Wir hatten ein paar tolle und erholsame Tage mit der ganzen Familie direkt am Ijsselmeer.

It is a really beautiful place, privat and loving furnishings with flowers, candles and open fireplace. The kitchen is more than complete, we missed nothing. Just the very soft bed we didn´t like it. You should know that the accommodation is located on road which can be very noisy but it didn`t disturb us. Heaving breakfast in the nature garden observed roebucks was amazing. Valerie and her husband are communicative but also respect privat space. So we can highly recommended Valeries place and are glad to have met her.

Alles war prima. Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen und die Lage ist super. Für zwei ist es Personen prima. Das Zentrum und der Strand zu Fuß gut erreichbar und das Auto kann vor der Tür parken. Mick und Brigitte sind gute Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und reagieren schnell auf Fragen und Nachrichten. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Had a beautiful stay in this amazing accommodation, the information posted throughout the home made settling in so easy. From the details of decorating to the provided kitchen and bathroom to the helpful hosts. Every detail was taken care of plus its downwind of a chocolate factory. :)

Great location with even better hosts, I feel like we could have just went here without the slightest idea of what to do and still would have had a great time after your recommendations. The connection to Amsterdam is amazing from here and the train stop is very close. Thank you for the great introduction to the place, the little but very well thought out welcoming gift and the guidance on what there is to explore, I think I'm speaking for my partner and me when I say that we'd love to come again! We really liked staying at Jesse’s place. The bikes were great to get around and we liked the peaceful and quiet area. It was still not too far away from the city centre and the beach. Jesse even helped us book a padel court. We‘d love to come back!

The location offers a true taste of the beautiful Dutch landscape while still being conveniently close to Utrecht. The guesthouse is charming and cozy, with two fireplaces—one indoors and one on the patio—which made our stay extra special. The views from the patio are breathtaking, and the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed. Our host was incredibly responsive, attentive to details, and made sure we had a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Wij hebben 2 nachten fijn geslapen in de AirB&B van Frans en Kristel. Prima bedden, genoeg ruimte om te zitten, fijne badkamer. En als het weer het straks weer toelaat is er ook nog buiten zitruimte! De woning ligt aan een zijarm van de Rotte, naast de snelweg, maar er is goed geïsoleerd, je hoort de snelweg beperkt en deze is in huis niet storend aanwezig. We hebben 2 x (op loopafstand) lekker gegeten bij Eetcafe het Keerpunt aan de Bergweg. Vanaf de woning reden wij met onze fietsen direct de stad in, binnen 10-15 minuten ben je dan in het centrum bij R'dam centraal. Vanuit daar fiets je zo naar het museumpark met het bijzondere Depot en daarna zuidwaarts naar restaurant Twenty7 voor een lekkere lunch met uitzicht op de Erasmusbrug. Vandaar zijn we over de brug naar de Kop van R'dam gefietst, via de Hoerenloper naar Katendrecht en via de Willemsbrug weer terug naar het centrum. This accommodation is beautiful. It is small but super cozy, we feel at home from the first moment. It has everything necessary and more, we were very comfortable. It's a hidden gem and we are very happy to have chosen this place for our holidays. Nel and Nico were super kind, pending that we were well and helping us with everything. The area is residential and very quiet, the beach is 5 minutes walking and is beautiful. We would repeat without a doubt, totally recommended if you want to visit the Netherlands at your rhythm.

De ruimte was heel praktisch en gezellig ingericht, alles was perfect. De ruimte was modern ingericht en heeft ook nog klein terras waar je heerlijk kan zitten. Christiaan was altijd goed te bereiken en geeft ook handige tips, we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

The location was fantastic as well; nestled in a quiet area, it provided the perfect balance of tranquility while still being close to local attractions, cafes, and the famous cheese market. Every detail, from the fresh linens to the little welcome treats, added to the experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a lovelier space. For anyone looking for a cozy, clean and romantic place to stay in Alkmaar, this Airbnb is a fantastic choice. We absolutely recommend it!

