This property is exactly what you see on the listing, A clean and quiet atmosphere, along with the attentive host, definitely contribute to a comfortable home away from home. And I'm looking forward to returning in the future.

This property is truly magnificent, modern and with every convenience to make your stay complete. The central yet tranquil location was a plus with many restaurant options close by. The photos while beautiful do not portray the loveliness of the space and the thoughtful décor with sympathetic modern furnishings. Both the security and concierge were very informative, polite, friendly and helpful while maintaining their high security standards. The host was always available and check on us frequently to know if we were settled. It was easy to feel at home as the place feels so welcoming. The roof top common area and pool is a must see with breath taking views of the Kingston Hills, the other residents were warm and approachable. This is now my Kingston home away from home, I will be back!

Great host always on call thanks again

The property is exactly as noted in the pics.. It felt like home.The view is simply amazing. When it comes to Clovis responsiveness, it was close to perfection. We had to reach out to her a few times for situations that were outside of her lane. She responded promptly and followed up to make sure all went well. Clovis is engaging and has an air of empathy. I'm looking forward to another stay.

The backyard is a plus for me giving my active toddler additional outdoor playtime that is safe. I highly recommend staying here. This is my go to spot for staying close to family and friends while enjoying Jamaica. Everything feels right at home. I had everything at my disposal from cooking to laundry. I appreciate the hospitality and thoughtfulness that goes in making the place feel homey.

We stayed at Tamar’s place for a quick trip to the Kingston area. The accommodations were very nice with beautiful views in a gated community. We had not issue with hailing ride services and depending on the route and traffic we were only 20 minutes from Central Kingston. As a host Tamara was very responsive. We would stay again.

Donna is truly amazing. She has a great soul and very accommodating. It felt at home and the location by the beach makes this place priceless. It’s right by the beach. You can hear the ocean at night and see the sunset right back the balcony and just a few short steps through an open backyard area with the softest grass. It’s private at the end. We couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended.

The excellent combination of a thoughtful, pleasant and quick responsive host, plus the convenience of this apartment's location with pool and seaside, a few steps away in Portmore, is a great find for me. Thanks Basil and I'll be back for sure. 😊
