Shanti Farm is the sweetest place in the country with close proximity to Erawan Falls (very busy) and Huai Mae Khamin Waterfall (much more secluded). Wanpen and Mr Hey, whom everyone knows, are incredibly gracious hosts who will pick you up from the nearby Erawan market and arrange to get you wherever you want to go. Wanpen is the most amazing cook ever and much of what they serve is grown on their land. There’s also an incredible cave a short walk from the farm. The bungalows are modest though comfortable. The only downside was the host, Kim, who does not live on or nearby to the site, was terrible at communicating. She sent one initial message with good info, though never replied to any of our messages or questions that followed. We were stuck at the Erawan market for a while, however, super kind and supportive Thai people connected with Mr Hey and we eventually arrived.

We had a great relaxing stay. Tarn set up a taxi to Erawan Falls for us, we rode the bus home. I reached out to her when we were leaving and she had an employee meet us at the road with the golf cart. She set up our taxi to Bangkok. Ye the bicycles, paddle boats, kayaks!! So fun awesome to say you’ve kayaked the River Kwai!! I would Highly recommend a rental car for this stay. We stayed two nights. I wanted a relaxing stay and it was, but still could have been with a car. They have two mopeds I believe they rent there too. When you check in use a translator app- when we arrived after a long drive my son had to go to the bathroom. The staff did not understand toilet. The shared bathroom was right inside the resort and to the right.

We enjoyed staying here! The nature is very beautiful. Host and the workers are very helpful. It is nothing to do near the property, but there is enough inside! Also, host helped to orginize the taxi to the waterfalls and city center. Food was OK. Liked the breakfast. It was very peaceful experience.

Very cool place. Cozy house, nice views, good breakfast. The bed was perfect. If u wanna swim in river, get little up by the flow, much better water for swimming. I will come here in next year. Would be really grateful if you make somethong for better fishing in your place :) but i still catched 2 catfishes xD

Wir hatten fantastische vier Tage in diesem luftigen grossen Thaihaus mit riesiger Terrasse mit Sitzkissen, Sessel und Hängematte. Wunderschöner Blick auf den Fluss und in die Natur. Wunderbar ruhig. Der Fluss war herrlich zum schwimmen und abkühlen, es standen auch Sub‘s und Kayaks zur freien Verfügung. Die Essens- Auswahl war eher bescheiden, wir haben daher auch ausserhalb gegessen und eingekauft. Dies hat uns jedoch nicht gestört, wir würden jederzeit wieder für ein paar Tage hierher kommen, Erholung und chillen pur. Danke dem immer sehr freundlichen Personal.
