירה מאוד מומלצת! מארחת נהדרת, מגיבה ברצון ובמהירות, עזרה בכל מה שביקשנו. היה קצת קשה למצוא את הדירה אבל המארחת הגיבה במהירות והסבירה לנהג מונית היכן המיקום המדויק. אל תתנו למראה הישן החיצוני של הבניין להטעות אתכם, מדובר בדירה נקייה, מסודרת, עם הרגשה ביתית ורואים שהמארחת חשבה על הפרטים הקטנים כדי שהשהייה תהיה נעימה. רוצה לציין את תושבי השכונה המקומית לטובה, אנשים חייכנים, קיבלו אותנו יפה על אף שהיינו הזרים היחידים, יש שוק קטן שכונתי עם מנות טעימות מאוד, 7/11 קרוב מאוד. יכול להיות שיהיה יותר נוח להתנייד עם רכב אבל אנחנו הסתדרנו ממש טוב עם מוניות. בהחלט מקום מומלץ.

Ik heb het 2 maanden uitstekend naar mijn zin gehad; volledig uitgeruste keuken, alles aanwezig om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Drinkwater wordt op bestelling bezorgd voor een bizar lage prijs. Wasmachines en droger op de begane grond, maar ik ging naar een laundry shop om de hoek. Achter het gebouw, van de grote weg af, ligt een leuke typisch Thaise wijk waar ik heerlijk door de kronkelige straatjes gewandeld heb

We really enjoyed our stay at Ae and Tony’s. For all future guests: really read the description and look at the photos carefully. This place looks and feels very rustic and one with the surroundings. We wanted a more laid back, relaxed accommodation and that’s exactly what we got. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and the homecooked breakfast was probably the best meal I had everyday in Chiangmai. Rooms were pretty comfortable and spacious as well with the AC but the walls were pretty thin so you can hear almost everything.

very lovely house to stay in. the garden is beautiful. the inside is super clean and has everything we need. the hosts are really friendly, they provided a lot of help to us. the location is very good, close to shopping area and lots of restaurants.

这是一个非常棒的房子，有一个漂亮整洁绿意盎然的院子，周围安静，早上只有鸟儿的鸣叫。房屋内干净整洁，跟图片一模一样，生活用品非常齐全，还有很多有趣的书，可惜没什么时间看。 非常感谢Jesper的热情介绍，他是一个非常棒的房东，友善热情，我们能感觉到他在非常认真的对待这个事情，也尽力想帮助旅行者。每次响应也很及时。 房子周围有咖啡馆和餐厅，步行就可以到达，周围有非常多的景点，我们住了四天感觉安排不过来。 房屋的管家总是安安静静的做完所有的事情，感觉她毫无存在感却又完成了所有工作。 住在这里晚上的时候可以坐在楼顶的露台看星星，早上可以看到连绵的群山。如果下次来我还会住在这里，而且我会向朋友们推荐这里。

Bill is a very great host, he was very flexible with us and helped us with everything we needed. The house was completely as described and much more than we expected, amazing place! Everything was in place and clear with us, very recommended!

This place is just beautiful. It was easy to communicate with Jitrada and she was very friendly and helpful. The place is exactly as on the pictures in a very nice surroundings. We do highly recommend it.

1. 위치 정말 좋습니다. 하지만 가끔 그랩 배달기사들이 위치를 못찾기도 합니다. DN wellness Massage 로 위치 알려주면 찾는데 도움이 됩니다. 2. 방과 거실 모두 사진과 똑같고 더워서 마당에서 시간을 보내지는 못했지만 예쁜 정원이 있습니다. 3. 비행기소리는 밤 12-1시 사이 간혹 들리는데 예민하지 않은 사람들에게는 전혀 문제 되지 않습니다. 4. 수건 더 요청했고 바로 의사소통이 되어서 제공받았습니다. 머무르는 동안 생수 걱정 없을 정도로 많은 양의 생수를 제공해줍니다. 5. Late checkin 요청을 미리 상의 없이 체크아웃 전날 전달했는데 흔쾌히 허락해주시고 매우 합리적인 가격으로 머무를수 있었습니다. 6. 가족 5명이 생활하였고 매우 편안하게 잘 지내서 다음번에도 꼭 다시 오고 싶습니다. ( 2층에서 내려올때 계단 미끄러움 조심하세요. 샤워기가 약간 노후되었지만 쓰는데 큰 어려움은 없었습니다. 예민하신분은 필터 샤워기 준비해가셔도 좋습니다. ) 좋은 공간을 공유해주셔서 호스트님께 매우 감사드립니다. 덕분에 치앙마이에 대한 좋은 인상을 많이 받을수 있었습니다.

a great little place in a really good location. it has a fun bohemian feel, good vibe and so much to do in the area that you can walk to. we had lots of fun just exploring the city on foot from here. little private yard for sun bathing and a spa tub built into the outdoor deck were a nice relaxing spot to cool off in.

Napaphat's apartment is an excellent place to spend a week in Chiangmai. Situated on the town-facing side of the building, it's actually very quiet during the day and you don't get the perpetual traffic noise experienced on the other side. Well-placed for food outlets it's a short walk to the Maya department store and supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well-equipped.

Garn is a friendly and communicative host. The apartment was exactly how it is described on Airbnb. The Internet is fast and worked with no problems and the building is in a good location. Recommended

we loved our stay here! the location was perfect! we could easily get around but also the location was peaceful for sleeping at night ✨🥳 Ming was a very helpful host, very responsive and gave us lots of local recommendations to visit 🥰

머무는 동안 행복했습니다. 집처럼 편안하면서 평소집에서 누릴수 없던 평화로운뷰와 테라스를 갖고있어요. 도보로 원님만과 마야 주변 다 가기편했고 택시도 잘잡힙니다. 무엇보다 집에서 편하게 세탁기돌리는게 좋았어요! 다시또오고싶어요. 호스트는 항상 빠르게 답장을해주어서 소통하는데 문제가 없었습니다. 침대는 퀸으로 안내받았지만 킹인거같아요 정말 컸어요. 편안했습니다.

Neil was an absolutely amazing host! He showed us everything, explained all the details, and was incredibly responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We fell in love with the balcony and the wonderful restaurants in the area. Everything was perfect, and we’re so grateful for Neil’s hospitality. 5 out of 5!

Ich habe 4 Wochen hier verbracht und muss sagen, ich habe mich sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit allem, was wichtig ist ausgestattet. Vom Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt, die ich jeden Abend genossen habe. Korvith ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit und gibt auch gerne gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Ich war rundherum zufrieden!
