Nord de Palma District : locations de vacances avec cheminée

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

We spent 4 nights in Antonio’s house at the beginning of November with two 8 year olds. It’s a beautiful house which is spacious, comfortable, clean and elegantly decorated with high ceilings. We loved having breakfast outside, using the cold plunge pool in the morning followed by a hot shower downstairs. We would have loved to have used the log burning fire but the temperature wasn’t cold enough for it. There are some lovely restaurants nearby and a beautiful square in the town. We also managed to visit Binissalem, Pollensa and Palma easily from the house. It was a perfect base for exploration. Antonio was easy to communicate with, offering lovely suggestions and quick to reply. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Can Fave is a beautiful home, with a particularly lovely outdoor space and pool—It’s hard to capture just how beautiful it is in photos! The location couldn’t be better—picturesque and quiet yet only steps from the heart of charming Fornalutx. It’s also a great home base for exploring the region’s villages and beaches. Alexis was a warm and welcoming host, providing great communication from start to finish, and very helpful suggestions on some activities that ended up being the highlight of our trip. Stay as long as you can! Our family absolutely loved it!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Mariano. La maison est hyper agréable, bien agencée et bien équipée. Elle est également bien placée pour sillonner l’île. L’environnement clos est parfait pour les enfants. Très léger bémol concernant la literie: les matelas sont relativement mous. Question de goût… Mais on y dort bien quand même;-) Merci à Mariano pour son accueil. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et espérons avoir l’occasion d’y retourner !

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place. We traveled with our two young children and her place was kid friendly with a crib and a high chair. The place was very clean, had all the essentials, and the outside patio space was very large and great for eating all our meals outside. The street and neighborhood were very quiet and it was always easy to find street parking right outside the front door. Her place is easy walking distance to town, close to a kids playground and to a small beach that was perfect for our kids. There was a great corner store 1 block away that had delicious pastries and grocery essentials. Carmen was always quick to respond and was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Carmen for a wonderful stay in Portocolom.

What an absolutely gorgeous home! Perfect for us, as two couples. Each couple had an entire floor to ourselves with large bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, and a living area. At the entry level was the beautiful entry hall with arboretum, a large dining room, the kitchen, and a small outdoor kitchen with another full bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, and has a clothes washer which was such a bonus for our week- long stay. We were greeted at check in by Sebastiana and her partner, who were both charming and welcoming. What a delight it was to learn about the history of her home. She presented us with a delicious ensaïmada! It was cool weather during our stay in early March, so we paid extra for the heat, but it was so worth it. Even with the added cost, it was still less expensive than two hotel rooms. Quite an incredible place. We couldn’t have been happier!

Absolutely recommend the house. The terrace and rooftop were fantastic. And the bed was totally comfortable, we slept really well! Thank you for the lovely house in Palma :)

La casa de Jenny fue el lugar perfecto para reunir a la familia y compartir unas vacaciones hermosas! Es una vivienda con todos los detalles, muy comoda, bien ubicada, decoracion de muy buen gusto. Superb location if you like hiking. Very beautiful town. Some issues with road resurfacing noise outside but that might just be the season. Parking a little tricky but it’s understandable as a mountain-town.

Accueil très chaleureux d'Elsa. Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Notre hôte a été très disponible, discrète tout en habitant au dessus du logement. Elle nous a préparé une paella excellente que nous avons mangé ensemble pendant le séjour. Le logement est très agréable : jardin privé rien que pour nous et piscine partagée (mais nous étions toujours seuls au bord de la piscine), vue sur la baie (on adore manger face à la mer et chiller), logement à proximité à pieds du port de porto Preto (10min) mais aussi de petites plages, de cala d'or (à environ 30min à pieds), literie très confortable. 2 petits bémols pour rendre le séjour exceptionnel : la cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée (four, plus de vaisselle et d'équipements) pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner et aussi certains d'entre nous, malgré le fait d'être hors saison, ont été dérangé par la proximité avec la route côtière et donc par le bruit occasionné par les véhicules (de jour et de nuit).

