We had a lovely stay. The pool is stunning and villa was spotless and as described. Staff were friendly and helpful. Keep in mind there is a cash deposit required on arrival that we did not see in the fine print, but we had no problems getting it back at the end of our stay.

This is a beautiful villa with a fantastic pool, deck, and yard. The living spaces were very clean and family-friendly with lots of open spaces. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Host was friendly and helpful. Accommodatiin was top notch, just like the photos. Cleaning staff were thorough. Plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, aircon great. The location was ideal as we rented mopeds and so easy ride into jomtien etc. Walking distance to local beach and plenty if restaurants. We stayed a month and loved every minute. Getting a taxi pick was sometimes challenging but usually turned up. Would highly recommend. Our family and friends loved the villa. Great tv too.

We stayed here the end of Jan/Feb 2025. It is a beautiful location away from the madness of Pattaya. 6-8 minute motorbike taxi ride and you’re at the beach. The rooms are big, quirky and clean, the bed is really comfortable too. Our hosts were helpful, kind and nothing was too much trouble. The air conditioning is powerful with extra celling fans. A really great find. If you after a party place this isn’t for you… they do NOT allow this. Which we were pleased about. If you want your room or bedding changed it is an extra cost, we stayed for 2 weeks and the bedding was changed for 200bart. You also have to pay for electricity at the end of your stay which we haven’t had to do before. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The place is excellent and safe, looks exactly like the photos. The are 2 out of 3 rooms which connected to a big balcony with a great sea view. There are many restaurants along Jomtien Beach, also 7-eleven and night market. The location is about 20-30mins driving distance from Walking Street and Terminal 21, parking space is provided. The host is nice and responsive, easy check in and check out procedures.

บ้านพักโอเค คุ้มค่ากับราคา แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นเท่าไหร่ อาจจะเพราะช่วงนี้อากาศร้อนมาก แต่ในห้องมีพัดลมทุกห้องเลยช่วยได้ การเดินทางไปอาจจะลำบากถ้าไม่มีรถเพราะบ้านพักอยู่ในซอยลึก แต่ถ้ามีรถจะสะดวกหน่อย สามารถจอดรถได้หลายคันหน้าบ้าน

It is a bit far from the entertainment area. So it is quiet and okay. If you only want entertainment, you will have to pay for taxi fare. There is a really delicious American hamburger restaurant right in front of the accommodation, so I recommend you to try it when you come to this accommodation. Overall, the accommodation is satisfactory and a comfortable place to stay.

Wir hatten eine gute Heimat in Yais Haus, alles war in Ordnung und Sauber. Es war alles da was man braucht. Alles hat gut funktioniert und wir haben uns sehe wohl gefühlt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war super und ich danke Yai für alles.

A really nice flat on a quiet street. The apartment was comfy and spacious, with great AC. The staff were great and friendly as well, and everything was nice and clean. A great value! Thank you for a wonderful stay. :)

The host was extremely responsive and assisted when my driver was lost.

War sehr schön und sicher wieder einen Besuch wert.

房东热情好客，帮我预定到尖竹汶的车，我们走的时候他开车把我们送到目的地。 房子装修不错，可以煮饭。附近有菜市场。楼下有干净的泳池可以游泳。 我们的行程临时有变，跟房东沟通，他马上退了一晚的房费，感谢房东。 我会介绍朋友来住。我下次来旅游也会住他家。

Amazing host, great hospitality, responsive and easy going! The place is amazing for big groups, a nice and spacious pool with lots of area to chill with friends + cozy bedrooms.

Excellent séjour de réveillon en famille dans le logement de Danai, nous cherchions de la place et de la tranquillité malgré la proximité de pattaya. Le lieu du séjour a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes.

you get what you pay for. great host Ling. very very helpful in communicating things. we asked for could of cups and they went way beyond to get them to us. they are as awesome host. thanks for having us.
