全体的にやりとりに問題なく、手続きが簡潔でした。部屋も広く小さなバルコニーのようなスペースがあったのもとてもよかったです。立地は、都市の中心部から少し離れていますが、自分にはむしろそれがよく、地元の人たちの暮らしの中で一緒に生活している感じがあり、とてもよかったです。事前に立地が中心部から離れていることを教えてくれたこともよかったです。

The apartment itself is a really nice relaxed space that is clean and within a location that is convenient with close transport links, the host Frank is incredibly kind and gracious he really went above and beyond as a host, I’m really impressed with the hospitality that was shown to me and if I could give more stars I would.

I would recommend anyone stay here who wants to be in one of the best locations in Bangkok. It’s perfect for what it is.

I stayed at Birdy’s place for almost 7 months and I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The room is cozy and comfortable and the complex building has everything you need. It’s located near an MRT station, perfect to reach the city center. Birdy and Paul are really kind and responsive, anytime I needed help for something they answered me quickly. Great place go stay! Host are very responsive and helpful. Place are walkable near convenience store and BTS (1km). Sadly the luggage lift is broken when we check out hope it can be solve quickly~

Such a nice house to stay especially, for a family or a group of ten people . The neighborhood is pretty safe as there will always be a security check before someone comes into the area(community house). We can walk or ride a bicycle to 7/11 nearby , which is quite easy to find food. The host is very responsive and helpful in helping to find the taxi for us. I would definitely recommend this house if you have a big family or a group of friends joining you to Thailand.

really nicely decorated comfortable apartment. nite was a great host, great communication and kind. only negatives are that the water from the sink in the living space goes into the shower, which wasn't great for us as we were cooking vegetables for our baby. but if you're not planning on cooking much its no problem. thanks for a great stay

Nice, clean, calm place as mentioned before, cleared instructions and very helpful. Room was fully equipment and well settled. And we really enjoyed the place.

房间很好 干净 下楼就有711便利店 咖啡店 酒吧 餐厅 泳池 健身房 最好的就是下楼就有高尔夫车可以在小区坐车到地铁站 高尔夫车还是免费的 给我们带来了极大的方便 附近有个本地人的市场 一天都有 一直到晚上 非常二闹 里边海鲜 水果 吃的都有 主要价格非常便宜

Renantes place is a little gem, 5 minute walk to the nearest metro to get to town, and its about 25 mins to the airport/train station. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the bedrooms are lovely the spare room has an ensuite, a couch a work space with a good work chair and a decent mattress on the floor ready to go so you can use it as a spare room or office. Renante was very helpful and easy to communicate great value for money. I'd definitely consider their place again if I have business that side of the city.

Fantastic apartment in a great area: Igor’s place had everything we needed for our 5 week stay, including a good little kitchen, washing machine and balcony, a huge TV with Netflix and great surround sound and even a PS5! The gym and pool were both great, the 7-11 downstairs was well stocked and all the locals were so friendly :) This is a great neighborhood with every amenity you’d need, across the road from a lively little all day/night food market and amazing cafes and restaurants everywhere. A Big C hypermarket is 10 mins walk away and the nearest skytrain station at Saphan Kwai only 14 mins walk. And Chatuchak weekend market is only 20 mins walk! Finally, Igor was a wonderful host - so friendly, helpful and responsive :) In short: highly recommend! In short
