Nord de Palma District : locations de vacances dans des maisons de ville

We‘ve been overwhelmed by the friendliness and the care of Joana. She is genuinely interested in making you feel good. The House is nicely located and it is well equipped with everything we needed. The construction site next to the house wasn‘t that disturbing, but we still wanted it to be mentioned that there are constructions going on. Also thank you for your nice Restaurant recommendations, dear Joana :-)

We had a fantastic time as a family with a toddler at Maria's house. It is exactly as described, and on top of that, incredibly clean. We got in so easily, and Maria even allowed us to check out later. And there are three great seating options outside: in front of the house where we enjoyed a lovely breeze and sunshine, in the back, right next to the kitchen, sheltered, or up on the balcony with a nice view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning!

Wunderschönes Haus um voll in das Leben in Valdemossa einzutauchen. Traumhafte Lage direkt in der Innenstadt und ein Ausblick zu Verlieben. Für uns war es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen und danach der ideale Rückzugsort mit einem originalem Wohngefühl bis ins letzte Detail.

Die Unterkunft von Fabio war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Lage etwas außerhalb von Can Picafort aber dafür 2min zu Fuß von einem LIDL entfernt. Und daher auch super ruhig. Fabio ist ein sehr guter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Wir selbst waren zu 4 und dadurch hatte jeder sein eigenes Schlafzimmer und genügend Platz. Wir würden die Unterkunft so wieder buchen.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en casa de Gerd y Angelika. La casa era tal cual aparece en las fotos, en una calle tranquila en el centro. Me sorprendió encontrarnos con tantas cosas de primera necesidad en la cocina, agua, sal, aceite, café... y unas cervezas bien fresquitas. Recomiendo la casa 100% y espero volver

We liked very much the bright light in the house and the nice and comfortable furniture. The wonderful beaches nearby and good restaurants made our holiday perfect.

There were many places that we contemplated staying for our first trip to Mallorca. We finally landed on Pollensa and so glad we did! Domus Lleo is a stunningly beautiful and traditional villa in Old Town. It is modern while maintaining its original character and authenticity. There are multiple outdoor terraces to enjoy an evening glass of wine. Housekeeping came once to tidy, make beds and replace towels, which was wonderful. Upon arriving, Margarita greeted us at a predetermined meeting point on the outside of town. We followed her to the villa and she explained everything you would want to know. The location truly cannot be beat! We had a 5 minute walk to the town square with numerous restaurants and shops. The beach was only a 10 minute drive away and was easily accessible. My family and I have stayed in many AirBNB’s across the globe, but Domus Lleo was something special. Thank you, Margarita. We’ll be back’

Schöne Wohnung für 5 Personen, sehr geräumig. Gastgeberin gut zu erreichen und flexibel bei den Zeiten. Vielleicht für die nächsten Gäste interessant: die „Schlüsselbox“ ist quasi sowas wie der Briefkastenschlitz. Innenhof war leider nicht wirklich sauber, aber schöner Zitronenbaum dort. Wohnung mit Bus gut zu erreichen, nur 3-4 Minuten Fußweg, ansonsten sehr ruhige Lage. Jederzeit wieder 👍🏼

We really enjoyed our stay in this charming house. The area is very beautiful and from the rooftop terrace you have a great view with mountains on one side and a glimpse of the ocean on the other side. The house had so much character, decorated with unique artwork, well selected pieces of furniture, and a lot of attention to detail, a well equipped kitchen which all together made it feel special and like a proper home. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Just a small heads-up for light sleepers: the nearby church bell rings regularly, which didn’t bother us, but could be something to keep in mind.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in dem wunderschönen Häuschen von Silvia und waren so begeistert, dass wir direkt für nächstes Jahr gebucht haben.

Piękne miejsce i okolica, bardzo pomocny i miły gospodarz polecam 100%, jedyne minusy to zimna woda w Jacuzzi oraz duża ilość komarów i much, super wypoczynek na pewno wrócimy !

