Nocleg nie wiele odbiega standardem od hotelu. Bardzo blisko do stacji BTS Pak nam. 2 minuty spacerkiem. Podróż do centrum zajmowała około 30 minut. Dwa baseny wewnętrzny i zewnętrzny. Zewnętrzny całkiem spory dużo z niego korzystaliśmy. Na każdą naszą prośbę gospodarz reagował błyskawicznie. Transfer z lotniska - nie ma problemu. Transfer na lotnisko bardzo wcześnie rano - nie ma problemu (za opłatą oczywiście. Polecam wszystkim którzy szukają dobrego noclegu w niewysokiej cenie. Pozdrawiam

Die Unterkunft ist unglaublich schön gelegen und durch Ga fühlt man sich gleich wie zuhause. Große Terrasse, schönes Zimmer und tolles Ambiente. Ein schöner Ort um den Stress von Bangkok innerhalb der erste Sekunde abfallen zu lassen. Mit dem Kanu kann man wunderbare Ausflüge unternehmen oder auch auf der gemeinsamen Terrasse entspannen

The building is quiet, elegant and I would say, one of the best on Soi 24 from an architectural standpoint. I stayed in the host's flat - 5 weeks in all, in January and March. For those desiring a location right in the thick of things in Sukhumvit, this is the place to be. It is more on the upscale side of the area, albeit busy and lively. It is within 10 minutes walking distance from the BTS Skytrain station, Phrom Phong, which gives access to the rest of Bangkok and MRT stations for very reasonable prices. If you are more daring, you can grab a nearby motorcycle taxi stand. Elegant shopping malls abound as well and many within walking distance too. The host is very responsive to messages and to address any problems. For instance, I somehow lost my key one day. The host contacted the bldg staff and within 10 minutes, I was back in the flat. A new key was delivered the following morning by his caretaker. All in all, a five star review is well deserved.

The property is spotlessly clean and cozy. It provides a lot of facilities inside like microwave, stove, washing machine, fridge, TV, and etc. The host is really helpful with the instructions and fast respond to any inquiries. We are also given a complimentary breakfast at the nearest hostel because there is construction going on around the property (which not disturbing at all), that’s a really nice gesture from the host. Overall, it’s been a really nice time staying in the property.

Yimmy has been a very pleasant and helpful host. She has been responsive and providing updates, especially since we were arriving after the earthquake. The apartment is also cosy, comfortable, and clean. The common area isn't big, but it is good enough for us to have our dinner and hang out nightly. The walls between the rooms are also solid walls and not false walls. And she provided toiletries, towel, hairdryer for use during the stay. There were also complimentary noodles and water for our stay. It was a very pleasant and satisfying experience for all of us.

I *highly* recommend this AirBnb, especially if you have kids and are on a budget! It was spotlessly clean, lots of communal spaces to hang out during the day. We were stuck in Bangkok due to visa issues for Vietnam and ended up staying here for more than a week. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive and kind. I had issues with the wifi and he went out of his way to make sure I was able to get on my work calls. It's a bit of a hike to get to markets and public transit, but transportation options were clearly posted. I was initially a bit worried at how close it was to the freeway, but it ended up not being an issue at all. Overall the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the space felt like a home away from home. Everything was super clean and beautiful and very nice!!!

Nous avons adoré passé quelques jours à Bangkok dans le logement de Mong, un peu éloigné de la cohue de Bangkok. L'emplacement est idéal car donne accès à pied à l'embarcadère des bateaux qui desservent de nombreux lieux d'intérêt, ainsi que la proximité avec les commodités. Seul point négatif, la chambre était peut être pad daptée pour 4 personnes car l'ajout de matelas au sol l'a rendu un peu exiguë. A par cela elle est très bien équipée, propre et joliment décorée. merci à Mong et son fils pour leur accueil.
