This is the second time me and my family stay at Edi’s place. The unit still feels so homie and near from anywhere at Batam Edi and the staff always ready and fast respond when i need a help Hope can be back again soon ❤️

The unit itself is amazing, worth every penny you spend compared to other building in the area. Plus you get a friendly and reponsive host to help you out. I really enjoy my stay here.

We had a great stay. The view from master room was amazing both day and night.

It was a great stay! Joshua was a responsive and friendly host, sharing info about the place and check-in ahead of time. The location was very convenient, being super near CIQ (~10 min walk using sheltered walkway). The house itself was clean and spacious, with a fully-equipped kitchen and enough bedrooms so that 5 people had a bed each. Appreciated the facilities (gym and swimming pool) too! The view is really nice because it's on a high floor - the balcony directly looks out onto the Causeway, nearby areas of JB and the ocean / sky :) Great views both during the day and night! The only downside is that because of the convenient location, the sound of traffic from the Causeway does reach the living room and one of the bedrooms on the side closer to the Causeway. However, it's quieter in the night when you're sleeping (pretty much no sound between midnight and 7am). Overall, great place, great value and super recommend! Thank you Joshua!

Nice space and the check in was seamless. The host was quick to answer all my queries. The only inconvenience is I am not near that near any shopping mall within walking distance and I have to go down to pick up my delivery. Otherwise, everything is great!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and had a welcoming vibe. It’s perfect for a group of up to 5 people, with plenty of space to relax and feel at home. The host provided thoughtful touches like fresh towels and a well-stocked kitchen. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and peaceful retreat.I'll definitely stay here again!

It’s clean and the deco are nicer than most. More importantly the toilet is very clean no signs of mould. Do note this is tower B and not tower A

Loved the place. it was nice and had great interior design. liked it as it by the water. service was great. Will definitely recommend this place again. for distance to Legoland, was a mere 10 mins.

It was amazing experience staying this unit, furnishment was perfect and so comfortable, made me feel like at home during several months stay. Highly encourage new comer to stay here, i bet no regret.