We loved our stay. Lenka so responsive and helpful. The house is charming and the outside terrace is a wonderful place to just sit with a cup of tea or to have a BBQ. Everything was comfortable and felt very welcoming. We’ve already decided to come back in the summer if we can! A couple of points: it’s a very steep (but very quick) walk back from town and if you have toddlers I would not recommend as the stairs are very steep. We have a 7 year old and a non-crawling baby so found it fine but I think a very small kid on the move would be stressful! A wonderful week with a great host.

Lilja has a beautiful home in Fornalutx. I would suggest meeting the caretaker to be shown to the house for the first time. The route down the mountain is preferred vs coming to the house from in town. The house was perfect size for six adults and a baby. The pool was a great spot to relax for the day or after a day of adventuring. Walking to the village for meals was convenient and fun. We would definitely return.

Très jolie maison atypique, spacieuse et très bien équipée... idéale pour 7 personnes avec 2 salles de bain et 3 toilettes. Placée au centre de l île elle est parfaite pour les visites, on peut même se rendre en train à Palma. Les hôtes très agréables (à notre arrivée nous avions 1 "panier gourmand") et très réactifs en cas de problème. Merci pour ce séjour très réussi.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt am Meer mit allem was man braucht. Super sauber und top ausgestattet, einwandfreie Kommunikation. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und hatten eine super Zeit. Ich kann die Unterkunft in allen Aspekten weiterempfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder!

I came to Alcudia for the Ironman 70.3. This house has everything you need and is very well located, quiet, and secure. On top of this Giuseppe is a fantastic, professional host who is flexible and accommodating for requests you have.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, mitten in der Altstadt. Toll ausgestattet. Trotzdem hat man seine Ruhe. Der Standard ist sehr hoch und Stella hat einen sehr guten Geschmack. Alles ist neu und gut in Schuss. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft viele kleine Shops und gute Gastronomie. Der Wochenmarkt ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes vor der Haustür. Es empfiehlt sich, abends einen guten Rotwein vor dem schlafengehen zu trinken, da die Kirche direkt nebenan ist und leider auch nachts die Uhrzeit läutet. 😂 Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Stella hat wohl noch weitere, tolle Unterkünfte auf der Insel, die wir sicher auch noch einmal besuchen werden.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Hajo. Das Haus ist top und man kommt schnell überall hin.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen 😊 die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet auch fur einem längeren Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu dritt im Winter und sehr froh, dass es eine Heizung abseits der sonst üblichen Klimaanlagen gab. Die Kommunikation mit Susanne war so, wie man es sich wünscht. Freundlich, klar, schnell und top organisiert. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr spontan gebucht, Bridgette war super nett und hat uns vor der angebenden Zeit die Sachen abstellen lassen. Alle Fragen konnte sie uns schnell beantworten. Der Ort & die Unterkunft waren sehr charmant & das Gebirge wunderschön. Sehr zu empfehlen

Marinella ist eine super Gastgeberin, die uns alle wichtigen Informationen zukommen lassen hat und immer erreichbar war. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ist top eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass man in unmittelbarer Nähe Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen kann.

This house was absolutely perfect! As a group of four friends it was the perfect size for us with two bathrooms. The location was great being just a 30second walk from the sea and so many great restaurants and cafes round the corner. It was great to have some outdoor space too with the roof terrace proving a lovely relaxation spot after a long day of exploring! We had a great stay and Andy was very helpful giving lots of recommendations of things to get up to. They also kindly let us store bags a little after check out to allow us to enjoy our final day exploring before our flight! Would highly recommend this Airbnb would come back in a heartbeat!

Stunning house- stylish, renovated to a high spec, well equipped, great location just at the end of one of the main streets off the square (but still quiet), near to supermarket and public transport. We all really enjoyed our stay. Perfect!