Wir waren für 2 Nächte bei Mjc. Er war super freundlich. Parken konnten wir auf seinem Grundstück. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. In 10 - 15 Minuten ist man am Strand oder am Bahnhof, von wo aus man mit dem Zug problemlos nach Haarlem oder Amsterdam fahren kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns bei Anna und Norbert rundum wohlgefühlt. Das kleine Kutscherhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders schön ist der kleine Gartenanteil, der an sonnigen Tagen zum Verweilen einlädt. Dort lassen sich dank mehrerer Vogel-Futterstellen eine erstaunliche Vielfalt an Vögeln beobachten – ein echtes Highlight für Naturliebhaber. Die Lage ist ruhig und etwas außerhalb von der Altstadt, aber mit den vor Ort mietbaren Fahrrädern ist man in etwa zehn Minuten am Zentralbahnhof. Von Kutscherhaus aus lassen sich Leiden und viele weitere Ziele in den Niederlanden unkompliziert erkunden. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Anna und Norbert für die freundliche Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser charmanten Wohnung in Limmen! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sauber, sondern auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Alles war genau wie beschrieben und die ruhige Lage hat zu einem sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, was uns das Kochen sehr erleichtert hat. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir können diese Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

The owner explained us clearly how to get there. As we arrived earlier he let us take the bikes and let our things inside. The apartment is soo cuteee...He also sent us some info about good places to eat. When we left the last day, we forgot some cheese on the fridge and he kindly sent it!! I wouldn't mind to stay at this apartment again if I come back!!!

Eine gemütliche, heimelige Unterkunft. Zentral gelegen und trotz der Nähe einer Schnellstrasse sehr ruhig. Tolle Gastgeber. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall nochmals hinfahren. Vielen Dank den Gastgebern Paulien und Pim.

Our stay in Joke's apartment was just perfect. She went above and beyond to give us personal recommendations for local markets happening during our stay, and answered all our other questions promptly over text. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, the bathtub was wonderful for soothing sore feet after long days of walking around the canals, and the kitchen and fridge made it easy to prep leftovers from the many great restaurants nearby. It was very easy to get from the apartment to all other areas of the city for museums and sightseeing. It wasn't too long to walk most places, and when we wanted to give our feet a break, the metro and trams were very close. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Amsterdam!

Alles super, Check in war sehr schnell und flexibel. Gastgeber waren super nett. Zwei kleine Mankos: die Treppe, die zu den Schlafzimmern führt, ist sehr steil und hat kein Geländer. Wenn man also nicht gut zu Fuß ist, ist der Aufstieg und vor allem der Abstieg im Dunkeln zum Bad sehr schwierig. Die Automatik der Heizung hat auch nicht richtig funktioniert, man musste aus- und anschalten anstatt sich auf die eingestellte Temperatur verlassen zu können. Alles in allem aber nur zwei kleine negative Punkte für einen ansonsten tollen Aufenthalt

Das Gästehaus von Timo & Lucy befindet sich im Hinterhof ihres kleinen Reihenhauses. Man muss sich das wie ein Bungalow mit zwei Etagen vorstellen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Waschbecken. Das war perfekt. So gab es morgens kein langes Warten vor dem Badezimmer. Eine kleine Dusche mit der Toilette befindet sich neben der Küche. Die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern ist steil und schmal. Aber das ist wirklich absolut kein Problem. Bei unserer Anreise standen zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein und ein kleiner frischer Blumenstrauß auf dem Tisch. Alles war liebevoll vorbereitet und so fühlten wir uns sofort wohl und willkommen. Den empfohlenen kostenlosen Parkplatz haben wir auch sofort gefunden. Es sind von da wirklich nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Unterkunft sowie auch bis zum Strand. Ein Fahrradverleih und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind perfekt zu erreichen. Timo & Lucy vielen Dank!

Heel fijn kort verblijf gehad in de Tiny House. Klein maar je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt en het is gezellig. Op loopafstand van het historische centrum. Zeer vriendelijke hosts die zeer behulpzaam zijn en een gezelig gesprek gehad. Kortom een echte aanrader, kom zeker terug als ik weer in de buurt ben!
