I’ve and urgent work nearby here First, i’m a little bit afraid of some bad reviews here, but this price and place is easy for me to go to work (at central westgate, from here it’s around 10 min to westgate awesome !!!) so i’ll try ! This place is so marvelous, It looks like it has been renovated. The house is very nice, clean and freshly painted. The surroundings look great. At night the house is bright due to newly installed solar cell lights. The room is very clean. The air conditioner and water heater work well. , i found no pests here anymore, Staff is very friendly and helpful I’ll come again !!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very responsive host. I appreciated the communication as it’s our first time in Thailand. We are staying at two of the hosts places, which are close by eachother.

Puwanart's space for my family was a home away from home. Since the time we entered the Areeya estate it felt like a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by residential properties within a gated and guarded community. The neighbourhood is quite, private ,safe and highly suitable for a family. The house is well equipped with all the required amenities and was spotless when we checked in. Bangkok city center is easily accessible by taxi and the best way to get to center is through grab taxis. Also there is a nice market with lot of food and shopping options right at entrance of the estate. I would highly recommend Puwanart's space to anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely choose this space in our next visit.

The accommodation has a peaceful, private environment and atmosphere with amenities. The owner of the house is helpful and has a good response. I like this accommodation and if there is a chance I will definitely come back and stay again.

The place is very comfortable and feels like home. will surely book next time we get back to Thailand! easy access to the city and lots of food stalls nearby.

Ed and Joyce were very responsive and flexible. When the hot water in one of Tha bathrooms did not work, Joyce turned up promptly and attempted to fix. They also had a nice basket of fresh fruits for us, which we enjoyed.

My family recently stayed at Sommart’s apartment and had a fantastic experience. The place was immaculately clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The apartment is also spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the best features is its proximity to shopping malls. It was incredibly convenient to have several malls within walking distance, making it easy to shop, dine, and enjoy the local area. Overall, I highly recommend Sommart’s apartment for anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and conveniently located place to stay.

숙소 건물이 오래 전에 지어져 낡아보일 수 있으나 청결상태도 매우 좋았고 샤워기 수압, 물온도 모두 완벽했습니다. 방마다 있는 에어컨도 모두 원활하게 작동하여 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 숙소 자체가 매우 넓어 크기에 대한 스트레스가 전혀 없어 인원이 많은 경우 추천합니다.

Another great stay in a clean apartment with a very convenient location. Most of all, Thip was a fantastic host — super flexible and understanding. I’ll gladly stay at Thip’s place should I return to Bangkok in the future.

It’s a very good place to stay in Bangkok. It is clean, comfortable, calm. There is everything that one could need in a travel. Plus hosts are very nice and always ready to help and answer to all questions. One thing, that I need to mention- location. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, there’s everything want you need in an area around, but it could be quite difficult to hang out always in a city center, besides someone who rent a car or don’t mind to take a taxi. But I will stay here again, because this home was what I’m always looking for, when I’m traveling.

I stayed here for a week together with my family and we felt like we're home. Zuxiong was responsive and always ready to assist. He even assisted us in booking a van rental for our DIY trips and suggested places/activities to go/do. This was a quiet neighborhood which was very nice. The market and bus stations are walking distance. There were local shops and restaurants accessible near the area too!

The hosts, Kunjira and Tawee, demonstrated exemplary responsiveness and thoughtful consideration throughout our stay. The experience was truly exceptional, with attention to detail that enhanced our overall visit.

The house is spacious for everyone to relax comfortably. The living room is both cozy and inviting, with a warm atmosphere that feels just like home. Its location near Big C is convenient. I’d highly recommend this place.

The house is good, comfortable, and located in a quiet area. The host is friendly, quick response. 7/11, big C Extra Ladprao or massage salons are in just few minutes walk or Chatuchak night market 15 mins taxi. Highly recommend for big group of 10 - 12 people!!!

I booked this stay last minute, and the host was incredibly prompt and accommodating. She ensured the room was clean, the air conditioning was on so we walked into a cozy room, and even offered us a late checkout. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful, fenced garden full of trees, providing plenty of shade. My dog loved running around, we had a very peaceful morning sipping my tea in the garden while my dog walked around, . There’s also plenty of coffee, tea, utensils, and everything you’d need to make a quick fix.

perfect for a weekly stay to explore Bangkok. quiet location, spacious nice apartment. kitchen well equipped. the bed has a very firm hard mattress, which is great for the back, but if you used to soft beds it might be uncomfortable. for us it was great! host is very responsible, responsive and helpful.
