The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

We really enjoyed our stay here and could have easily stayed longer if we didn’t have other commitments. The hosts were very friendly and helpful when needed. The Canal Home is perfect if you are looking for a more local experience on the canals of Bangkok. It is suitably spacious, comfortable and has a beautiful deck over the water. The house is situated directly across the canal from a dazzling Buddhist temple. There is a small long-tail boat you can use to explore the canals. Proper good fun! The house is north of downtown in the Nonthaburi area. It’s easy enough to get a Grab taxi to the Chao Phraya River and the ferry to down town. Highly recommended!

Puwanart's space for my family was a home away from home. Since the time we entered the Areeya estate it felt like a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by residential properties within a gated and guarded community. The neighbourhood is quite, private ,safe and highly suitable for a family. The house is well equipped with all the required amenities and was spotless when we checked in. Bangkok city center is easily accessible by taxi and the best way to get to center is through grab taxis. Also there is a nice market with lot of food and shopping options right at entrance of the estate. I would highly recommend Puwanart's space to anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely choose this space in our next visit.

Все хорошо, квартира соответствует описанию. Квартира небольшая, но есть всё необходимое. Бассейн и тренажерный зал доступны, за пользование сауной нужно доплачивать 50 бат за посещение. Далековато от центра города, но можно добираться на такси или метро. Было бы удобно, если бы владелец квартиры добавил возможность самостоятельного заселения.

The Flat is very near to BTS (Metro) 5 minutes walk. Many local food vendors are near by where we can taste the local food. The home is same as the pics, very clean and well maintained.

Very clean, and well maintained room. Location is very convenient - restaurants, eateries, and MRT station nearby. Was fairly easy to commute around Bangkok from the place. Host also provides drinking water and self serve laundry at the premises, so adds to the experience. Have no problem recommending and would definitely stay again if given the chance.

its a very quiet and peaceful area with several local restaurants. Accessible go public transpo just a few mins walk and its also near to a mall. i recommend this to someone to wants to cook too. i highly recommend pete and his listings here, he's such a responsive and helpful host 😊 i enjoyed staying in bangkok🙏

The best location for me since I don’t like squeezing through crowds of tourists in the city center. It has everything you need for long-term living: a hypermarket, supermarkets, local markets and restaurants, laundromats, easy access to the metro, and taxis. The apartment is clean, cozy, and has an incredibly soft bed! I just wish there was some local lighting, like a bedside lamp, but that’s just a personal preference. One note: if you’re prone to anxiety or depression, be mindful when choosing a place without windows and natural light for a long stay. Thank you, A and Yanin for your hospitality! And please, be kind to our little gecko friends— the pink one is Marangoni, the yellow one is Valentino. We’ll miss them a lot! 😂

Loved my stay at Run’s place. A very clean and comfortable condo room. Beautiful roof top view on the top floor and nice gym. MRT is right next to the condo which is amazing. 3 minute walk. It’s a bit further out of the city, will take you around 45 mins - 60 mins via few trips. But a perfect stay. Run was very helpful and always swift to communicate. Recommend.

Stayed here for 7 weeks. Nice place. Place is small and simple (condo room) but has everything you need for a nice stay. Condo facility is quite new so it’s a really nice place. Nice pool, gym and Co-working space to grab your laptop and do some work. Surrounding area is still developing so you definitely get a very local Thai feel. Very busy main road just outside which can feel daunting to cross, but you get used to it. Security guards are always around to salute as you leave. Mall right across the road with everything you need too! Solid stay.

The condo room was appointed wonderfully. Kwang made sure the refrigerator was stocked with enough complimentary water to last my entire stay. I must also commend her on having an ample supply of soaps, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. Bed was comfortable and the a/c was top notch. The location is <5 minute walk to a MRT station if you need to venture into Bangkok proper. About a 10 minute walk to 7-11, but the condo has a couple of vending machines on the ground floor in case you are craving a snack or a drink. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again. Nice tiny apartment. A decent bed, a good shower and fast internet, so the basics are solid. Amenities are all there and working, including Netflix, kitchen utensils. Due to its size there is no couch or washing machine. Condo has excellent location with 24x7 security, a 7-11 on premise, coffee places next door, public transport around the corner and great access to services like Gojek. Malls are a few minutes drive away. The pool was under maintenance at the time I was there (but this was clearly communicated), but the gym is ok, and rooftop garden is a very nice place which includes even a decent length running track. Benny is very responsive and communicates excellent, and goes all out with help and advice.

Benny is such a wonderful and helpful host! I really enjoyed staying here. The house looked bigger than the pictures and it is well equipped. The pool is very well maintained and high quality. There are shops nearby in walking distance. I highly recommend Benny's place!

Kerry is a great host who always responds to our messages. His place is very suitable for a family and we felt right at home. The neighborhood is great— very safe and peaceful. We definitely had a lovely stay!

Benny was outstanding and very helpful. The pool which I used twice during my 5 days was great. Great views especially at night. I used the kitchen everything fine there. Air Con strong. Room nicely decorated but room to do some work on laptop and convivence stores and 7-11 across the street. Overall, very nice stay in a Thai part of Bangkok next to River. Purple line to go to downtown like ICONSIAM shopping center and see some fantastic shops and sites downtown. Or just refer to the board on the wall in your room that Benny has showing top Bangkok events and how to go. I have a very nice stay and would stay here again. Great service, clean safe place larger than I thought and great views good amenities.

Peter and his wife were amazing hosts, making their Airbnb feel like a home away from home. Even before our trip, Peter checked in to understand our needs and remained super responsive throughout our stay. The panoramic sunrise views were breathtaking! Midway through our stay, Peter even asked if we needed anything topped up, which was so thoughtful. The condo is secure, family-friendly, and perfect for concertgoers (near Impact Arena), medical visits (many good hospitals around), or those wanting to stay close to Don Mueang Airport. Shopping and dining options like Lotus’s, Charn The Avenue, and Big C are just 10 minutes away. Peter and his wife are passionate, genuine and kind, and go the extra mile for their guests.
