Loved our stay at Karen's place. Very responsive and Janine who helps Karen with check in, cleaning etc was super lovely. Lovely clean apartment with close access to the small pool which was perfect. Good aircon, comfy bed and great amenities. Walking distance to Hasting Street but if you have compromised mobility it may be a stretch, definitely recommend having a car to get around. Ate at Bistro C, Sum Young Guys and the surf club. All excellent. Would not hesitate to stay here again. :)

Paul’s place was a lovely location 5 minutes from stunning little cove beach and 15 minutes walk from Hastings street. It was clean and well equipped with everything you could need. He also sent a huge list of recommendations the week before our arrival which was fab!

A Perfect Coastal Getaway We had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment in Caloundra! The location is unbeatable – just a short stroll to the beach and town, making it easy to enjoy everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. The view of the water from the apartment is stunning, and we loved relaxing on the spacious outdoor area, soaking it all in. The apartment itself is huge, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed to feel completely at home. The kitchen is a standout – big, modern, and stocked with generous pantry and fridge supplies, plus a fantastic coffee machine that made mornings extra special. The little luxuries really made a difference, from the dimmed lights creating a cozy ambiance to the large TV and king lounge suite perfect for unwinding. I had a wonderful stay at Iain's place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and in a great location. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities made it feel like home. Communication with Iain was seamless; they were responsive and provided great local recommendations. The check-in process was also smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary snacks and staple food that were left in the cupboard. Would absolutely stay again if I'm ever back in the area. Highly recommend!

This is an absolute cracker of a find, the unit is 5 star and host Christine has catered for everything with a lovely welcome basket of goodies and all the basics provided for your stay. The linens are beautiful quality. The view from the patio is picture perfect and we enjoyed our morning coffee looking at the lake and out to the ocean and evening drinks watching the ships sail past. The complex has a great outdoor pool and lounge area which we enjoyed each afternoon. Christine also provides heaps of recommendations on where to eat and we weren’t disappointed. Our stay coincided with the cyclone hitting SE Queensland so we had to leave a day early to head home and secure our house and Christine immediately offered to refund us that day, which is amazing and extremely kind. We will definitely be back for another stay.

We absolutely loved staying here and the hosts were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay and gave us some helpful tips. The amenities were great and the location was superb - right next to the beach with other shops and cafes all within walking distance. The apartment was even more spacious than we were expecting with everything we needed. We would highly recommend this place to others!

Great location, quiet, walkable to Hastings Street, and a great place from which to explore Noosa and surrounding areas. Kitchen was well equipped, aircon worked well, and nice to have laundry facilities. A bonus to have a pool almost to yourself. Look forward to my next visit!

We stayed here for the weekend for a sporting event, this would have to be the best place I have ever stayed at, we have stayed at a few and this one had everything we needed. The host communicated to us everything that we needed to know, we had no issues whilst staying there. My grandsons whilst tired from playing and watching sport over three days, were kept busy with the pool, spa and the toys and games provided. The area was superb as I just wanted to relax after being in the hot sun all weekend, and this place provided that, it was peaceful quiet and a very private place to just unwind. I cannot fault this place. Hope to be back next year or even sooner.

What a fantastic home. We were going to a wedding & had my family staying, aged between 7 & 89 yrs. Lots of room for all of us & the theatre room was a favourite with the Grandkids. Shops & the Zoo very close by. Very clean & well appointed, loved the washer & dryer. I would highly recommend this Home

We absolutely loved staying at Bahche, beautiful house, tastefully furnished, quality beds, linen and appliances, superb kitchen, so many extras and lots of other thoughtful touches.

Gorgeous, tranquil and peaceful. Just the spot for a few days relaxation. Incredibly lovely hosts! The sauna is gorgeous, as is the pool. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking gear and utensils - the bathrooms are stunning, beds super comfy! There’s only two air conditioners (one in main bedroom, one in lounge room) - but found keeping the other bedroom doors open and let the cool air waft in to the other bedrooms worked a treat! Would definitely stay here again.

It was lovely staying at Carolyn’s place. It was clean with lots of space. Air conditioners in every room made it very comfortable and Carolyn goes out of her way to make sure there is a few things in the fridge and even things like pancake mix for breakfast. Thanks for having us!

Perfect Retreat for a Relaxing Getaway! We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful retreat style property. Our group of 10 felt completely at home with plenty of space to relax. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The setting was perfect for unwinding, with lovely rainforest views and peaceful surroundings. The infrared sauna and pool really added to the experience. The host was very attentive and responsive, ensuring we had a seamless experience. This property is a true gem. We can’t wait to return. We loved this house so much we came back again a second time. Such a beautiful home with a generously stocked kitchen, multiple large living spaces, with large tables to eat with everyone in our extended family. The waterslide, pool, games room and kayaks kept our kids wonderfully entertained. The beds and pillows are all extremely comfortable. We loved our stay. Thank you so much!
