Although a lovely place to stay the residence had quite strict rules. I was sent a contract to sign which I’d never previously had to do. I was travelling up to meet my friend who just come out of hospital so I booked a two bedroom house. In the contract unless I had pre approval ( the guests name) as to who was staying they could cancel the booking. I think that is an over reach. Also, it’s pet friendly but I needed pre approval for my dog as well. PLUS although it was stipulated that there should be no pet hair etc or any sign of a dog staying , which is fine ( I vacuumed thoroughly and pick up after him) you are charged a $50 pet fee and I’m baffled why. As per my usual stay at air bnbs everything was washed and put away, wiped everything down etc etc. It just gave off an onerous vibe before I arrived , which was the antithesis of my trip which is a shame.

From the moment we arrived at Kathy’s place, we felt completely relaxed. The boudoir is beautifully designed, cozy yet spacious and exceptionally well-appointed. The space is thoughtfully utilised, featuring a huge modern bathroom that really feels like a luxury retreat. Kathy has gone above and beyond with thoughtful touches, from essentials and extra goodies in the kitchen to inflatables and towels for the pool, plus a well stocked selection of toiletries in the bathroom. The pool area is fantastic. It’s private and serene and we had no trouble finding our way when arriving at nighttime. The location is our new favourite on the coast. We loved strolling to Moffat and Dicky beach where an array of tasty cafes and restaurants await, but honestly, we were just as happy unwinding at the accommodation. It was the perfect getaway for 2 and we can’t thank Kathy and Alain enough for their hospitality. A truly wonderful stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic location! So close to everything we needed and the short walk to the beach was perfect. Katie’s place was described perfectly and photos didn’t do it justice. The most well equipped kitchen we have ever had at an Airbnb. Highly recommend the local surf club for meals it has fantastic views of the beach and great service.

What a beautiful space, all the amenities you could think of and more. Fully self contained including little touches like washing powder and a usb power point. Gorgeous, modern fit out and brilliant that it's doggo friendly. My dog loved going down the beach path at the end of the road to the 24hr dog friendly beach. Fantastic stay...thank you Derryn for a wonderful week. We'll be back!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Espectacular! Uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado. La casa es divina! Muy bien decorada, súper equipada con todos los electrodomésticos imaginables, vajilla linda, buenas camas, a metros de Sunrise Beach . Tiene parada de colectivo a metros de la casa. Todo funcionó perfecto. Pasamos unos días increíbles en Noosa. Gracias!!❤️

A fabulous place for 5 work colleagues to stay while attending a conference at the local hospital. Plenty of room for all of us to stay very comfortably with beautiful spacious shared spaces in and outside. The location is close to the beach allowing for lovely walks along the beach. We all agreed that would love to return to these gorgeous house with our individual families. Anne and David were fantastic hosts!!!!

We had a wonderful time at Marie's place on the beach. The place was spotlessly clean with just the right amount of kitchen supplies to cook meals. There were a few items that required fixing but they were attended to by the hosts immediately. Can't recommend this home more for a relaxing beach holiday. Thank you for your warm hospitality

A perfect family getaway by the beach. The dining table looked out at the stunning ocean view with ocean breezes. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms ensured everyone was able to relax and enjoy the summer retreat. The pool, while small, is great for family fun in between ocean surfs just a brief walk away. Table tennis is fun. Host was kind, thoughtful and proactive. Linens and towels high quality. Great family space with separate TV and couch to the main living room. Great for dog lovers. Definitely felt like a luxury beachside escape.

What a fabulous stay. Each one of us commented daily on how grateful we were to find such a gem of an airbnb for our special family get together. The little cousins loved it as did the parents and grandparents! Suitable for all ages and holiday styles. We wondered to the beach regularly, drive to nearby attractions and spent a lot of time enjoying the house itself. We even had a private chef come dine us one night who commented on what a fabulous Airbnb it was - he’s been o a few. Thanks for your frequent and flexible communication Cathy. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved our 5 night stay! The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything a couple needs for a great stay. Hank and Hailz were super communicative not that we ever felt a need to reach out. Secure car parking, great location, excellent facilities within the complex. Friendly tenants and care staff. Bocca restaurant next door is excellent and the Market wine store world class. all in all 10/10

This is by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many worldwide. The house was immaculately spotless. There was everything and more that you could ever need for a relaxing home from home holiday. Being able to use the pool facilities at the neighbouring hotel was a bonus especially with young children. The beach went on for miles and was very clean and there is plenty to do along the Sunshine Coast. Our hosts Trish and Kylie kept good communication and were very prompt in responding to queries. We can really recommend Absolute Beachfront Beach House to anyone wanting a fantastic place to stay on the Sunshine Coast.

OMG, location location, beautiful apartment, amazing facilities, the beds are sooooo comfortable, starter pack was awesome, lots of glasses, plates utensils etc, it’s exactly like the pics. Lleeanne & Ian were amazing to communicate with. We’ll definitely return.

We had the most amazing experience. we like to do holiday houses with the family once a year and this has been our favourite so far. amazing location, really great communication with the host and we could even check in early on the day. honestly thank you so much we'll definitely be back!

Great house and so close to a beautiful beach.

Beautiful house with amazing beach views in convenient location. Our kids loved swimming in the pool. We would love to stay here again if visiting the Sunshine Coast.

Lynne was super forward and upfront and really easy to communicate with. She was very responsive and her instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Her room was comfortable with a nice little seaside vibe in there. Super happy with everything and would definitely stay there again

Three generations of my family loved our stay at Shae’s. We appreciated the welcome basket of goodies and all the extra additions throughout the house, you will not go without. Our favourite place was the peaceful, private and green backyard where we all enjoyed the heated pool. Beds were comfy, two lounge areas to cater for the teens and it had a stocked kitchen which catered easily for the 10 of us. Enough space also to securely park 3 cars. Communication with Shae was clear, prompt and helpful. I We would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay - the location is especially great for kids being across the road from paths, a large playground and the water. Lots of restaurant and cafe options nearby, and walkable to the beach. The apartment is essentially two master suites. Both bedrooms are a similar size, with walk-through wardrobes. One has an ensuite and one has direct access to the main bathroom. We really enjoyed the large balcony and the view is better than the listing shows. We did find it a little inconvenient that the onsite parking is not assigned and was full for the duration of our stay, and the air conditioner is on a timer. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachhouse. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped, with a lovely nostalgic feel, it is a fantastic location for a relaxing beachside stay. The check-in process was very easy and the instructions clear. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing beachside location, I'd thoroughly recommend Beachhouse.

Great spot for a large family weekend get together. Host was very helpful and responded quickly. Plenty of room for everyone and we all enjoyed our time together. Although there is no air conditioning it was a well designed house to catch any breeze. Fridge didn’t work very well and would have loved some proper blinds especially in the top floor area but we were aware of that before we arrived. I guess the house is beginning to show its age and the fridge took sometime for it to cool down but we would definitely come back again. Thank you for having us

Brett’s place has a lovely open and calm feel to it, with a super outlook over to the beach and ocean. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms off each are great too. And it’s an easy 2 min walk down onto the beach. Just remember there aren’t shops nearby so take everything you need for cooking as you’ll be eating in - the kitchen is pretty well stocked, though a few more key items in the utensils drawer would be helpful. Overall though a really great place to stay and relax.