Unser Aufenthalt bei Miguel war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist top, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Miguel war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt an der Promenade ein Traum. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es gibt viele Extras und Annehmlichkeiten in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat mit dem beidseitigen Meerblick eine tolle Lage und es war sehr ruhig dort.

Great place near to the beach and many good restaurants. Bikes are a great way to get around and the bike storage area is very convenient. We stayed during a very hot time so the AC had a hard time cooling the sleeping areas but we were quickly brought a couple fans which made things very comfortable. I work remote and the wifi was great.

My stay at Ed and Wayne’s place in Mallorca was absolutely fantastic! The patio and view were truly breathtaking – the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. Ed and Wayne were exceptional hosts, providing clear and detailed instructions from the start, making the check-in process a breeze. They were also incredibly responsive throughout my stay, always quick to answer any questions I had. The combination of the stunning outdoor space and the hosts’ hospitality made this one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend staying here!

Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. Wir waren mit Kleinkind 2.5 Jahre in der Wohnung. Unser Sohn liebte den Traktor und war auch verliebet in die beiden Hunde von Petra. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit grosser Küche mit allem was man braucht. Mit Kindersitz, -Geschirr, Spühl- und Waschmaschine. Die Stadt ist in Gehdistanz. Zu den Stränden sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren. Easy zum Parken. Wir mochten es an der Platja de Sa Font. Wenig Leute und kristallklares Wasser.

We spent a wonderful few days with the whole family in Salvador's beautiful villa with a stunning view of Port Pollenca and the bay. It is a perfect place to relax, explore the stunning area around Pollenca and the Tramuntana and just to have a good time with family or friends. Salvador and his team were extremely helpful, discreet and very responsive and made us feel at home. We are very much looking forward to coming back.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, die Beschreibung und Bilder entsprachen vollständig denen der Unterkunft. Wir konnten die Buchung im Vorfeld mehrfach anpassen, am Abreisetag sogar länger bleiben als angegeben.

We were a family of 5 from Norway, and really appreciated this house, a private property right on the beach in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice pool and relaxing area. The host was most gracious, replied quickly on our questions before the holiday, provided excact instructions on travel from airport to house, and the property was very clean on arrival. She also recommended some excellent local restaurants and sightseeing places to visit in the area. We had an amazing and relaxing week, and really recommend both this property and host warmly. Thx for having us :-)

A fabulous villa which was perfect for 2 families. The views from the villa are quite incredible, you feel enveloped by the mountains. We had everything we needed for our stay, the pool was the perfect temperature and the location is perfect for being close enough to Soller yet still feeling a total sense of space and privacy. Thank you to Veronica who was the perfect host!

I highly recommend this place. the host is really nice and communicative and helpful the house is beautiful and well acquitted the kitchen is full of kitchen supplies and dishes. the surrounding is beautiful and calm green and lots of fresh air. although it was cold and we didn't get in the pool it shows that it's really clean. we recommend it completely

Overall, we had a good time there. The layout of the rooms is great, as is the communication with the landlords and the service staff. What we definitely missed were parasols or awnings. There was virtually no shade in the outdoor area from the afternoon onwards. We helped ourselves with self-made constructions. It would also be nice if the outdoor area was greener and had more plants. The weak WiFi was not dramatic, but a little annoying.

We had wonderful stay in Jaime's house for almost 2 weeks in early September 2024. The house has well equipped kitchen, plenty of outdoor sitting space and lovely and immaculately maintained swimming pool. We loved and will miss our breakfasts at the terrace surrounded by mountains and tree's canopies. Warm nights allowed us to enjoy outdoor space late into the night. Jaime is a great host. Very attentive and ready to help and to solve any potential problems. Small or big. In terms of small problems we experienced it was ants in the kitchen (not a real problem really), random tripping of fuses which started after a storm and lasted for 2-3 days after and the biggest, difficult parking spot, especially when you rent a bigger car. None of the above really changed the fact that we had a great stay. We highly recommend this peaceful location with a great host to anybody that is looking for similar. There is plenty of things to do and see in this part of island, but car is a must.
