Host was chill and provided all the necessary information. Apartment was clean and easy to access. Location was good and overall had a good stay. Would recommend and come again.

To be short and sweet, I had a pleasant stay and the host is very responsive. The best thing about this place is the killer view of the ocean! I would return to stay here again in the future just for the view.

Place was clean and as described in the listing. Linen is fresh and comfortable and toilet is pretty clean as well. Just that the hot water tank is a little small so, may not be enough for two people to shower if you would like to enjoy a good hot bath. Very accessible by grab to many places (usually takes 5-20 mins to the popular areas). Experienced a little hiccups here and there with the wifi but Felix was very responsive and genuine in resolving the situation. Felix and Sylvia has been a fantastic host since check in. First time in Batam and grateful to have such wonderful hosts, will be back!

Great atmosphere and place. Cosy as well. A little bit inconvenient if walking is main mode of transport, but with the wonderful amenities and security provided, it was definitely worth it.

Very convenient place for family trip with the facilities n surrounding options provided. Free bus to KSL n CIQ at certain timings. Clear instructions to CI and CO. However, still need some improvements and check of hygiene and stains on sofa, table n … b4 guest CI. Unexpected some feathers flied in everyday from side window n unable to clock off. TV slow connection.

Host was really responsive, apartment was clean and as beautiful as shown in the pictures. Only thing was that the security guards seem new and some weren’t able to communicate in english/malay/mandarin so check in took awhile. Other than that, was very satisfied with the stay! Thanks Bernice!

It’s a beautiful condo with sea view. The host is very nice and proactive, made our stay feel like home. We chose the condo also because it has safety measures for kids - I would highly recommend it to family with small kids!

3 sisters used this condo. Each of us could have a bedroom. We were not busy because there were 2 washrooms Location was good too. Super market and nice restaurants were at the same building. Our stay was cozy since the guards kept us from entrance of any stranger. It was a good choice. We were all satisfied staying there.

Clean place with nice views of the beach. Very convenient check in & out procees. host was very helpful to attend to our needs and went the extra mile to bring us the new hairdryer when we informed that it had issues. he also recommended us places to get fireworks and food when we asked.

1) the first reason i chose this place and willing to pay on high side is because the beach view is amazing and the building is accessible to it. You cant swim at the beach but you can walk along the beach and play with the sand. Some days i saw plenty of rubbish at the beach. Sometimes not too much 2) the coway water filter makes my long vacay more convenient for a family with small children. 3) the location is superb. There are plenty of convenient stores. No need grabfood as Few food place especially at night. 4) bring own towel if you are not into microfibres towels. 5) the parking space is big suitable for big SUV to navigate. But need to pay rm20 per night if you chose to park at Guest parking other than your designated parking. 6) my children enjoyed the tv. We can watch decent channels 7) suitable for big family as they provide extra mattress but you might need bring blanket if you are using more than 4 beds

We had a great time in Muhammad’s place. Everything was as described and the communication was easy. We‘d go again any time!

A very well appointed apartment, excellent location with great views. Malia was an excellent host and responded quickly to any communication. The stay was for 33 days and I felt right at home. Thank you Malia!

I love the place, is very easy to check in and very nearby. Preferably would need a car to travel around for convenience. It is smaller than expected but is all good. Great for couples

Responsive owner. The building looks new and the unit was clean. Near to nagoya hill mall and grand batam mall is just a short taxi/grab car ride away. There is netflix in the apartment too.

The stay was great. Just take note that there are quite a lot of ants in living room.

Host is responsive and making sure all working good for me. The securities are in communication with host and make place safe n easy to communkcate with managemwnt. The eateries recommended by host were good. Garden cafe is a must go...walking distance. The other restaurants are within walking distance. gym and pool are clean. gd place to rest and relax.
